Abstract

本发明要求2002年9月27日提交的序列号为60/414,064的临时申请的利益。本发明涉及一种扬声器,并且具体而言涉及一种具有多个音频变换器的扬声器,为了提高性能,所述音频变换器可相互调节。 
背景技术
高性能天花板扬声器常常直接在扬声器的前面产生过多的高音和中音而在扬声器的侧面不足。当扬声器是向下指向的天花板扬声器时,这个问题尤其麻烦。该问题的发生是因为在兴趣频率处,低音扬声器和高音扬声器是定向的。为了使变换器方向性较小,传播区域被减小。然而,在低音扬声器中,这又不利地影响了低音性能。在扬声器,特别是那些用在天花板中的扬声器的生产中,另一个固有的问题是可用于它们的空间。天花板扬声器必须足够浅以配合标准天花板托梁(joist)所提供的空间。此外,从审美的观点来看,理想的是使天花板扬声器的可见及伸出部分的外形及尺寸最小。在常规天花板扬声器中,这提出了问题,特别是有关正常情况下使用的低音扬声器和其它变换器的对准的问题。 
发明内容
本发明被设计以克服上面提到的问题以及其它问题。在本发明中,包括低音扬声器,中音扬声器和高音扬声器的三个变换器被设置在不同的非平行平面中。本发明的进一步特征是用中音和高音扬声器挡板和外壳来覆盖低音扬声器。通过这样做,中音从挡板传出的量被增加。因此,在该中音左右的衍射和反射由此被最小化。当中音驱动器或低音扬声器被不适当地阻挡或者当该中音驱动器被固体物体堵塞时这些衍射和反射 问题典型地影响中频。

这样,本发明的目的是通过将中音高音扬声器挡板设置在部分覆盖低音扬声器的位置来提供改进的扬声器系统。由于该3-路系统,低音扬声器不接收由它前面的挡板衍射的中音信号。另外,该低音扬声器产生的低音频率是非定向的。因此,该低音扬声器所安装的角度不会不利地影响声音质量。

