Abstract

快速恢复水加热器
技术领域
本发明由已知的作为快速恢复或贯通水加热器型的小型民用水加热器构成。
背景技术
目前,快速恢复水加热器由于其低效燃烧器和热恢复方法而具有非常高的污染物释放速率及高的销售成本。
发明内容
为了防止所述问题并为消费者提供更好的产品,发明了本申请要求保护的民用水加热器,其主要是对两个受到保护的发明的补充,即,题为“一种用于水平锅炉的换热器”的IMPI批准的实用新型第850号以及题为“一种具有连续驱动可燃气体的湍流发生器的燃烧器”的在IMPI提出的专利申请第PA/a/2002/012631号,现将所述发明结合在此作为参考。采用这两种装置以及其它革新,得以实现小型的低污染物释放速率、高热效率、成本相对低的水加热器。在本发明的详细说明中提供这些和其它细节。

具体实施方式

图1显示了用于参考目的的完整的水加热器,其具有恒温器2、维护门7、烟道16、外壳17以及外盖18。
图2显示了相同的水加热器的剖视图,其具有与结合在此作为参考的、在墨西哥由IMPI授予的实用新型第850号中描述的换热器1、带有传感棒3的恒温器2、燃烧室4、导向室5、滑动片式幕帘、维护门7、燃烧气体收集器8以及带有在燃烧器内循环的水的环形容器。容器9由外壁11和内壁12构成并具有用于防止腐蚀的镁阳极13和用于将冷水传输至容器9的底部的塑料脉状管14。其还具有被结合在此作为参考的在墨西哥IMPI提出的专利保护的燃烧器15,以及外壳17、外盖18和烟道16。
图3为燃烧室4和片状导向幕帘6,其功能是储存燃烧器15发射的辐射并由此防止使用者操作的门7变热。片式幕帘6可以通过图4所示的两个导轨19手动地上下移动,所述两个导轨19被焊接或铆接道燃烧室4上。为了部分覆盖如图3所示放置门7的孔洞,片式幕帘6必须放下。当需要引燃燃烧器15的引火嘴(pilot)或者视觉观察燃烧室4的内部时,片式幕帘6被手动地升起。在完成观察后,将片式幕帘6降到放下位置。
图5为燃烧气体收集器8和容纳如图2所示的恒温器2的传感棒3的部分的膜盒10。收集器8的功能是防止来自换热器1的热的燃烧气体与外盖18接触,否则外盖18的饰面涂料会被损伤。膜盒10可以利用直径大约为30mm、长度为50mm的管状部分制成。所述膜盒10被焊接到壁12上。壁12具有与膜盒10同心的直径大约为20mm的冲孔,使得图2中的恒温器2的传感棒3通过其延伸。由于这里描述的水加热器是小型的并且,如图2所示,环形水容器9平均与外部11和内壁12相距60mm,并且恒温器2的传感棒3平均长100mm,所以膜盒10是不可或缺的。因此,传感棒3与水容器9中的空间不匹配。膜盒10同样被填充来自容器9的水,因此,即使容器9较大,传感棒3和恒温器2仍可以正常地工作。
以下为本发明优选实施方式的一个示例。具有29cm外径和60cm的总高度的小型水加热器每分钟产生5升热水,其在水的入口和出口之间具有25℃的温差,并具有85%的热效率。该水加热器具有如说明书中所示的换热器1、恒温器2、用于容纳全部传感棒3的管状膜盒10、燃烧室4、导向室5、燃烧气体收集器8、水容器9、维护门7、片式滑动幕帘6、塑料脉状管13、镁阳极14、外壳17、外盖18、烟道16以及连续驱动可燃气体并具有37,000kJ/小时功率的燃烧器15。

Claims (13)

1.一种快速恢复的水加热器,包括:
换热器;
可操作地用于加热容器中流体的燃烧器;
可操作地容纳流体的容器;
与该容器流体相通的膜盒;
恒温器;
从该恒温器穿过该容器延伸至该膜盒的传感棒。
2.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:
可操作地防止该换热器的热的燃烧气体与该加热器的外部接触的燃烧气体收集器。
3.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:
位于该容器内可操作地防止腐蚀的镁阳极。
4.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:
可操作地传输流体至该容器的管。
5.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:
围绕该燃烧器的燃烧室,该燃烧室具有一通向该燃烧器的凹部。
6.如权利要求5所述的加热器,还包括:
可操作地密封该凹部的维护门。
7.如权利要求6所述的加热器,其中该燃烧室包括可操作地储存由该燃烧器发射的辐射并防止该维护门被该燃烧器发射的热加热的片式幕帘。
8.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其中每分钟产生5升热水。
9.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其中该容器的入口与该容器的出口之间的温差为25℃。
10.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其中该加热器实现85%的热效率。
11.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其中该燃烧器使用可燃气体工作。
12.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其中该燃烧器提供37,000kJ/小时的功率。
13.如权利要求1所述的加热器,其中即使该容器更大,该膜盒使得该恒温器可以工作。
