Abstract

Description

具有反接线保护功能的接地故障断路器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接地故障断路器,尤其涉及一种采用电磁式脱扣机构且带有反接线保护功能的接地故障断路器。
技术背景
为叙述方便,以下接地故障断路器以英译名Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter字头GFCI代替。
GFCI一般都包括基座、带插孔的上盖、脱扣器、复位键、测试键、带有接地座和接地螺钉的安装片、一对带接触银点的动触、一对带接触银点的静触和控制电路。目前,由于接地故障断路器能有效防止人身触电以及防止接地故障造成的设备及火灾事故,因而受到广泛应用。
随着科学技术的发展,接地故障断路器向高性能、智能化、多功能方向发展,以往的接地故障断路器一般都采用机械式动作机构,因而给整个产品的性能带来了一定的局限性,往往都不具备反接线保护功能,并且对零部件加工和安装都有较高的要求。
现有的GFCI插座不仅可以通过上盖面板的插孔来连接负载,又可以通过负载接线螺钉来连接负载,因而在安装和使用中往往会因错误接线把输入电源端(Line)与负载端(Load)反接,这样,假如GFCI不具有反接线保护的功能,就相当于一只不带漏电保护功能的普通插座。因而需要提供一种具有高安全性的GFCI,它具有反接线保护、动作灵敏、组装方便和功能更加完善的特点。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种采用电磁式脱扣器和相应控制电路的具有反接线保护功能的GFCI。其中电磁式脱扣器使此接地故障断路器具有反接线保护功能,当使用者不慎反接线时,控制电路不工作,因而接地故障断路器不能复位;当正确安装并按下复位键时,接地故障断路器正常工作。
根据本发明的上述目的,提供一种接地故障断路器GFCI,包括:壳体;安装在所述壳体内的一对静触片和一对动触片,所述动触片包括固定端和可与静触片接触并以弹性方式与静触片分离的移动端;安装在所述壳体内的电磁件,包括使所述动触片和所述静触片接触的复位电磁件和使所述动触片和所述静触片分离的脱扣电磁件;以滑动方式至少部分安装在所述电磁件内的衔铁,所述衔铁可在磁力作用下往复移动;与所述衔铁相连的架体,所述架体可以在所述衔铁的带动下沿所述电磁件的轴线在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,在所述第一位置,所述架体使动触片与所述静触片分离,在所述第二位置,所述架体使动触片与所述静触片接触;用于将衔铁固定在所述第二位置的锁定件;控制电路,包括:一个脱扣控制电路,根据故障的检测结果使上述脱扣电磁件通电,以使上述一对静触片与一对动触片分离;一个复位控制电路,当复位开关接通时,使上述复位电磁件通电,以使上述一对静触片与一对动触片接触。

所述锁定件为可通过磁力吸引衔铁一端并可与其吸合的永磁体。
还包括用于通过所述控制电路使所述吸合线圈通电的复位机构,所述复位机构具有通过复位弹簧安装在所述壳体上的复位键和与所述控制电路相连的复位接线针,所述复位弹簧使所述复位键与复位接线柱之间处于常断开状态。
所述的控制电路还包括一个接地故障电流检测电路和一个中性误接地保护电路,这两个电路通过上述脱扣控制电路执行上述一对静触片与一对动触片的分离。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明GFCI的外观图;其中40为安装片、31为负载电源插孔、32为圆形接地插孔、60为复位键、50为测试键、30为上盖、113为接地螺钉(绿色)、110为电源接线螺钉、10为基座、111为负载接线螺钉、114为指示灯(发光二极管LED)。此图是电流20A的GFCI外观图,本发明也提供其他类型的GFCI,并且这些类型的GFCI都具有带指示灯和不带指示灯的两种结构,其工作原理都是一样的,这里主要说明带指示灯的电流20A GFCI。
