Abstract
A lubrication structure for a manual transmission having a control housing disposed on an upper portion of the transmission case and within which a control shaft is installed. An open portion leading to the control housing is formed in an upper portion of the transmission case, and at least one oil drain hole for discharging oil having entered the control housing through the open portion is formed near the open portion. Therefore, oil in the control housing is discharged to an oil guide through the oil drain hole, and the oil is prevented from being discharged through the air breather, so an efficient lubrication structure can be obtained.
Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to the lubricating structure of manually shifted transmission, more specifically say, relate to oil circuit and be formed on lubricating structure in the control room, this structure can be improved lubricating efficiency and prevent that oil from leaking by vent.
Background technique
Manually shifted transmission generally is installed between clutch and the transmission shaft, works to improve or reduce engine revolution power according to the driving states of automobile.Manually shifted transmission also has a reversing mechanism, to drive rolling-back of car.
As shown in Figure 1, the driving shaft 1 and the driven shaft 2 of transmission rotative power are installed in the manually shifted transmission, and intermeshing is connected with driving shaft 1 and driven shaft 2 so that transmit the change gear 3 of gear shift power. Some bearings of configuration between driving shaft 1, driven shaft 2, change gear 3 and gearbox 4, thereby the rotation of realization axle 1,2 and change gear 3.
For axle 1,2, the smooth rotation of change gear 3 and bearing needs lubricant oil and lubricates and cool off the friction part, therefore must store a certain amount of lubricant oil in case of transmission 4.
Be stored in the case of transmission 4 lubricant oil owing to the rotation of change gear 3 be splashed to it around, make lubricant oil be fed to the friction part.
In such manually shifted transmission, vent 10 is installed on the top of case of transmission 4, therefore, can eliminate by vent 10 when the pressure in the case of transmission 4 is higher.
But manually looking in the gear gearbox that this has earlier, be equipped with in the control room 5 of vent 10 by the inflow of the lubricant oil of 3 sputters of the change gear in the case of transmission 4, the lubricant oil that enters control room 5 is stayed the there. If lubricant oil constantly enters control room 5, then lubricant oil finally is discharged to the outside by vent 10.
In addition, though for lubricant oil evenly is provided, oil guide slot 7 has been installed in gearbox case body 4, the lubricant oil that enters in the control room that vent is housed can not obtain suitable dispersion, therefore can not obtain the effective lubricating structure.
Disclosed content should be as the approval of the prior art that the professional and technical personnel has been known or to its any type of suggestion just in order to strengthen the understanding to background of invention in background one joint of the present invention.
Summary of the invention
In the lubricating structure of the manually shifted transmission that provides of one embodiment of the invention, drain oil is formed in the control room, and therefore, oil wherein can be discharged to oil guide slot by drain oil, thereby prevents that oil from discharging by vent, and obtains the effective lubricating structure.
In the lubricating structure of according to one preferred embodiment of the present invention manually shifted transmission, manually shifted transmission has a control room, and this control room is positioned at case of transmission top, and a Control Shaft wherein is installed. The open part that leads to the control room is formed on case of transmission top, and at least one drain oil is arranged near open part, is used to discharge the oil that enters the control room by open part.
Vent is preferably mounted at top, control room.
Oil guide slot preferably is arranged in the case of transmission, and in one of them above drain oil one is formed on the position that the oil by oil guiding hole is discharged into oil guide slot.
A described above drain oil is preferably two drain oils, is respectively formed at the open part both sides.
One in the described above drain oil is preferably formed under the vent.
Description of drawings
Be included in the specification and the accompanying drawing of a specification part that constitutes, one embodiment of the present of invention are shown, it and specification one are used from explains principle of the present invention.

Fig. 2 is according to the manually shifted transmission of the embodiment of the invention and the stereogram of lubricating structure.
Fig. 3 is the front view of the manually shifted transmission of Fig. 2.
Fig. 4 is a stereogram, the state the when manually shifted transmission that Fig. 2 is shown is opened in the control room.
Fig. 5 is the perspective view according to the lubricating structure section major component of the manually shifted transmission of the embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 6 is the sectional drawing along the A-A line of Fig. 2.
Embodiment
Below preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is the perspective view of manually shifted transmission and lubricating structure according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to Fig. 2, in clutch is housed clutch outer member body 30 connect the front of case of transmissions 20, the control room 40 that a Control Shaft 50 is installed is connected to the top of case of transmission 20.The vent 60 that is used for eliminating case of transmission 20 pressure is arranged on the top in control room 40.
Referring to Fig. 3, survey each lubricant housings that the oil of penetrating feeds to case of transmission 20 by the gear 15 that is arranged in case of transmission 20, oil also flows into control room 40.
Fig. 4 is a stereogram, the state the when manually shifted transmission that shows Fig. 2 is opened in the control room; Fig. 5 is the major component sectional stereogram of manually shifted transmission lubricating structure according to an embodiment of the invention; And Fig. 6 is the sectional drawing along the A-A line intercepting of Fig. 2.
The attachment portion 21 that is connected with control room 40 is formed on the top of case of transmission 20, and the open part 22 that leads to control room 40 is formed on the top of case of transmission 20, the inside of attachment portion 21.
Control Shaft 50 passes open part 22 and connects control pin and gear shift lugs, makes the steering force of Control Shaft 50 can pass to change and passs the gear shift guide rod.
Therefore two drain oils 25,26 are formed near the open part 22, and the oil that has entered control room 40 by open part 22 from case of transmission 20 inside can be got back in the case of transmission 20 by drain oil 25 and 26.
As shown in Figure 5, the position that the oilhole 25 in two oilholes 25,26 forms makes that the oil by oilhole 25 is discharged to oil guide slot 17.
Though in the present embodiment, two oilholes 25,26 are formed on the both sides of open part 22, can be according to design condition, and the number of oilhole can be greater or less than 2.
Work according to the lubricating structure of the manually shifted transmission of the embodiment of the invention below will be described.
Referring to Fig. 3, be positioned at the oil of rotating force institute sputter of the gear 15 of case of transmission 20, fed to each pivoting friction part by case of transmission 20 inwalls, and fed to the inside in control room 40.
The high-pressure air that produces owing to the frictional heat that is produced of speed changer running, by 40 inner spaces, control room after vent 60 is discharged to the outside.
The oil that the open part 22 of process case of transmission 20 enters control room 40 accumulates in the bottom by deadweight, and the back spontaneously of gathering drops on the oil guide slot 17 by drain oil 25.
In addition because drain oil 26 is formed in the jog 23 below the vent 60 place parts, so the oil in the control room 40 enter in the case of transmission 20 by drain oil 26, and without to the outside by pore 60 rows.
Lubricating structure according to the manually shifted transmission of the embodiment of the invention, many drain oils are formed in the control room, therefore the pressure in the speed changer can pass through vent and effectively discharged, the oil that has entered simultaneously the control room drops to oil guide slot, can not discharge with air, therefore obtain a kind of effective lubricating structure by vent.
Though described the preferred embodiments of the present invention above in detail, should understand that the professional and technical personnel finds out that easily basic conception described here can have many changes and/or modification, but still drops in the scope of the invention that is limited by the appended claims book.
