Description

Water purification remote monitoring management system and implementation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water purification system, in particular to a water purification remote monitoring management system and an implementation method.
Background
With the development of industry, water pollution is gradually increased, so that the water quality of tap water is affected, and due to the aging of a tap water supply pipe network, a lot of people select barreled mineral water and purified water as drinking water, so that troubles such as ordering, delivering and changing water are also caused.
In order to solve the above-mentioned troubles and improve the quality of life of people, the quality of raw water needs to be treated, which is called as purified water. The water purification system is a whole formed by combining facilities such as water quality treatment of raw water, water distribution and the like in a certain mode. The system comprises a pipeline direct drinking water system, a reclaimed water system and a tap water system. The following takes a pipeline direct drinking water system as an example to illustrate the defects of the existing water purification system.
The pipeline direct drinking water is high-quality healthy water which is taken as a water source and can be directly drunk by human beings after deep treatment. Direct drinking water workstations are arranged in residential districts, schools, office buildings and the like, and comprise a raw water treatment subsystem, a water supply subsystem and a direct drinking water control subsystem. Wherein:
the raw water treatment subsystem comprises a purification device, a filter and a disinfection device and is used for converting raw water into high-quality water which can be directly drunk by human beings after the raw water is subjected to purification, filtration, disinfection and other process flows, and the high-quality water is conveyed to thousands of households through a pipe network in a variable-frequency water supply mode through the water supply subsystem, so that the users can directly drink the high-quality healthy water by opening a faucet.
The direct drinking water control subsystem is used for monitoring the running conditions of all devices of the raw water treatment subsystem in real time. The direct drinking water control subsystem mainly comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller), a data acquisition unit and an intelligent instrument. The PLC is used for carrying out centralized control on the raw water treatment process flow, controlling important parameters such as liquid level, temperature, pressure, flow and the like of the data acquisition device, controlling the work of the whole raw water subsystem and the water production subsystem according to the parameters, taking alarm measures if necessary and receiving external instructions to control the work of each device. And the intelligent instrument is connected with the PLC and used for detecting and controlling numerous non-electric quantity signals.
With the popularization of direct drinking water in pipelines, direct drinking water workstations are rapidly increasing. If still adopt each straight drink water workstation configuration professional to monitor straight drink water control subsystem, then the cost of labor of operation is very high, because configuration personnel's professional level is different moreover, whether can in time handle when equipment breaks down, then the loss size that the direct impact equipment trouble caused. Consequently, because the dispersion of straight drinking water workstation is independent to lead to the problem that the cost is high and the effect is not good of system operation maintenance, prior art discloses a pipeline straight drinking water system that can carry out remote monitoring management. Compared with GSM, GPRS technology has the following four advantages:
(1) realize always online
GPRS is an ideal basis for supporting wireless internet applications, such as internet access, where fast connections can be established with mobile services via GPRS networks. GPRS transmits the packed data in packet mode, and the user can directly connect to Internet and stay in the state of always on line without repeatedly using dialing mode to connect.
(2) High data transmission speed and large transmission quantity
GPRS can transmit data packets, the maximum transmission rate can reach 171.2K, which is more than 10 times of that of the existing GSM, and the huge data throughput of the GPRS enables high-speed transmission of pictures and videos.
(3) Reducing radio resource waste
Since GPRS uses a packet transfer mode, users occupy system resources only when they perform data transmission. When there is no data transmission, the system resource originally occupied by the user is dynamically allocated to other users.
(4) Charging by flow
The charging mode of GPRS is based on the importance of the transmission quantity, transmission time interval and transmission data sequence of data. As long as the user does not browse, download or transmit data, even if the user is online all the time, the user does not need to pay money additionally.

At present, a medium-sized or large-sized city is provided with a plurality of tap water treatment centers, and how to uniformly manage the tap water treatment centers in the whole city range or the whole province or even the whole country directly influences the reasonable utilization of water resources and provides safe and sanitary water for users, but the tap water system provided by the invention can realize the effect of remote monitoring and management.
The tap water system comprises a plurality of tap water treatment centers and monitoring centers for monitoring and managing the operation of each tap water treatment center, wherein each tap water treatment center comprises a raw water treatment subsystem, a water supply subsystem and a control subsystem which is respectively connected with the raw water treatment subsystem and the water supply subsystem. And each control subsystem establishes communication connection with the monitoring center through a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) so as to control the normal operation of the equipment of the raw water treatment subsystem and the water supply subsystem. PLMN networks include GSM networks and 3G networks.
The components and working principles of the tap water system and the direct drinking water system are substantially the same, and are not described herein again. The data which are only exchanged between the tap water treatment process of the tap water system and the monitoring center have insufficient points of existence, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the tap water treatment process comprises the following steps: the raw water is treated by sedimentation in a sedimentation tank, filtration in a filter tank, chlorination and disinfection, and is delivered out of a factory after passing through a water pump station by a clean water tank.
The data uploaded to the monitoring center by each tap water processing center comprises: conductivity, raw water flow, water supply flow, water tank liquid level, water supply pressure, residual chlorine, turbidity, current and state of the lift pump water supply pump and the dosing sewage pump, and the like. And the data downloaded by the monitoring center to each tap water treatment center comprises control data for controlling the operation of each device of the tap water treatment center.