图2示出了整个GFCI在脱扣状态的各零部件位置关系。各零部件主要是由基座10、中间隔板20、上盖30来定位。本发明的GFCI提供电磁式脱扣器,永磁体71被嵌在线圈骨架70的一端,外面套有屏蔽罩72,屏蔽罩72的一端紧靠在基座10一端的侧壁上,线圈骨架70通过四个接线针定位在电路板90上;磁环骨架80通过其底端一侧被铣平的园型芯与电路板90上相应的定位孔进行定位,其凸起的U型槽刚好卡在中间隔板上预留的凹槽里,装在其上的检测线圈81和中性误接地保护线圈83中间隔有绝缘层82。检测线圈81是由高初导磁率软磁冲片叠层组成,每片间由硅脂粘结,外有塑料保护盒,用漆包线绕制而成。中性误接地保护线圈83由宽温度系数、高μ值、外涂塑料保护层的铁氧体绕漆包线构成;可滑动支架79与衔铁75热注塑在一起,利用脱扣弹簧76的弹力将其保持在脱扣状态时,可滑动支架79紧靠在磁环骨架80上;可滑动支架79的上端中间开有圆形孔,圆形孔的底端放有一根小弹簧78用来支撑平衡架77,平衡架77通过相应的槽与可滑动支架79的方形上端配合而受到轴向定位。这样,通过吸合线圈73或脱扣线圈74通电时产生的电磁力与永磁体的磁场力的作用,由衔铁75带动可滑动支架79,可滑动支架79带动平衡架77在线圈骨架70的弓型凹槽里来回移动;利用复位弹簧62的回复力顶起沉孔和接触片61热注塑在一起的复位键60,复位弹簧62的一端紧压在安装片40的圆形沉孔上;利用测试片51的弹力顶起测试键50,使其刚好与上盖的上表面相平。
如图3所示,一对带有接触银点101的静触片100A和100B被固定在中间隔板20上;带有接地座41和接地螺钉113的安装片40被卡在中间隔板20上,利用上盖30来压紧它;测试片的一端插在中间隔板20相应的卡槽里,并且其外侧紧靠在静触片100B的内侧,另一端能弹性地与安装在对应位置上的测试电阻52一端相接触;与复位键60热注塑在一起的接触片61利用复位弹簧62的回复力能弹性地与复位接线针63相接触,通过它来电控脱扣器的复位动作。
图4是整个GFCI的分解图;如图所示,整个GFCI主要包括基座10、中间隔板20、上盖30、带有接地座41和接地螺钉113的安装片40、一对带有接触银点103的动触片102A和102B、一对带有接触银点101的静触片100A和100B、电磁式脱扣机构、复位机构、测试机构和控制电路。
电磁式脱扣机构主要包括:线圈骨架70、永磁体71、屏蔽罩72、吸合线圈73、脱扣线圈74、衔铁75、脱扣弹簧76、平衡架77、用来提供一定接触应力的小弹簧78、可滑动支架79、接线柱701。
复位机构主要包括:与接触片热注塑在一起的复位键60、复位弹簧62、复位接线针63。
测试机构主要包括;测试键50、测试片51、测试电阻52、磁环骨架80、检测线圈81、绝缘层82、中性误接地保护线圈83。另外还包括电源端子104、压线板105、电源接线螺钉110、负载接线螺钉111和电路板90。所有的零部件按图示方式和位置组装后,利用四个紧固螺钉115来紧固。利用上盖30的复位键滑孔33和复位键60的配合来作轴向定位,同样测试键50也通过测试键50与测试键滑孔34的配合来定位的。动触片102A、102B的一端穿过磁环骨架80,在电路板的下表面将其焊固,另一端可以弹性偏移。
图5是图4中电磁式脱扣机构的放大分解图。由于可滑动支架79和衔铁75是热注塑在一起的,因而,当衔铁75受力移动时就会带动可滑动支架79两侧的滑块79A、79B在滑槽70A、70B里来回移动,而可滑动支架79带动平衡架77移动,从而实现GFCI闭合和脱扣的动作。
