Abstract
一种万能排种器其排种轮是两半燕尾槽连结，排种轮转动与排种盒摩擦处的护罩有护罩口、二者不用抽轴即简便任意更换不同形状、不同尺寸窝眼轮、外槽轮，达到所需排放种子的形状，尺寸和排量，实现万能排种目的。
Description
本发明型涉及农业机械，尤其是播种机上的排种器。
目前公知的排种器主要有外槽轮式、窝眼轮式、或多功能(组合式)。它们的制做成本高，使用范围小，局限大。满足不了不同形状不同尺寸，不同播量的要求，阻碍了播种技术的进步与发展。
为了克服现有排种器不能排放不同形状，不同尺寸，不同播量的不足，本本发明提供一种排种器，该排种器能够排放不同形状、不同尺寸、不同播量的万能型排种器。
本发明型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是排种器包括：排种盒、排种轮、阻塞轮、毛刷(或排种舌)。排种盒与排种轮转动相互磨擦的圆上增加了护罩。(减去常现排种器铆合的压盖及开盘)。避免排种轮转动时与排种盒直接相互磨擦，护罩的运转减少磨擦，排种轮能随意横向移动，调节排量，尤其是护罩有一护罩口断开处、利用自身具有的弹性，可以缩小直径从侧面简便按装、拆卸。更换不用拆装排种轮的轴。外槽轮的护罩内圆为牙状型与外槽型排种轮吻合。排种轮可以采用两半燕尾槽联接、拆装更换简便。一个排种盒可以任意选择不同形状，不同尺寸，不同排量的各种排种轮，窝眼排种轮其窝眼与所排的种子型状相式例如有玉米、大豆、小麦、菜籽等。窝眼每行按螺旋线排列，行与列之间交错排列；外槽轮有大槽轮，小槽轮。达到一器万能的目的。
本发明型的有益效果是：一个排种器能排放各种形状，各种尺寸，亩排量由几斤到几十斤，充分满足播种各种精量、半精量、常量及大播量的技术要求、一器全能，成本低、寿命长使用方便、节省材料及能源。能常规排种装配尺寸互换通用，制做另件工序少于常规排种器，例如护罩取代了牙盘和压盖及铆合。

在图1中排种盒(4)按装在播种机种子箱底部，排种轮(3)与阻塞套并排在排种盒(4)的中部，中心是播种轴，排种轮(3)斜上方是毛刷、排种轮(3)与排种盒(4)转动磨擦的圆处是护罩图3(1)、凹槽套在排种盒内圆上。拆装时在护罩口(2)是断开口利用自身的弹性使直径减小由侧面装、御简便。

1、一种万能排种器，包括排种盒、排种轮、阻塞套、毛刷、其特征是：排种轮外圆转动与排种盒磨擦处有护罩。
2、根据权利要求1所述的万能排种器，其特征是：护罩外圆为凹槽。
3、根据权利要求1所述的万能排种器，其特征是：护罩有断开口。
4、根据权利要求1所述的万能排种器，其特征是：排种轮是两半由燕尾槽连结。
5、根据权利要求1所述的万能排种器，其特征是：护罩与外槽排种轮配合时内圆为牙状。
