本发明公开了一种既有住宅建筑装饰节能技术。主要技术方案是在屋顶或顶棚内表面设有低辐射系数的材料以降低屋顶内表面与人体之间辅射热;在外墙内侧加抹一层保温砂浆等,通过上述方案的实施,可大幅度提高住宅的保温性能,节约能源。

技术领域
本发明属于住宅的装饰技术。
背景技术
目前我国单位面积采暖能耗为发达国家的3倍左右,现在全国城乡既有建筑面积约3.6×1010m2,其中按采暖建筑节能标准建造的只有1.3×108m2,这些高能耗建筑冬季采暖与夏季空调的使用日益普便,能源浪费严重,其中建筑装饰不合是其中的一个重要因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既有住宅建筑装饰技术,以通过这些方法的实施达到住宅节能的目的。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:它包括室内装饰、室外装饰、窗的装饰、暖气片装饰,装饰材料改造、照明节能改造,其特征是:(一)室内装饰是(1)在屋顶或顶棚内表面装设有低幅射系数的材料以降低屋顶内表面与人体之间辐射热;(2)在外墙内侧加抹一层20-30毫米厚的保温砂浆,(二)室外装饰是(1)在外墙表面涂刷反射太阳能辅射热的白色或浅色涂料减少壁面传热,以提高外墙保温性能;(2)在南向和东西向窗户上方安装可调式浅色遮阳蓬提高防热效果;大之降低空调使用率,节约能耗;(三)窗的装饰是(1)在室内设置可调节遮阳百叶窗帘及内窗,夏季内外窗的缓冲区减少外热进入室内,冬季阻止寒气进入室内;(2)在窗下暖气片顶部设有散热口,冬季阻止冷空气进入室内;装饰材料为热容量、热传导较低的保温隔热材料降低冷暖能耗。
本发明的积极效果是:通过上述方案的实施,可提高住宅的保温性能大大节约住宅能源。

Claims (2)

1、一种既有住宅建筑装饰节能技术,它包括室内装饰、室外装饰、窗的装饰、暖气片装饰,装饰材料改造、照明节能改造,其特征是:
(一)室内装饰是(1)在屋顶或顶棚内表面装设有低幅射系数的材料以降低屋顶内表面与人体之间辐射热;(2)在外墙内侧加抹一层保温砂浆;
(二)室外装饰是(1)在外墙表面涂刷反射太阳能辅射热的白色或浅色涂料减少壁面传热;(2)在南向和东西向窗户上方安装可调式浅色遮阳蓬;
(三)窗的装饰是(1)在室内设置可调节遮阳百叶窗帘及内窗,(2)在窗下暖气片顶部设有散热口,装饰材料为热容量、热传导较低的保温隔热材料降低冷暖能耗。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种既有住宅建筑装饰节能技术,其特征是:室内装饰在外墙内侧加抹保温砂浆厚度为20-30毫米。