Based on the system, the invention provides a method for realizing remote monitoring management of a water purification system. The method comprises the following steps: a data uploading step: after the registration of each water purification control subsystem in the monitoring center is successful, the data is sent to the monitoring center through a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) (step S110); data downloading step: the monitoring center sends a remote control command to the equipment of the net control subsystem through a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) according to the received equipment operation data, and the equipment is controlled to perform corresponding operation (step S120).
The invention also takes a pipeline direct drinking water system as an example to illustrate an embodiment of the implementation method of the invention, and the specific steps are as follows:
firstly, a registration step is carried out, after the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal 11 is powered on, the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is automatically on-line, then a registration request is sent to a server of the monitoring center 2, the server receives the request, and the corresponding relation between the IP address of the direct drinking water control subsystem 2 and the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal 11 is obtained.
Then, a data uploading step is carried out: and uploading all the analog input information and the switching value input information of the equipment at regular time and uploading alarm information in real time. The analog input information comprises primary pure water conductivity, secondary pure water conductivity, raw water conductivity, concentrated water conductivity, pH value, COD value, dissolved oxygen content, inlet pressure of a variable frequency pump, system active power, system water consumption, raw water temperature and the like. The switching value input information comprises original water tank liquid level data, pure water tank liquid level data, softener regeneration, pretreatment backwashing, pressure states of ports of various stages of high-pressure pumps and the like.
Then, carrying out a data downloading step: the information downloaded by the center is mainly a remote control command, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps of starting and stopping a No. 1 raw water pump, starting and stopping a No. 2 raw water pump, starting and stopping a first-stage high-pressure pump, starting and stopping a second-stage high-pressure pump, starting and stopping a first-stage R0 water inlet valve, starting and stopping a backwater electromagnetic valve, starting and stopping a pure water ultraviolet lamp, starting and stopping a backwater ultraviolet lamp, starting and stopping a first-stage quick flushing valve, starting and stopping a concentrated water recycling electromagnetic valve, starting and stopping a concentrated water discharging electromagnetic valve, starting and stopping a system power supply, starting and stopping a water supply system.
In the process, heartbeat testing is also carried out, and the heartbeat is a testing means for testing the access between the monitoring center server and the GPRS wireless data transmission terminals of the direct drinking water workstations 1. And during the operation of the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal of the workstation, whether the path between the server of the monitoring center and the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is normal or not is determined through heartbeat. After receiving the heartbeat of the other party, the other party returns the heartbeat as it is. The heartbeat parameters of the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal can be remotely configured in the monitoring center. Regardless of which direction the heartbeat is initiated to the opposite end, the opposite end is processed to bounce back as it is.
The drop reference is a means for providing a GPRS wireless data transmission terminal with a test wireless drop. For wireless reference points, a gateway or router within the GPRS network may be selected. The PING operation in the ICMP protocol is used for testing.
The GPRS wireless data transmission terminal comprises the following processing flows:
1) if the heartbeat and the off-line reference are not started, the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal does not send any test packet except normal data receiving and sending after being on line.
2) If only heartbeat is started, after the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is on line, whether a wireless access is normal or not is determined through the heartbeat. If the time is exceeded (two heartbeat cycles are used as a timeout cycle to avoid an accidental situation), no heartbeat is received, and then communication reset is carried out.
3) If only the drop reference is started, after the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is on line, the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal automatically determines whether to perform drop reset processing according to a set period and a PING reference point and a test result (in order to avoid accidental situations, two test periods are used as timeout periods).
4) And if the heartbeat and the disconnection reference are started, after the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is on line, determining whether the wireless access is normal or not by judging whether the heartbeat sent by the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is responded or not. And if the time is exceeded and no heartbeat response is received, PING refers to a point and determines whether to perform offline reset processing or not according to a test result. By the processing, the situation that the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is mistakenly considered as a wireless disconnection and unnecessary reset processing is carried out after the monitoring center server fails or is shut down can be avoided.
If the center wants to determine whether the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal is on line, the line condition can be tested by sending a PING packet.
When the server is abnormally reset, the GPRS data transmission terminal is on the network. When the server is restarted and receives the heartbeat of the GPRS data transmission terminal, and the server does not have the registration corresponding information of the GPRS, a re-registration command is issued. And after receiving the command, the GPRS wireless data transmission terminal executes the registration action.
The monitoring mode of the monitoring center can be divided into three modes of timing reporting, automatic, active inspection, manual and emergency reporting and automatic, and the main principle is as follows: a polling label is arranged in a server, when the system samples the polling label, the server automatically starts an operation instruction, and sends a polling instruction with a station number through a GPRS wireless data transmission terminal. All direct drinking water workstations can receive the instruction, but only the PLC of which the station number accords with the station number in the polling instruction needs to sign, the data which is currently collected or is stored in a register in advance is uploaded, and the PC at the server side sends confirmation information to the client side after receiving the data, which indicates that the communication is finished and stores the data in a corresponding label. The polling period is set by setting the sampling frequency of the polling tag. If the communication is not successful for a certain time, the monitoring center can send out an alarm until the alarm is released after the communication is recovered.
While the invention has been described with respect to a few specific embodiments thereof, it is not so limited since modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
