Abstract

本发明公开了属于移动通讯终端的零部件范围的一种移动通讯终端的键区。其构成主要包括:通过形成于移动通讯终端的前壳的键孔露出于前壳前面的多个塑胶键盘;粘合于上述塑胶键盘的背面的金属薄片;粘合于上述金属薄片和塑胶键盘的背面的基础橡胶板。本发明排除了现有技术中塑胶键盘倾向一边或者翘起来的现象,并防止了塑胶键盘通过键孔突出来的现象。

移动通讯终端的键区
技术领域
本发明属于移动通讯终端的零部件范围,特别涉及一种移动通讯终端的键区。
背景技术
图1所示为现有的移动通讯终端包括机身10和与上述机身10通过合页部31、32以可折叠的方式设置的翻盖部20。机身10由前壳11和后壳12构成,而翻盖部20由翻盖壳21和设置在其前面的LCD板22构成。前壳11的前面形成了多个键孔13。在前壳11的后面,设置有通过多个键孔13露出于前面的多个塑胶键盘41和由粘合有多个塑胶键盘41的基础橡胶板42组成的键区40。基础橡胶板42的背面具备有主电路板50,而在主电路板50上,设置有当摁下塑胶键盘41时,通过基础橡胶板42被摁压的键盘开关51。在基础橡胶板42上,还形成有传动部件凸起43,其作用是当摁下塑胶键盘时有效传递摁压的力量。
图1中未说明的符号14是话筒部、15是天线部、22是扬声器部。
在现有的移动通讯终端中,如果使用者摁下塑胶键盘41,其被摁压的力量通过基础橡胶板42传递到主电路板50的键盘开关51上,使其达到键盘输入的目的。但是,现有的键区40是把多个塑胶键盘41粘合在柔软的基础橡胶板42上形成的,因此出现塑胶键盘41倾向一边或翘起来的现象,而且还出现塑胶键盘41通过前壳11的键孔13往前方突出来的现象,从而存在不能准确输入键盘而降低产品信誉度的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种移动通讯终端的键区,其特征在于:包括通过形成于移动通讯终端的前壳的键孔露出于前壳前面的多个塑胶键盘;粘合于上述塑胶键盘的背面的金属薄片;粘合于上述金属薄片和塑胶键盘的背面的基础橡胶板。它排除了塑胶键盘倾向一边或者翘起来的现象并防止了塑胶键盘通过键孔突出来的现象。
本发明有益效果是该移动通讯终端的键区排除了塑胶键盘倾向一边或翘起来或通过键孔突出来的现象,从而确保键盘输入的正确性并提高产品的信誉度。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种移动通讯终端的键区。下面结合附图对本发明的移动通讯终端的键区进行详细说明。
图2是采用本发明的键区的移动通讯终端的分解示意图,而图3是本发明的键区剖面图。
在图2中除了键区100之外的构成部分都与上述的现有技术相同,所以相同的部分赋予相同的符号并省略具体的说明。如图2所示,本发明的键区100包括通过形成于移动通讯终端机身10的前壳11的键孔13,露出于前壳11前面的多个塑胶键盘110;粘合于塑胶键盘110的背面的金属薄片120;粘合于金属薄片120和塑胶键盘110的背面的基础橡胶板130。
如图3所示,当粘合塑胶键盘110和金属薄片120及基础橡胶板130的时候,塑胶键盘110粘合于金属薄片120的前面一侧的两面胶122的前面,与此同时,通过切取孔124,基础橡胶板130中的传动部件凸起131之外的部分粘合在金属薄片120的后面一侧的两面胶的背面123。
下面对本发明的移动通讯终端的键区的工作原理进行说明。
当使用者摁下塑胶键盘110时,摁压的力量通过基础橡胶板130的传动部件凸起131传递到主电路板50的键盘开关51上并形成键盘输入动作。此时,因为基础橡胶板130的传动部件凸起131通过金属薄片120的切取孔124直接粘合在塑胶键盘110上,因此金属薄片120对于键盘输入动作不会带来影响。
另外,本发明的键区,因为在塑胶键盘110和基础橡胶板130之间插入并粘合有金属薄片120,因此金属薄片120可以防止柔软的橡胶片变形,从而防止塑胶键盘110相对于基础橡胶板130不会倾向一边或翘起,也防止塑胶键盘110通过键孔13突出来。
上述举例说明了主体上具备有通过可旋转的方式结合的上部翻盖和下部翻盖的所谓翻盖型移动通讯终端,也适用直板型、面盖型或者滑盖型移动通讯终端。

Claims (3)

1.一种移动通讯终端的键区,其特征在于:包括通过形成于移动通讯终端的前壳的键孔露出于前壳前面的多个塑胶键盘;粘合于上述塑胶键盘的背面的金属薄片及粘合于上述金属薄片和塑胶键盘的背面的基础橡胶板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动通讯终端的键区,其特征在于:所述金属薄片包括金属薄片主体和与上述金属薄片主体的前面和背面各自粘合的前侧及后侧的两面胶构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的移动通讯终端的键区,其特征在于:在所述金属薄片中,在对应于上述基础橡胶板的传动部件凸起的位置上设置有切取孔。
