Weak line
According to the present invention, the characteristic of this easy unlatching of packaging bag is by producing along opening or separating the required track of the packaging bag membraneous material that weakens.
Described weak line is set like this so that the part on a slice at least of packaging bag is non-weak line.In the time of can preventing to open like this entire top of packaging bag be separated. After the unlatching, tear the weak resulting baffle plate of line and provide handle or grasping section, use when product quantitatively being poured out for the user for packaging bag. This characteristic makes this packaging bag have better manipulative capability, thereby is easier to the control amount of pouring out.
The mode that this weak line weakens the intensity of film makes it can either bear normal charging, packing and charge and discharge operations, and the customer is opened at an easy rate. This performance realizes by the trapezoid breaking resistance that reduces primary film. The reduction of trapezoid breaking resistance is the reduction of simultaneous packaging bag tensile strength probably.
Should the weak feature of distinguishing show: a) D-882 in the American Society for testing and Materials by following test method, plastic foil tensile properties standard testing method b) D-5733 in the American Society for testing and Materials is with the standard testing method of trapezoid method of testing test adhesive-bonded fabric breaking resistance. The figure as a result that obtains with these test method has made casehistory in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9.Generating Fig. 8 and the used sample of Fig. 9 is to obtain from weak line shown in Figure 1 28.According to the D-5733 of D-882 in the American Society for testing and Materials and American Society for testing and Materials, this weak line 28 must be parallel with the minor face (that is width) of sample.Should must occupy the whole width of this sample by weak line 28, and must be placed in the middle with respect to sampling length. The slit of the initial cut point of trapezoid cracking resistance sample must be positioned at the top of weak line 28.
Should be characterised in that three parameters that obtain by above-mentioned standard testing by weak line.First parameter is a yield value of stress.Referring to Fig. 8, this figure illustrates the explanation of the approximate yield value of stress of reduction film (shown in Y2 among Fig. 8) and the ratio of the approximate yield value of stress of the film (shown in Y1 among Fig. 8) that do not weaken. In the D-882 of American Society for testing and Materials extension test, the reduction film yield value of stress should be not less than the film that do not weaken yield value of stress 90%.Second parameter, the reduction film is (as R among Fig. 8 2Shown in) final or rupture stress value should be not less than not by reduction film Y 190% of yield value of stress.
The 3rd parameter, the average trapezoid stretching resistance of the reduction film that test obtains according to the D-5733 in the American Society for testing and Materials should be less than 4Kgf.Fig. 9 explanation be the typical graphics that obtains when measuring the trapezoid breaking resistance of the individual sample film that weakens with the D-5733 method in the American Society for testing and Materials. For Fig. 8 and 9, should only regard the numerical value that is marked for power, elongation (Fig. 8) and elongation (Fig. 9) among the figure as exemplary value, and be not a qualification of the present invention.
In addition, this weak line has certain pattern. These patterns can be continuous line, dash lines, or their combination. But most preferred pattern is a dash line, and wherein this dash line comprises a plurality of cut sections. The length of each cut section is about 0.12mm to 4.4mm, is preferably about 0.3mm to 2mm, is most preferably about 0.6mm to 1mm.The spacing of adjacent cut section is about 0.4mm to 4mm, is preferably about 1mm to 3mm, is most preferably about 1.5mm to 2mm.The degree of depth of cut is different with film thickness.
Some that can be on the line a little less than this put to determine initial indentation.Initial indentation provides a zone that ratio is easier to tear, because the cut that should locate is darker. If make weak line across the back side, owing to also have vertical seal on the back side, initial indentation makes to become to tearing of weak line from a plurality of layers of vertical leak free and is easy to.
Produce the method for weak line
Production method that should weak line includes but not limited to cut, punching, chemical treatment, preferably laser scratch, laser beam perforation, mechanical mark, mechanical punching, embossing method, or the combination of these methods.Should preferably before being made packaging bag, on film, make film by weak line.
A kind of method of making weak line on flexible film is to use beam of laser at least. The laser beam that at first will have a part of membraneous material energy of enough evaporations focuses on the film. The degree of depth or the penetrablility from shadow scratch to the punching that penetrates film fully can be very accurately controlled in the use of laser technology. Can use the laser that adopts any form electromagnetic radiation. The suitable laser that uses among the present invention comprises those lasers based on carbon dioxide.
