Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种轴承箱及其制造方法,该轴承箱能够既排泄又汇集油。
背景技术
通常,轴承箱设计成完成许多功能,包括保护轴承室不受外部环境影响,支承一个轴承,以及提供一种从轴承和通向回油装置的密封件排油的机构。但是,常常优选的是将一定量的油保留在一个储备池中,以便在向轴承箱供油暂时中断时使用。因此,保留油或维持一个油池的想法是与将油往回排到回油管线的基本功能冲突的。没有将油往回排到回油管线的排回能力,轴承箱室可能被油淹没而造成操作问题。
因此,需要一种将保持油池的要求与将油排出轴承箱而排入回油管线的冲突的要求平衡起来的轴承箱。明确地说,需要一种使这两种冲突的要求平衡的轴承箱设计。
发明概要
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种既能排油又能汇集油的轴承箱及其制造方法。
按照本发明,一种轴承箱包括一个有一后侧和一前侧的环带,一个隔板从该后侧延伸到该前侧而形成第一区和第二区,第一区中的第一孔延伸通过该前侧,而第二区中的第二孔延伸通过该前侧,该第一孔的至少一部分的高度低于该第二孔的最低高度。
按照本发明,一种在一环带中排泄和汇集油的方法包括以下步骤:从一后侧和一前侧形成一个环带,提供一个在一高度从该后侧延伸到该前侧的隔板而形成第一区和第二区,形成一个延伸通过该前侧的第一孔,该第一孔的至少一部分位于一充满高度之下,形成一个延伸通过该前侧并位于该充满高度之下的第二孔,以及通过该第一孔从该第一区排空油而在第二区中汇集油。

本发明详细描述
因此,本发明的说明提供一种轴承箱,该轴承箱利用在一隔板的两侧伸入该轴承箱中的第一孔和第二孔,它们安置成同时排出多余的油和保持足够的油的储存。如后面更充分地说明的,上面提到的孔能够保持两个独立而不同的油的高度,其原因是这两个孔伸入隔板两侧形成的两个独立的区域中。该隔板是在铸造轴承箱期间产生的。该空气管用作供应到箱轴承上的高压空气的出口,从而影响紧密密封,并为可能克服该密封的油提供出路。本发明利用该隔板既在隔板的一侧向第一孔排油,又在隔板的另一侧储存油。
通常,油通过供油管泵入轴承室。然后通常通过歧管、喷嘴或内通路浸没所需比例。这些油的一部分通过喷嘴喷射在一个靶上。这些靶常常是轴承、齿轮、密封件、补充的通道或其它构件。在该轴承室中,一些油被导向轴承和密封件。该轴承和密封件由轴承箱10罩住。在导向轴承的油中,该油的大致相等的部分沿径向向外先进的前后方向通过轴承。向轴承后行进而沿径向向外的油由轴承箱10收集。导向轴承后的密封件的油沿径向向外行进,也由轴承箱10收集。按照本发明的原理,在轴承后面行进的油的团粒由轴承箱10收集,并排出或收集起来。
参照图1和3,图中示出本发明的轴承箱10。轴承箱10沿径向围绕中心线15设置。通过空气入口管29将空气泵入轴承箱10,该空气通过空气出口管27向着轴承箱10的底部流出轴承箱。参照图4,图中详细示出沿图1中线4-4截取的轴承箱10的部分截面。轴承箱10包括形成环带22的后侧21和前侧23。在操作中,如图3中所示,轴承箱10安置成使轴承箱10中的油将在重力作用下收集在向着轴承箱10底部安置的空气出口管附近的轴承箱10底部处的环带22中。注意:截面4-4是在操作期间在轴承箱10的底部死中心(BDC)处截取的。还要注意:空气出口管稍许离开底部死中心(BDC)。