具体实施方式
所示扬声器系统被设计成固定在墙壁或者天花板中。然而,优选地该设计想要用于天花板使用,其中单元配合于天花板托梁之间并且扬声器的底部坐落在一开口中,该开口被成形和定尺寸以容纳该扬声器系统。在其作为天花板扬声器的优选使用中,该单元应被安装在考虑到房间内家具方位的最优位置。此外,本发明提供了高音扬声器和中音挡板,其被成角度以将精确的轴上响应递送到收听位置。该挡板应被恰当地定位以递送最佳的声音。为了最优的结果,一对扬声器应被用在收听区域的任何一侧上,其中扬声器挡板向着该收听区域而旋转。该系统也可依照公知的技术被用作前扬声器或主扬声器,或者作为环绕扬声器。 
当将扬声器安装在天花板中时,该天花板被适当地准备以容纳该扬声器。在该天花板中切割一个孔,该孔的形状和尺寸可容纳扬声器体,使安装环或组件1与该天花板的外表面齐平。如后面所述将该扬声器系统紧固到位的适当托梁被提供。此外,纤维玻璃绝缘和其它适当的准备可以依照已知安装技术被提供。 
安装环或组件1被形成有环形缘(annular rim)2,其具有比在天花板中切割的孔的半径大的外半径并且具有比在天花板中所切割的孔的半径小的内半径。如图5中所示,缘1可以被斜切3。它与向上延伸的环形法兰4整体形成。环形垫圈5可被放置在由缘2的上表面和整体形成的法兰4的外表面形成的角处。该扬声器系统被紧固成使缘2的上表面紧靠天花板而垫圈5提供密封方式。与环1整体形成的是多个锁定机构6。优选地提供四个这种机构,彼此成90度地径向设置在该扬声器系统的周围。这些锁定机构6的每个都与环1成为整体。它包含向上延伸的壳,该壳被形成有从缘2的内边缘向上延伸的凹口7。该凹口7的一部分由容纳调节螺钉9的向上延伸的半圆筒形护罩8形成。调节螺钉9被拧过限定凹口7上端的上壁而实现与锁定支架10的螺纹接合。锁定支架10具有倒L形,其中锁定支架的横臂具有圆筒形端11(图3),调节螺钉9被拧进该圆筒形端。调节螺钉9的旋转使锁定支架10从图3中所示的位置旋转到环1以外的位置。在该位置中,支架10可被旋转以接合天花板结构内的托梁或其它支撑机构(未示出)。该设置被设计成将该扬声器系统紧固在天花板开口内。 
具有常规表面的格栅12(图5)可以例如包含一系列穿孔的设计,其通过向上延伸的外围法兰13的相互间摩擦接合而紧固在环形缘2内,可以与该格栅整体形成。
扬声器支撑15被放置在环1之上。该扬声器支撑15被形成有部分圆筒形的壁,其上边缘以近似45度的角度延伸到环1的平面并且环形环48限定其底部,而底部搁置在缘2上。在该扬声器支撑15的后面是一对平行向上延伸的柱17,其在其上端被轴向攻丝。与扬声器支撑15整体形成的附加柱18以与柱17的大约90度从其上边缘向上延伸。借助螺钉20通过与柱17和18顶部的接合将印刷电路板19紧固于扬声器支撑15,该螺钉20通过印刷电路板19的开口伸出以实现与柱17顶部中的螺纹开口的螺纹接合。柱18的顶部被形成有螺栓22,其通过印刷电路板19中的对准开口伸出。由支柱24提供用于印刷电路板19的附加支撑。这些支柱24具有中心柱25,其在其上端被轴向攻丝以容纳螺钉26,该螺钉26通过印刷电路板19中的对准开口而向下延伸到柱25中。支柱24的下端在中心柱25的任何一侧被形成有底壁27。螺钉28通过该底壁而被拧入到柱29中,该柱29与支撑15整体形成以紧固支柱的基底。 
低音扬声器组件30包括支架31。该支架31具有下环32和上环33,其通过多个支杆34而互连。上环33被成形为以常规方式容纳和支撑磁体,语音,线圈和支座(spider)36。低音扬声器在常规情况下被形成有支座36和隔膜37。该隔膜37的外围以传统方式通过环形悬置组件35而紧固于下环32的内环形边缘。 
低音扬声器组件被紧固到支撑15的边缘16,从而以与缘2的非平行关系来对准支座36。 
由轴向延伸通过低音扬声器组件30的磁体语音线圈支座36和隔膜的线构成的该低音扬声器的中心轴与所述格栅的平面成锐角。该角度处于45度的数量级。 
放置在低音扬声器组件30前面的是中音扬声器40和高音扬声器41。 这些部件与所述扬声器的中心轴径向对准并且与格栅12所处的平面成一角度而延伸。该中音扬声器40和高音扬声器41相对于格栅所处平面的角度是比该低音扬声器组件30相对于格栅平面的角度锐的角度。 
框架44(图5)以与低音扬声器组件的固定关系来支撑中音扬声器和高音扬声器。挡板45被放置在低音扬声器组件30与中音扬声器40和高音扬声器41之间。挡板45的外围以略大于180°而延伸于周围,并且在这个距离上与环形缘2的内边缘邻近。该挡板在低音扬声器组件前部分地延伸以将低音扬声器的略大于一半遮在挡板45后面,如图1中所示。这样,该中音高音扬声器挡板45被设计外形以在与声音从低音扬声器发出的最初方向成角度的方向上引导来自高音扬声器的声音。这样,中音中的声音的方向最初所位于的平面与来自低音扬声器6的声音的方向所位于的平面成角度。挡板45可由固体非可挠性材料形成并且包括从高音扬声器和中音扬声器向下展开的裙(skirt)45a。挡板45和裙45a通过包括支撑组件47的适当装置而刚性紧固于中音扬声器40和高音扬声器41。

Claims (9)

1.一种扬声器系统,包括低音扬声器,中音扬声器,和高音扬声器,所述中音扬声器和所述高音扬声器放置在所述低音扬声器的前面,所述扬声器系统包括:
支撑装置,其具有安装组件,被成形以被容纳在开口中,其中所述安装组件在第一平面中;
安装装置,用于将所述低音扬声器安装在所述支撑装置上,其中所述支撑装置上的低音扬声器的中心轴与所述第一平面成第一锐角;
装置,用于将所述中音扬声器和所述高音扬声器紧固在所述低音扬声器的前面,所述中音扬声器和所述高音扬声器的平面与所述第一平面成第二锐角;以及
放置在所述低音扬声器与所述中音扬声器和高音扬声器之间的中音高音扬声器挡板,其中,所述中音高音扬声器挡板在所述低音扬声器前部分地延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的扬声器系统,所述挡板将高音扬声器和中音扬声器声音引导得与从低音扬声器发出的声音的最初方向成角度。
