本发明涉及一种反刍动物饲料尿素颗粒包埋及其工艺方法,它由:尿素、玉米、棉籽饼(粕)、沸石、膨润土、磷酸氢钙、腐殖酸钠、麦麸、盐、氧化镁加工配制而组成。经过预混、搅拌、制粒、蒸发、降温而成。其配方合理、给料方便、成本低廉,适于集约化、规模化养殖。节粮、高效、安全、环保。

尿素颗粒包埋及其工艺方法
技术领域:本发明涉及一种反刍动物饲喂尿素颗粒包埋及其工艺方法。
背景技术:牛、羊等反刍动物摄入非蛋白氮以后,可以在瘤胃合成菌体蛋白被机体吸收,摄入一公斤尿素所含氮量相当于6-7公斤豆饼的含氮量。同时还提高精粗饲料消化率,增加肉、奶、毛、茸的产量,但尿素食入量不能一次过多,否则会引起中毒,又不能发挥其应有作用。用工业方法包埋尿素适口性差、工艺复杂。秸秆氨化在北方因低温难以推广。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种尿素颗粒包埋及其方法,本发明的目的是这样实现的:它由尿素1-2%、玉米50-55%、棉籽饼(粕)25-30%、沸石2-3%、膨润土1-2%、磷酸氢钙1-2%、腐殖酸钠0.5-1%、麦麸8-10%、盐1-1.5%、氧化镁0.3-0.5%加工配制而成。其工艺方法:将尿素与水1∶2混合稍溶后,放入玉米、棉籽饼、麦麸中搅拌5-10分钟待用,然后将其他成份混入再搅拌5-10分钟,用颗粒机制成10×12mm颗粒。用该工艺方法制出的产品,农民给料方便、成本低廉,适于集约化、规模化、机械化养殖。节粮、高效、安全、环保。头均量可提高1/5~1/3。特别是若在“十五”期间,累计推广300万头/年,可节约粮食37亿公斤,同时实现用秸秆、棉籽饼等农副产品换取市场需要的奶、肉、毛,有利于中华民族的可持续发展。
具体实施方式:下面是本发明尿素颗粒包埋及其工艺方法的最佳实例:它由:尿素1-2%、玉米50-55%、棉籽饼(粕)25-30%、沸石2-3%、膨润土1-2%、磷酸氢钙1-2%、腐殖酸钠0.5-1%、麦麸8-10%、盐1-1.5%、氧化镁0.3-0.5%加工配制而成。其加工方法:将1-2%的尿素与水1∶2混合稍溶后,放入50-55%玉米、25-30%棉籽饼、8-10%麦麸中搅拌5-10分钟待用,然后将沸石2-3%、膨润土1-2%、磷酸氢钙1-2%、腐殖酸钠0.5-1%、麦麸8-10%、盐1-1.5%、氧化镁0.3-0.5%分别按比例混入再搅拌5-10分钟,用颗粒机制成10×12mm颗粒。因制粒温度在80℃左右,水份蒸发,饲料半熟化,不影响成品贮存。制成颗粒经1-2小时降到常温后,即可包装、出厂。

1、一种尿素颗粒包埋及其工艺方法,其特征在于:它由:尿素1-2%、玉米50-55%、棉籽饼(粕)25-30%、沸石2-3%、膨润土1-2%、磷酸氢钙1-2%、腐殖酸纳0.5-1%、麦麸8-10%、盐1-1.5%、氧化镁0.3-0.5%加工配制而成。
2、根据权利要求(1)所述的尿素颗粒包埋及其工艺方法,其特征在于其加工方法:将尿素1-2%与水1∶2混合稍溶后,放入玉米50-55%、棉籽饼(粕)25-30%、麦麸8-10%中搅拌5-10分钟待用,然后将沸石2-3%、膨润土1-2%、磷酸氢钙1-2%、腐殖酸钠0.5-1%、盐1-1.5%、氧化镁0.3-0.5%加入再搅拌5-10分钟,用颗粒机制成10×12mm颗粒,经1-2小时水份蒸发,降至常温即可。
