Abstract

一种仿古简牍制作工艺，它是将竹、木原材料经过草木灰加“日落黄”液体的陈旧性处理后，用石灰水溶液杀菌灭虫，然后进行烘烤脱水、定型并加工成仿古简牍片料，再在片料上用特制墨书写或印制上隶、篆、蝌蚪文体后，用桐油或清漆进行表面处理，最后用传统材料装订而成。本发明不仅可用于修复文物，最主要的是它可以进行仿古文物制造，以弘扬古代文化，满足社会对古代简牍文化的需求。

Description

仿古简牍制作工艺
发明领域：本发明涉及一种仿古代竹简、木牍的制作工艺。
现有技术：古代许多典籍、文告、科技成果等都写在竹简或木牍上，由于时代久远，这些简牍大部分已毁坏消失了。因此，考古发掘出的战国至秦汉简牍就显得弥足珍贵。但是，这些国宝级的文物一般人是看不见的，更谈不上拥有或珍藏。又由于古人未留下材料来源和加工制作技术，故至今无人模仿再造。
发明目的：本发明的目的是提供一种仿古简牍制作工艺。
技术方案：以楠竹、楠木、樟木、松、杉或其它木竹为原料，首先将其用10％(重量百分比)草木灰加2～5％(重量百分比)“日落黄”配制而成的溶液浸泡，使其变为灰褐旧色，再将其放入10～20％的石灰水中浸泡一昼夜进行杀菌灭虫，然后在50～100℃温度下进行烘烤脱水、定型，将其加工成仿古简牍片料。
片料制成后，用书写用笔或竹、木长条削成的尖签进行书写，若是仿隶或篆或楷，则可用在书写用墨中加入0.5～1％蛋清或明胶、香料制成的墨书写，以利笔迹清晰明亮，且不随竹木纹路扩散；若是仿蝌蚪文等，则用土漆或油漆书写，以利笔划产生头粗尾细的的效果。若进行简牍的批量生产，可用已写成的简牍为样制版，采用丝网印刷术印刷，若用漆书写，印刷时需添加稀释剂。
印好后，将桐油烧开，把简牍放入滚油中约一分钟后捞取，晒干即可；或以清漆涂面，晾干即可。最后，按古代式样打孔，以麻索、棕丝、兽皮为装订绳线，将相关内容装订而成。
发明效果：本发明的工艺可用来修复、复制文物或制作仿制品，用本发明的方法制作的仿古简牍，能达到造旧如旧的效果，以弘扬古代文明、满足社会对古代简牍文化的需求。
实施例：以木牍的制作为例。首先将原材料楠木块放入有10％草木灰加2～5％“日落黄”配制而成的液池中浸泡，使其变为灰褐旧色，再将其放入20％的石灰水池中浸泡一昼夜进行杀菌灭虫，然后在70℃下进行烘烤脱水、定型，将其加工成仿古木牍片料。片料制好后，在通用书写用墨中加入1％的蛋清，用竹签在木牍片材上写上仿古字体或制版，用丝网印刷术批量印刷。将桐油烧开，把印好字的木牍片放入滚油中，约一分钟后捞取，晒干后，按古代式样打孔，以麻索将其装订即可。
以该方法制作的木牍，可达到以假乱真的效果，它不仅可用来修复或复制考古文物，而且可批量生产仿古文物，达到造旧如旧的效果，以弘扬古代文化、满足人们对古代简牍文化的需求。

Claims (4)

1、一种仿古简牍制作工艺，其特征是以楠竹、楠木、樟木、松、杉或其它木竹片为原料，将其用草木灰加适量“日落黄”配制的溶液浸泡变旧，再用10～20％(重量百分比)的石灰水浸泡杀菌灭虫，然后在50～100℃温度下烘烤脱水、定型，制成陈旧性仿古简牍片料。用特制的防渗墨或漆以书写用笔或竹木尖签写好后，以桐油或清漆进行表面处理，最后以古式材料装订而成。若要批量生产，则采用丝网印刷术印制在仿古简牍片料上，再以桐油或清漆进行表面处理，最后以古式材料装订而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制作工艺，其特征是将原材料浸泡变旧的溶液为10％(重量百分比)草木灰加2～5％(重量百分比)“日落黄”配制而成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制作工艺，其特征是烘烤最佳温度为70℃。
4、根据权利要求1所述的制作工艺，其特征是所说的防渗墨为在普通墨汁中加入0.5～1％的蛋清或明胶、香料制成。
