Claims (10)

1.一种涡轮叶片(16),其包括翼面(32)、平台(30)、柄部(29)和鸠尾件(34),所述叶片具有大致按照表I提出的X、Y和Z的笛卡儿坐标值的内部标定芯轮廓,其中Z值是从0~1的无量纲值,该值可通过将Z值乘以单位为英寸的叶片高度而转换成单位为英寸的Z距离,并且其中在由平滑连续圆弧连接时X和Y是沿着叶片在每个距离Z上限定内部芯轮廓截面的单位为英寸的距离,Z距离上的轮廓截面相互平滑连接以便形成所述叶片内部芯轮廓。
2.如权利要求1所述的涡轮叶片,其特征在于,所述叶片具有侧壁(48)和在侧壁之间延伸的凸肋(46),所述凸肋在叶片的前边缘和后边缘之间相互间隔开并且与所述侧壁的内壁表面一起限定沿着叶片长度的内部冷却通道(35),所述平滑连续圆弧沿着冷却通道的内壁表面并在沿着所述侧壁的相邻通道之间延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的涡轮叶片,其特征在于,所述叶片翼面(32)具有外部翼面形状,所述内部芯轮廓截面包括叶片翼面内的大致的翼面形状部分并通常与叶片翼面的所述外部翼面形状减去其中的壁厚相对应。
4.如权利要求1所述的涡轮叶片,其特征在于,所述内部芯轮廓在垂直于任何内部芯表面位置的方向上位于±0.039英寸的范围内。
5.一种涡轮叶片(16),其包括翼面(32)、平台(30)、柄部(29)和鸠尾件(34),所述叶片具有大致按照表I提出的X、Y和Z的笛卡儿坐标值的内部标定芯轮廓,其中Z值是从0~1的无量纲值,该值可通过将Z值乘以单位为英寸的叶片高度而转换成单位为英寸的Z距离,并且其中在由平滑连续圆弧连接时X和Y是沿着叶片在每个距离Z上限定内部芯轮廓截面的单位为英寸的距离,Z距离上的轮廓截面相互平滑连接以便形成所述叶片内部芯轮廓,X、Y和Z距离可作为同一常数或数字的函数缩放以便提供放大或缩小的内部芯轮廓。
6.如权利要求5所述的涡轮叶片,其特征在于,所述叶片具有侧壁(48)和在侧壁之间延伸的凸肋(46),所述凸肋在叶片的前边缘和后边缘之间相互间隔开并且与所述侧壁的内壁表面一起限定沿着叶片长度的内部冷却通道(35),所述平滑连续圆弧沿着冷却通道的内壁表面并在沿着所述侧壁的相邻通道之间延伸。

9.如权利要求7所述的涡轮,其特征在于,涡轮叶轮具有60个叶片,并且X表示平行于涡轮转动轴线的距离。
10.如权利要求7所述的涡轮,其特征在于,X、Y和Z距离可作为同一常数或数字的函数进行缩放以便提供放大或缩小的内部芯轮廓。
