Abstract

轻烃液体燃料气化器涉及一种轻烃液体燃料的气化装置。主要是为解决现有的轻烃液体燃料气化器壳体内易积炭堵塞的问题而设计的,主要包括壳体、外罩、燃料进口、燃气出口、温控器、电源插座、温控电源开关、工作指示灯,在壳体外壁环绕电热管,在壳体外壁铸铝,将电热管置于铸铝层内,将温控器装在铸铝层中,在连接电热管与温控器的导线上设保险丝,壳体两端分别用法兰密封,两端的法兰上分别设燃料进口和燃气出口,在铸铝层的外面设保温层,保温层外面是外罩。优点是温度均恒稳定,不易积炭,壳体内空间大,无须经常清理积炭,使用方便。

轻烃液体燃料气化器
技术领域:本发明涉及一种轻烃液体燃料的气化装置。
背景技术:本人曾于2002年6月27日申请一个名为“轻烃液体燃料气化器”的专利,其专利号为:02273884.3,它是将电热棒密封在壳体内给轻烃燃料加热气化,燃料在加热气化的同时产生积炭,积炭逐渐凝固在电热棒表面和壳体内壁上,以致造成壳体内堵塞,这就要经常打开清理积炭,为用户带来不便。
发明内容:本发明的目的是设计一种壳体内温度比较均恒稳定,积炭少,无须经常打开清理积炭的轻烃液体燃料气化器。
上述目的是这样实现的:设壳体1,在壳体外壁环绕电热管2,在壳体外壁铸铝,将电热管置于铸铝层3内,将温控器4装在铸铝层中,在连接电热管与温控器的导线上设保险丝,用于超温保护,壳体两端分别用法兰5密封,两端的法兰上分别设燃料进口6和燃气出口7,在铸铝层的外面设保温层8,保温层外面是外罩9,外罩上设电源插座10和温控电源开关11及工作指示灯12。
本发明的优点是变壳体内加热为壳体外加热,温度均恒稳定,不易积炭,而且壳体内空间增大了,所以无须经常清理积炭,使用方便。

具体实施方式:参照附图,用无缝钢管作壳体1,在壳体外壁环绕螺旋式电热管2,在壳体外壁铸铝,将电热管铸在铸铝层3内,将可调式温控器4(调温范围30——110℃)安装在铸铝层中,在连接电热管与温控器的导线上设保险丝,壳体两端分别用法兰5密封,两端的法兰上分别设燃料进口6和燃气出口7,在铸铝层的外面设保温层8,保温层外面设外罩9,外罩上设电源插座10和温控电源开关11及工作指示灯12。

1、轻烃液体燃料气化器,包括壳体(1)、外罩(9)、燃料进口(6)、燃气出口(7)、温控器(4)、电源插座(10)、温控电源开关(11)、工作指示灯(12),其特征是在壳体外壁环绕电热管(2),在壳体外壁铸铝,将电热管置于铸铝层(3)内,将温控器(4)装在铸铝层中,在连接电热管与温控器的导线上设保险丝,壳体两端分别用法兰(5)密封,两端的法兰上分别设燃料进口(6)和燃气出口(7),在铸铝层的外面设保温层(8),保温层外面是外罩(9)。
