电灯组件、适配器及将灯罩连接到灯座的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有用于将灯罩连接到灯座的适配器的电灯组件。
背景技术
灯罩，通常采用玻璃或塑料件的形式，一般用来环绕着灯泡以防耀眼并增加灯泡美观。例如，各种照明灯具及吊扇常常包括带有容纳灯泡的灯座和可连接至灯座的玻璃灯罩的一个或多个电灯。然而，做到没有损坏或不弄碎灯罩而将灯罩连接到灯座上常常是困难的。
由此，需要一种适配器，以便连接灯罩至电灯座上而不损坏灯罩。

图1是按照本发明一实施例的适配器的分解等角图，图中示出了灯座和灯罩。
图2是与图1相似的视图，只是示出的适配器连接到了灯罩上。

具体实施方式
参看图1及图2，标记10一般表示按照本发明实施例的适配器。该适配器10包括环状内螺纹基部12，该基部12具有若干角度隔开、从其一端伸展的肋条14，这些肋条14以下面描述的方式用做板簧。这些肋条14从基部外周向内呈放射状隔开以形成一环状侧翼16，其成斜角的原因下面将说明。
适配器10设计用于将灯罩20装配到灯座22上。灯罩20在图中被部分示出，其可由半透明玻璃或塑料形成，并具有两个开口端。该灯罩在其中一个开口端附近的曲率半径倒置以形成一颈部20a。
该灯座22具有从圆柱基部26伸出的圆柱螺纹部24。螺纹部24的直径比基部26的小以形成侧肩28。该螺纹部24内螺纹配合容纳电灯泡(未示出)，外螺纹接合适配器10的内螺纹基部12。应当理解，该灯座22被安装到提供电流的电源的结构上，其可以是电灯组件、吊扇、安装在墙上或天花板上的电盒或类似物，而且适当的电连接连接到灯座22上，这些都是以传统的方式进行。
如图2所示，为了将灯罩20连接到灯座22，适配器10从灯罩的另一开口端插进灯罩临近颈部20a的端口，并相对灯罩排列使肋条14在上述后一开口中居中。然后迫使适配器10通过后一端口以使肋条14接合该颈部20a的内表面。由肋条14外表面形成的外周比凸缘颈部20a的内表面稍大些，使颈部以一个合适的压配合接合该肋条，并且可以稍微径向相内地向肋条施加压力。在图2的连接位置，灯罩20临近颈部20a的端部的内表面接合侧翼16的倾斜部分。
在灯罩以上述方式连接在适配器10上时，该适配器10被定位邻近灯座22，从而适配器的内螺纹基部12与该灯座的外螺纹部24对准。然后，移动适配器10与灯座22接合，并转动使其相对灯座轴向前进，直到肋条14的远端与该灯座的侧肩28对接上，如图3所示，从而相对灯座22将灯罩20锁定。接着，通过灯罩20插入一电灯泡(未示出)并穿进该灯座24的内螺纹部以完成安装。
图4描述用于灯具30的适配器10的典型应用。该灯具30包括一基部32，可以任何传统的方式安装在墙上、天花板上、吊扇上或类似物上。四个柄或管34(图中示出三个)从基部32伸出。该柄34，和灯座22一样，以任何传统的方式连接到防护罩36上。可以理解，电导体(未示出)从墙、天花板、吊扇或类似物伸出，穿过基部32、柄34、及防护罩36与灯座22连接，给以上述方式连接到灯座的灯泡(未示出)提供电能。该适配器10以上述的方式将该灯罩20连接到灯座22上。如前述附图所示，只部分地显示了该灯罩20，但应当理解，它们的轴向长度足以伸展通过它们相应的灯座22及连接到该灯座的灯泡。
因此，这种适配器10使用很简便，并能以快速而又简单的方式将灯罩20连接到了灯座22上，而且没有损坏灯罩的任何危险。
可以理解，可以在上述内容中做出不脱离本发明范围的各种改变。例如，该适配器10不限于图4的具体应用，而是可以用于需要连接到灯座的灯罩的任何类型电灯组件。实际上，该灯座22可直接从墙、天花板、电扇、或任何结构中伸出。同时，这些肋条14的数目和/或形状及该灯罩20的形状可作出变化。此外，在图4灯具中灯座22和灯罩20的数目也是可变的。而且，应当理解，空间的参考，例如“轴向”、“放射状”、“临近”等等，只是为了举例，并没有限定上述结构的具体方位或位置。

Claims (23)

1、一种将灯罩连接到灯座的适配器，包括适于螺纹接合灯座外螺纹部的内螺纹基部，及若干从所述基部伸出并适于以压配合从灯罩一开口伸展的呈角度隔开的肋条。
2、如权利要求1所述的适配器，其中这些肋条从所述基部外周向内呈放射状地向内隔开以形成接合灯罩相应内表面的环形侧翼。
3、如权利要求1的组件，其中该灯罩包括一环绕灯罩开口端并位于该适配器侧翼之上的环形凸缘。
4、如权利要求2所述的适配器，其中使所述侧翼成斜角以促进接合。
5、如权利要求1所述的适配器，其中每个肋条形成一板簧。
6、如权利要求1所述的适配器，其中灯罩使肋条稍微向内呈放射状。
7、如权利要求1所述的适配器，其中所述基部具有一内螺纹部以容纳电灯泡。
8、一种电灯组件，包括：
一灯座，具有一外螺纹圆柱部件；
一灯罩，具有一开口；及
一适配器，包括：
一适于螺纹接合该灯座的外螺纹部的内螺纹基部，及
若干从所述基部伸出并适于压配合地从该灯罩开口伸展的呈角度隔开的肋条。
9、如权利要求8所述的组件，其中这些肋条从基部外周向内呈放射状隔开，以形成接合该灯罩相应内表面的环形侧翼。
10、如权利要求9所述的组件，其中该灯罩包括一绕灯罩开口伸展并位于该适配器侧翼之上的环形凸缘。
11、如权利要求9所述的组件，其中侧翼成斜角以促进接合。
12、如权利要求8所述的组件，其中每根肋条形成一板簧。
13、如权利要求12所述的组件，其中灯罩使肋条稍微向内呈放射状。
14、如权利要求8所述的组件，其中该基部具有内螺纹部以容纳电灯泡。
15、一种将灯罩连接到灯座的方法，该方法包括使若干从适配器基部伸出的呈角度隔开的肋条穿过灯罩开口，来建立一压配合，并将适配器的基部螺纹地接合到灯座上。
16、如权利要求15所述的方法，进一步包括从基部外周向内呈放射状隔开所述肋条以形成接合灯罩相应内表面的环状侧翼。
17、如权利要求16所述的方法，进一步包括绕灯罩的开口形成环状凸缘，并以所述侧翼接合该凸缘。
18、如权利要求16所述的方法，进一步包括使所述侧翼成斜角以促进接合。
19、如权利要求15所述的方法，进一步包括通过灯罩使所述肋条向内呈放射状。
20、如权利要求15所述的方法，进一步包括在所述基部的内螺纹部内容纳一电灯泡。
21、一种将灯罩连接到灯座的适配器，包括螺纹接合灯座外螺纹部的部件，及从该基部伸出、用于压配合地穿过灯罩开口的部件。
22、如权利要求21所述的适配器，其中所述第一部件是内螺纹的。
23、如权利要求21所述的适配器，其中所述第二部件是若干呈角度隔开的肋条。
