Abstract
一种标签,用于借助电磁辐射而不通过电缆标识其上设置有该标签的物品,其标签至少具有一个用于接收射入电磁信号的天线,粘贴在任意物品上,特别是光或磁光数据载体上,其特征在于,其标签具有避免由物品引起的杂散电容对标签谐振特性产生影响的介质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护和/或识别标签,用于粘贴在保护和/或识别的物品上,特别是光数据载体上如CD或DVD上。此外,本发明还涉及这种标签的制造方法和应用,以及具有这种标签的光数据载体。
背景技术
射频技术日益增多地应用于识别和防盗报警。在防盗报警领域,通常使用物美价廉的标签。它包括谐振电路,在进入相应根据固有频率确定的辐射场时在要保护交易的输出区域起到吸附作用。这种吸附被记录并进行报警。在识别领域,例如采用所谓的射频识别(RFID)方法用于识别具有相应标签的物品或进行触及监控。对此,在标签中不仅设置简单的谐振电路,而且常常将其谐振电路与相应芯片连接,这样可以调节特殊物品的吸附特性。这样,不仅可以将具有标签的物品压入辐射场,而且可以直接读出标签中特殊的信息。该信息例如由特定的在辐射场测量的吸附作用获得。由此,区分是否为被动式标签,该被动式标签采用射入的辐射能操作其标签,即标签没有自己的能源,而所谓主动式标签具有自己的能源通常具有操作标签的电池。本申请特别涉及的是被动式标签,因为其制造成本低。此外,被动式RFID标签可以适应个别的需要,例如通过对设置在其中的芯片设定不同的程序而实现。在该意义上适合的是例如EEPROM-RFID。EEPROM表示“电可擦程序只读存储器”。
对于这种射频方法实际的问题是,使得谐振振荡电路具有良好的即范围广的且可选择的高品质因数(Q值)的识别。对此,尽可能不影响标签在辐射场中的吸附作用,其吸附作用会受到外界作用如物品所处的辐射场的干扰和不均匀性以及标签吸附作用的干扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于借助电磁辐射而不通过电缆标识物品的标签,它尽可能不受到物品变化的干扰。标签至少涉及一用于接收射入电磁信号的天线。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,其标签具有避免由物品引起的杂散电容对标签谐振特性产生影响的介质。意外的发现,由于在标签振荡电路和物品之间产生的电容耦合会引起通常情况下由识别物品引起的干扰。这特别是在物品具有金属件时会出现这种情况。这种电容耦合会导致振荡电路的固有频率分别使得标签的整个吸附特性延迟,即所谓的“失调”。在简单有效的方式中,通过将物品与标签中的杂散电容分开分别减小影响而减小或甚至消除其吸附作用的有害延迟。
当然,其杂散电容的类型、强度和特性与所使用的频率有关。频率越高,通常杂散电容的影响就越大。由此,本发明的第一实施例是,通过电磁信号处于10-20MHz范围内的射频信号(rf信号)屏蔽杂散电容,该标签特别是被动式标签。
根据本发明的另一实施方式,该物品是光数据载体,特别是CD或DVD或磁光数据载体如MO。对于光数据载体,特别通过数据载体的金属反射层对其杂散电容产生作用。可以将通常的标签施加到这种数据载体上,明显消除所谓的失调且不出现失调的情况。而且意外的发现,对于这种物品可以屏蔽其电容耦合作用,减小影响。
其标签这样施加,带有其标签的数据载体在读数据载体时不会引起麻烦的不平衡。
在发明另一影响实施辐射中,其介质是设置在朝向物品的标签侧的附加电容作用层,以避免或尽可能减小电容耦合。特别优选的是,该层具有由小介电常数εr,εr特别小于2.5,εr特别优选小于2。这样可以简单且低成本地达到所希望的效果。该层最好是具有尽可能小介质常数的纸层。该层的厚度在50-150μm,特别优选在100μm的范围内。
根据本发明的另一优选实施方式,减小电容耦合的介质可以提高标签谐振振荡电路的电容量,通过调节线圈的电感,使得标签的谐振频率基本保持不变。在谐振频率不变的情况下,通过减小电感提高电容量,使得杂散电容明显减小对振荡电路谐振特性的影响。这对于现有技术中的RFID标签是常用的,特别将谐振振荡电路的电容组合到芯片上,但电容量不会毫无问题的增大,电容量的提高通过附加的电容与标签谐振振荡电路存有的电容并联实现。优选所提高的整个电容量为80-150pF、特别在100pF的范围内。为了在芯片中组合电容,其最小的电容量要在50pF以上,50pF为接近芯片面的一半所需要的电容量。
所希望提高的电容量还可以间接地通过由此产生的特性阻抗或阻抗值(通过电感与谐振振荡电路电容量比的平方根计算)计算。谐振振荡电路的阻抗小于200欧姆,特别在100欧姆的范围内。
为了避免物品引起的杂散电容的影响,上述介质可以变换,彼此组合使用是有利的。
本发明还涉及上述具有介电层标签的制造方法,其特征在于:将一附加介电层在朝着物品侧粘贴在现存的标签上。
本发明还涉及一种将上述标签用于光数据载体如CD或DVD或用于磁光数据载体如MO,以防盗报警和/或识别。
同时,本发明还涉及一种光数据载体如CD或DVD或磁光数据载体如MO,具有上述的标签,以及将上述标签施加到光数据载体上的方法。
标签的其它实施方式、制造标签的方法、标签的应用、具有标签的数据载体以及制造具有标签载体的方法包括在从属权利要求中。