参照图2,图中示出由空气出口管27的制造而形成的隔板。图2是表示沿图1中线2-2截取的通过空气出口管27的中心线的轴承箱截面的透视图。如可以看到的,从空气出口管27下面向下向外伸出而与后侧21和前侧23接触的空气管27和阻塞元件28形成一个隔板25。结果,隔板25阻止收集在轴承箱10底部的油从一侧自由移动到另一侧。因为隔板25阻止油在环带22内从隔板25的一侧自由移动到隔板25的另一侧,所以可以制造从环带22通过前侧23的排泄孔,使油从隔板25的每侧以不同速率排泄。
参照图3,图中详细例示用于获得已汇集于环带22底部的油的有差别的聚集/排出的第一孔11和第二孔13的位置和功能。隔板25将环带22有效地分隔成第一侧53和第二侧55。充满高度51限定最大需求的油高度,使由隔板25、后侧21和前侧23限制而保留在第二侧55上的油量满足轴承箱10保持的油的需求。第二孔13最好制造成通过前侧23而进入环带22,使得第二孔13的最低部分处在水位51的相似高度。充满高度51最好刚巧低于隔板25的最高点。相反,第一孔11制成通过前侧23而伸入第一侧53上的环带22中,尽可能靠近隔板25。第一孔11的孔径选成提供按照轴承箱10的规定的排油要求的排油。在一优选的实施例中,孔11、13形成围绕前侧23而环形设置的槽。
在操作中,油往往以近似的速率汇集在隔板25两侧上的轴承箱10和环带22的底部处。因为第一孔11的位置十分接近底部死中心(BDC)并接近隔板25,所以开始汇集在第一侧53上的油往往通过第一孔11排空轴承箱10。相反,因为油开始汇集在环带22的第二侧55上,所以这样汇集的油往往形成一个储备,其高度稳定地增高,直到储备的油高度达到充满高度51。在油高度达到充满高度51的点,任何对第二侧55添加的油都造成油通过第二孔13排出。因此,一方面从轴承箱10的第一侧53连续地排出或清除油,而另一方面同时汇集储备上升到水位51的所要体积的油。在油迅速汇集而使第一侧53和第二侧55两侧中的油位高度上升到高于隔板25的顶部时,第一孔11和第二孔13两者将联合地起作用而排出过量的油。
显然,本发明已提出一种轴承箱及其制造方法,它们能排出和汇集油而完全满足此前提到的目的、机制和优点。虽然本发明就其特定实施例作了描述,但阅读了上面描述的该技术的业内人士显然可以进行替换、修改和变化。因此,本发明预期包括落在所附权利要求书的宽广范围内的所有替代、修改和变化。
Claims (9)
1.一种轴承箱,包括:
一个有一后侧和一前侧的环带;
一个从所述后侧延伸到前侧而形成第一区和第二区的隔板;
一个在所述第一区中穿过所述前侧的第一孔;以及
一个在所述第二区中穿过所述前侧的第二孔,所述第一孔的至少一部分处在一个低于所述第二孔的最低高度的高度。
2.权利要求1的轴承箱,其特征在于,所述充满高度低于所述隔板的高度。
3.权利要求2的轴承箱,其特征在于,所述第二区是由所述隔板、所述后侧、所述前侧和所述充满高度限定的。
4.权利要求3的轴承箱,其特征在于,所述第二区的容积等于符合所述轴承箱保油要求的保油量。
5.权利要求1的轴承箱,其特征在于,所述第一孔和所述第二孔沿径向被设置在所述前侧的周围。
6.权利要求1的轴承箱,其特征在于,所述隔板包括一个阻塞件和一根附接在所述阻塞件的上部的空气管。
7.一种在一环体中排油和汇集油的方法,包括以下步骤:
由一后侧和一前侧形成一个环带;
提供一个在形成第一和第二区的高度上从所述后侧延伸到所述前侧的隔板;
形成一个延伸通过所述前侧的第一孔,所述第一孔的至少一部分位于一充满高度之下;
形成一个延伸通过所述前侧并位于所述充满高度之上的第二孔;以及
通过所述第一孔从所述第一区排空油而在所述第二区中汇集油。
8.权利要求7的方法,其特征在于,提供所述隔板的步骤包括在高于所述充满高度的高度处提供所述隔板。
9.权利要求7的方法,其特征在于,形成所述第一和第二孔的步骤包括以下步骤:
围绕所述前侧沿径向设置所述第一孔;以及
围绕所述前侧沿径向设置所述第二孔。
