Abstract

一种针对油田钻井过程中产生的废弃泥浆而进行无害化处理的复合处理剂。它由几种化学原料组合而成,通过采取一定的技术工艺处理方案,能够使钻井废泥浆达到无害化标准,最终可以实现覆土还田。其特点是:处理剂成本低,仅相当于同类药剂成本的20~30%;加量少,仅为废泥浆的1-3%(重量体积比);处理工艺简单,便于现场操作;处理效果好,无二次污染,覆土后可以种植作物,作物籽实可以达到食用标准。

油田钻井废泥浆无害化处理剂
所属技术领域
本发明是针对油田钻井过程中产生的废弃泥浆而进行无害化处理的一种复合处理剂。
背景技术
油田钻井废泥浆是钻探油(气)井的工作液,它由膨润土、稀释剂、增稠剂、各种化学药剂与水配合而成,具有携带岩屑、保护井壁、润滑钻头、平衡地层压力等作用。打井完毕,泥浆废弃在泥浆池内。
经过浸出毒性分析和慢性毒性测定,确认废弃泥浆属于有毒有害工业固体废物,主要污染因子为PH、石油类、重金属(Pb、Cd、Cr)COD等,需要进行无害化处理。
关于钻井废泥浆的处理,世界各国都非常重视。欧美等国家对废泥浆的毒性进行了深入的评价,处理方法多为固-液分离技术,分离后固相干物填埋,液相经处理后达标外排或回用;前苏联多用固化技术,处理后抗压强度可达0.4-2.89mpa,污染指标也有很大下降,如COD等;这些方法固化剂加量一般在10%--50%,不足之处是:处理剂加量大、处理成本高、工艺较为复杂。
发明内容
为了克服目前使用的废泥浆处理剂存在的问题,本发明提供了一种新型复合处理剂,其各组分重量百分比如下:
硫酸亚铁        10.5-20
矾              5.0-11.0
氯化镁          18.3-36.5
氧化镁          45.5-70.0
磷酸盐          0.8-1.5
本发明的技术方案
本发明所采取的技术工艺方案是:将本发明所提出的处理剂各组分混匀(也可分别按比例)撒布在泥浆表面上,用履带式控挖机的长臂搅拌均匀,使处理剂与废泥浆充分混合。
实例一  处理剂组成(%):硫酸亚铁12.0,氯化镁31.0,氧化镁56.0,磷酸盐1.0。处理聚合物分散性废泥浆(是一类污染较重的废泥浆),Pb由3.600mg/L降至0.017mg/L;Cd由0.306mg/L降至0.068mg/L;总Cr由2.540mg/L降至0.307mg/L;PH由9.90降至9.29(相当OH-降低6.1倍),COD由3631.9mg/L降至109.9mg/L;石油类由0.83%降至1.45mg/L。
实例二  处理剂组成(%):矾10.0,氯化镁34.0,氧化镁55.0,磷酸盐1.0。处理分散性聚合物废泥浆(与前例不是同一口井),Pb由4.26mg/L降至未检出;Cd由0.376mg/L降至0.025mg/L;总Cr由35.320mg/L降至0.031mg/L;PH由10.67降至7.65;COD由2146.93mg/L降至6.55mg/L;石油类由3.41%降至4.01mg/L。
本发明的有益效果是:处理剂成本低,仅相当于同类药剂成本的20--30%;加量少,仅为废泥浆的1-3%(重量体积比);处理工艺简单,便于现场操作;处理效果好,无二次污染,覆土后可以种植作物,作物籽实可以达到食用标准。

1、一种复合型钻井废泥浆无害化处理剂,其各组分的重量百分比是:
硫酸亚铁             10.5--20.0
矾                   5.0--11.0
氯化镁               18.3--36.5
氧化镁               45.5--70.0
磷酸盐               0.8--1.5
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合型钻井废泥浆无害化处理剂,按本发明所采取的技术工艺方案要求,将所属各成分按比例混合,然后采用履带式控挖机抓斗,将处理剂与废泥浆混合均匀。