具体实施方式
本发明以现有的具有RFID标签的CD和DVD程序存储作为例子描述。
为了在图书馆的自动借阅系统上使用,所有物品必须具有标签,该标签可以由读者在自动登记站处理。归类登记的物品可以从借阅区带走。为了避免未借出的对象被带走,在出口安装一闸门系统,它可以读出RFID标签中的信息,对于未借出的情况它会报警。
CD或DVD带来的问题是,在CD反射层中含有金属并会影响RFID标签的功能。此外,标签在出口要被可靠读出,即辐射器必须处于识别物品的位置,使得使用者通过闸门。对此,标签不能影响电唱机中数据载体的使用。
通过试验表明,CD光反射层的电导性要足够的小,以便可以在该区域根据情况粘贴功能灵活的RFID标签。人们追求使用高频为13.56MHz,对CD金属层进行如此强烈的屏蔽,即使得其屏蔽不可能实现。这种偏见延续至今,在制造CD或DVD过程中围绕CD中心孔在没有金属层的区域贴上射频标识或事后形成凹口或铣出孔,以设置射频标识。
图1示出了具有在其上表面3粘贴射频标识(RFID)标签6的CD1。标签6围住其CD的中心孔5且不覆盖透明的即没有金属层的CD中部区域4。在CD1上的标签6的形状和位置这样选择,即不会使得CD在电唱机中转动时产生不平衡。标签的形状最好呈矩形,因为这有利于标签的制造。标签的宽度为50mm,其长度为96mm,其中心孔的直径为25mm。
图2示出了图1沿线A-A的CD垂直中心截面图。从中可以看出,具有一金属层7,它表示相对于主轴的杂散电容。在标签6和CD1之间设置一起到标签与CD电容准绝缘作用的层10。该层10由小于2.5优选小于2的小介电常数εr的材料制成。可以考虑塑料如聚乙烯、聚丙烯和PVC以及简单的纸。特别适合的是纸的定量为80g/m2。纸10通过使用具有较小介电常数且在高频下介电损失较小的粘合剂如丙烯酸粘合剂首先粘贴到标签6上,而后通过使用必要相应的粘合剂整体粘贴到CD上。层的厚度约为100μm,使得标签6在CD表面之上的总高度优选小于500μm。
为了尽可能减小杂散电容的影响,标签上的振荡电路具有尽可能小的阻抗。优选的是,极限附加的电容与相应固定芯片电容并联。图3示出了例如在所述标签中使用的振荡电路。标签6包括一膜片15,它具有即在背侧(用点划线表示)和在其前侧(用实阴影线表示)的铝制印制导线。其印制导线形成具有线圈13和电容11的LC振荡电路,其通过两敷镀通孔14从前侧连接到后侧。在印制导线上连接一具有特殊信息的芯片12。标签本身的电容包括导线11a,通过与前侧和后侧上的附加导线的连接形成新的起电容作用的区域,它提高了避免杂散电容影响需要的容量值。要注意的是,印制导线不能靠近到距CD外边缘10mm的地方。
这种标签此外的优点在于,它比在CD中部设置的小线圈的可读距离要大,即辐射器和标签在读出时彼此距离较远。通常,辐射器和标识标签的距离可以达到至少40cm,对于两个辐射器意味着其输出通道的宽度至少可以达到80cm。此外,标签通过简单的粘贴事后施加,不会引起CD的不平衡,不需要铣出孔。

Claims (15)
1.一种标签,用于借助电磁辐射而不通过电缆标识其上设置有该标签的物品,该标签至少具有一个用于接收射入电磁信号的天线,其特征在于,该标签具有避免由物品引起的杂散电容对标签谐振特性产生影响的介质。
2.如权利要求1所述的标签,其特征在于:该电磁信号特别是在10-20MHz范围内的射频信号(rf信号),该标签特别是被动式标签。
3.如上述权利要求之一所述的标签,其特征在于:该物品是光数据载体,特别是CD或DVD或磁光数据载体如MO,特别通过数据载体的金属反射层对其杂散电容产生作用,其标签这样施加,即,带有标签的数据载体在读数据载体时不会引起麻烦的不平衡。
4.如上述权利要求之一所述的标签,其特征在于:该介质是设置在朝向物品的标签侧的附加介电作用层。
5.如权利要求4所述的标签,其特征在于:该层具有小介电常数εr,特别是εr小于2.5,特别优选εr小于2。
6.如权利要求5所述的标签,其特征在于:该层是纸层。

10.如权利要求8或9所述的标签,其特征在于:所提高的整个电容量为80-150pF、特别在100pF的范围内,谐振振荡电路的阻抗小于200欧姆,特别在100欧姆的范围内。
11.一种如权利要求1-10之一和权利要求4所述的标签的制造方法,其特征在于:将一附加介电层在朝着物品侧粘贴在现存的标签上。
12.一种用权利要求11所述方法来制造如权利要求9所述标签的方法,其特征在于:电容面在组合电路的外面设置在标签上,用于附加的电容量。
