本发明属物流传输领域观察传送体运动位置的一种方法。解决了物流传输系统中传送体位置的确定问题。这种方法是:在传输管道上安装传感器,传感器和主机联结,当物体通过时传感器能感应到传送体,主机通过分析各传感器的信息从而确定传送体的运动位置。这样在系统掉电或传送体卡死后,能够确定传送体的位置,便于取出传送体。

Description

一种观察传送体运动位置的方法
本发明属物流传输领域观察传送体运动位置的一种方法。目前物流传输系统在掉电或传送体卡死后不能确定传送体的位置,本发明彻底解决了上述问题。物流传输系统中包括管道和传感器。本装置包括:传输管道和安装在传输管道上的光电传感器(或磁性传感器、或机械传感器)。这种方法是:在传输管道壁上或壁外(能感应到传送体即可),安装光电传感器(或磁性传感器、或机械传感器),传感器和主机联结,传感器根据需要定距离或不定距离的安装,当物体通过时传感器能感应到传送体,主机通过分析各传感器的信息从而确定传送体的运动。比如:说明书附图图1中①为传输管道,②为光电传感器1,③为光电传感器2,④为光电传感器3,⑤为光电传感器4,⑥为光电传感器5,⑦为传送体。在传输管道上依次安装光电传感器1、光电传感器2、光电传感器3、光电传感器4、光电传感器5,因为传送方向是预先知道的(从光电传感器1向光电传感器5方向),当传送体通过传输管道时,传输管道上的光电传感器1感知传送体的通过并报告主机,光电传感器2未感知,说明传送体在1、2号光电传感器之间;当光电传感器2感知传送体的通过并报告主机,光电传感器3未感知,说明传送体在2、3号光电传感器之间;说明书附图图2中①为传输管道,②为磁性传感器1,③为磁性传感器2,④为磁性传感器3,⑤为磁性传感器4,⑥为磁性传感器5,⑦为磁性传送体。在传输管道上依次安装磁性传感器1、磁性传感器2、磁性传感器3、磁性传感器4、磁性传感器5,因为传送方向是预先知道的(从磁性传感器1向磁性传感器5方向),当磁性传送体通过传输管道时,传输管道上的磁性传感器1感知磁性传送体的通过并报告主机,磁性传感器2未感知,说明磁性传送体在1、2号磁性传感器之间;当磁性传感器2感知磁性传送体的通过并报告主机,磁性传感器3未感知,说明磁性传送体在2、3号磁性传感器之间;说明书附图图3中①为传输管道,②为机械传感器1,③为机械传感器2,④为机械传感器3,⑤为机械传感器4,⑥为机械传感器5,⑦为传送体。在传输管道上依次安装机械传感器1、机械传感器2、机械传感器3、机械传感器4、机械传感器5,因为传送方向是预先知道的(从机械传感器1向机械传感器5方向),当传送体通过传输管道时,传输管道上的机械传感器1感知传送体的通过并报告主机,机械传感器2未感知,说明传送体在1、2号机械传感器之间;当机械传感器2感知传送体的通过并报告主机,机械传感器3未感知,说明传送体在2、3号机械传感器之间。
