本发明涉及一种电焊条的药皮配方,能改善焊接的性能。
背景技术
目前,焊条由药皮和焊芯组成,原有的药皮配方焊接效果存在断弧、烟尘大、焊接强度低等弊端。
发明内容
为了克服电焊条断弧、烟尘大、焊接强度低等不足,本发明提供一种新型配方,大大改善了焊接的效果,原有的结构没有改变,生产工艺简单。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:改变药皮的配方,采用新材料,如:纳米材料等。
具体实施方式
操作工艺跟传统的方法相同。

Claims (2)

1、一种纳米焊条药皮配方,主要是为了改善焊条的工艺性能,保护金属及冶金处理作用,过渡合金保证熔敷金属的化学成份及性能等。
2、根据权利要求1所述的药品配方,其特征是:按原料在药皮中所起的作用,根据工艺要求,采用稳弧剂、造渣剂、造气剂、合金剂、增塑润滑剂、粘结剂、纳米材料:大理石、石英、长石、白泥、石墨、钛白粉、云母、纤维素、木粉、锰铁、金红石、纳米材料。
