Abstract

本发明涉及杀虫剂啶虫咪(acetamiprid)与大蒜油击倒剂、溶剂、乳化剂等制成的乳油或微乳剂农药组合物。以及应用这种组合物防治多种农业害虫的方法。啶虫咪是一种新烟碱类杀虫剂,对大白鼠急性经口毒性中等,内吸输导性强,对蚜虫、梨木虱、粉虱等小型刺吸式口器害虫防治效果好。但该药还存在在低温条件下药效发挥迟缓,连续单一使用害虫容易对之产生抗性的缺点。本发明通过使用大蒜油作击倒剂、另加溶剂、乳化剂等制成的乳油或微乳剂组合物,不仅提高了啶虫咪杀虫毒力,还克服了其低温效应。经济和社会效益十分显著。

Description

啶虫咪与大蒜油农药组合物
(一)发明领域:
本发明涉及由杀虫剂啶虫咪(acetamiprid)与大蒜油击倒剂、溶剂、乳化剂等制成的乳油或微乳剂农药组合物。
同时,本发明涉及应用这种组合物防治害虫的方法。
(二)技术背景:
啶虫咪是一种新烟碱类杀虫剂,对大白鼠急性经口毒性中等,内吸输导性强,对蚜虫、梨木虱、粉虱等小型刺吸式口器害虫防治效果好。但该药还存在在低温条件下药效发挥迟缓,连续单一使用害虫容易对之产生抗性的缺点。
大蒜油是从大蒜中提取的天然成分,其主要成分为大蒜素,研究发现乙基大蒜素有强力的杀菌作用。近年来,随着人们对保健功能食品的重视,大蒜以其丰富的营养成分和药物有效成分日益受到青睐,大蒜油已在饲料加工中作为添加剂使用。
(三)发明内容:
本发明提供一种通过大蒜油来提高啶虫咪杀虫毒力和克服低温效应的方法。
本发明发现,大蒜油能显著提高啶虫咪杀虫毒力和击倒速度,克服啶虫咪杀虫的低温效应更为突出。啶虫咪和大蒜油1∶5~1∶30混用,对小麦蚜虫、棉蚜、烟蚜(桃蚜)、梨木虱、温室白粉虱均有显著的增效作用,尤其在15~20℃较低温度下,增效更为显著。克服了啶虫咪防治害虫存在的低温效应难题。本组合物中可含啶虫咪1~20%,大蒜油可为制剂量的10~60%。
本发明提供一种使用上述组合物防治害虫的作用范围和方法。
本发明的组合物中大蒜油对啶虫咪的增效作用见表1。表1结果证明,啶虫咪乳油喷雾处理,对麦长管蚜的LC50为0.9375mg/L,啶虫咪与大蒜素1∶5、1∶10、1∶20和1∶30混用,LC50分别为0.5048mg/L、0.3725mg/L、0.3120mg/L和0.2634mg/L,其毒力分别是啶虫咪的1.86倍、2.56倍、3.00倍和3.56倍,增效十分显著。表2使用毛细管点滴法测定对烟蚜的增效毒力,进一步证明了大蒜油对啶虫咪的增效作用。

本发明的组合物中大蒜油对啶虫咪温度效应的降低作用见表3,表3结果证明,在设定温度15℃、20℃、25℃和30℃下,啶虫咪对麦长管蚜的LC50分别为7.2854mg/L、2.7030mg/L、0.9375mg/L和0.8209mg/L,毒力相差8.87倍,温度效应十分显著,在15~20℃时药效不易发挥。表4结果证明,在设定温度15℃、20℃、25℃和30℃下,啶虫咪合大蒜油按1∶10混用,对麦长管蚜的LC50分别为0.6570mg/L、0.5122mg/L、0.3725mg/L和0.3120mg/L,毒力相差2.11倍,温度效应显著降低,提高了在15~20℃时的致毒作用。

本发明涉及一种啶虫咪和大蒜油农药组合物中的啶虫咪3%,大蒜油30%,另含溶剂和乳化剂等,制备成乳油剂型。
实例2:
本发明涉及一种啶虫咪和大蒜油农药组合物中的啶虫咪10%,大蒜油60%,另含溶剂和乳化剂等,制备成乳油剂型。
实例3:
本发明涉及一种啶虫咪和大蒜油农药组合物中的啶虫咪3%,大蒜油30%,另含溶剂、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、水和防冻剂等,制备成微乳剂剂型。
实例4:
本发明涉及一种啶虫咪和大蒜油农药组合物中的啶虫咪5%,大蒜油30%,另含溶剂、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、水和防冻剂等,制备成微乳剂剂型。
按照上述各种成分的原料重量比例,将啶虫咪(1),溶剂1(2),溶剂2(3),大蒜油(4),乳化剂(5),充分混合均匀(6),然后进行成品包装(7)。,
使用上述农药组合物防治害虫的方法为加水稀释后喷雾使用,防治小麦蚜虫、棉蚜、烟蚜(桃蚜)、梨木虱合温室白粉虱等害虫。

Claims (2)

1、一种啶虫咪与大蒜油农药组合物,其特征在于各成分原料按重量计为啶虫咪1~20%,大蒜油为10~60%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种啶虫咪与大蒜油农药组合物,其特征在于另加入溶剂、乳化剂等制成乳油或微乳剂。