图6示出了电磁式脱扣机构组装后的配合位置关系。图7、8、9是本发明GFCI分别处于脱扣和闭合状态时的局部横截面图。通过吸合线圈73和脱扣线圈74通电时产生电磁力和永磁体71的磁场力对衔铁75的作用,可以使衔铁75以弹性方式带动平衡架77来回移动。由于采用具有特殊形状的动触片102A、102B与平衡架77两侧的凸块77A、77B形成配合关系,因此当GFCI在脱扣状态时,平衡架77两侧的凸块77A、77B刚好分别位于动触片102A、102B的V型槽A、B里。这样,当吸合线圈73通电时,衔铁75受力后间接地带动平衡架77移动,而平衡架77两侧的凸块77A、77B给动触片102A、102B一个相应的力,迫使动触片102A、102B进行弹性变形,致使动触片102A、102B沿与衔铁75移动方向相垂直的方向移动;当衔铁75的一端与永磁体71相吸合时,平衡架77两侧凸块77A、77B上侧刚好分别处于V型槽A、B的水平折弯处。而此时,动触接触银点103与静触接触银点101相接触,并由小弹簧78来提供一定的接触应力,GFCI闭合。由于采用了具有特殊形状的动触片与平衡架相互配合的关系,使此脱扣机构能迅速地脱扣,并且防止由于误动作而使衔铁吸合。
图10是本发明典型的GFCI电路图;二极管D1~D4构成整流电路,把输入的交流电变成输出的直流电,因而常常也称之为直流电路。D1、D2连接处,D3、D4连接处构成交流输入端与GFCI的电源(Line)端连接,D2、D4连接处为直流电源负载端,此处在以后叙述称“地”。D1、D3连接处为直流电源正端与滤波电阻R4连接,R4另一端与滤波电容C5一端连接,C5另一端与地连接,电容器C5两端26V左右的直流电压为电子线路的直流电源。
复位开关RESET、电阻R2、电容C6、电阻R3、电容C7、可控硅VD5、吸合线圈J2、断路开关K等构成一个复位控制电路;其中复位开关RESET与R4、C5相连,复位开关RESET另一端与R2、C6相连,R2、C6另一端与可控硅VD5控制极、R3和C7相连,在可控硅VD5控制极连接一个与R3并联的电容C7,此电容起抗干扰作用;可控硅VD5阴极、R3、C7与D2、D4相连,吸合线圈J2一端与GFCI电源端相连,另一端与可控硅VD5阳极相连。断路开关K一端与电源端Line连接,另一端与负载端Load连接,此断路开关与电源端相连接的触点即为GFCI动触接触银点103,与负载端相连接的触点即为GFCI静触接触银点101;控制电路的电源与GFCI的电源端相连,当GFCI带电时,GFCI控制电路同时带电。当复位开关被接通时,直流电源通过电容C6充电在R3产生一个约有20~40mS的触发信号,此信号使可控硅VD5导通,吸合线圈73通过电流,其通电时间约为20~40mS,也就是说吸合线圈73会产生一个时间约为20~40mS的电磁力作用于衔铁75。致使断路开关K闭合,即GFCI处于复位状态。
集成IC放大电路是GFCI专用集成电路RV4145A或集成电路RV2145。
同时穿过两根电源线的检测线圈的输出端并联电容C0,一端串联电容C1,C1另一端与电阻R5串接,R5的另一端与IC的一个输入端1脚连接,检测线圈的另一端与IC的另一个输入端3脚连接构成变压器耦合差动输入电路。其中,R1为反馈电阻一端与IC脚1连接,另一端与IC输出端7脚连接,R1阻值大小决定IC放大倍数,即决定GFCI脱扣动作故障电流值的大小。
同时穿过两根电源线的中性误接地保护线圈N2、电容C2、电容C3构成一个中性误接地保护电路;中性线圈N2两端与电容C2并联,其一端与电容C3连接,另一端接地,电容C3另一端与IC输出端7脚连接。中性误接地保护由N1、N2构成变压器耦合振荡频率约为5KHz的正弦波振荡器,当有中性误接地现象发生时,此振荡器起振,当振幅达到IC阀值时,IC的5脚输出触发信号,脱扣器动作,GFCI断开。
脱扣线圈J1、可控硅VD7、电容C4等构成一个脱扣控制电路;其中,脱扣线圈J1的一端与GFCI的电源(Line)端连接,另一端与可控硅VD7的阳极连接,可控硅VD7的触发极与IC触发信号输出端5脚连接,可控硅VD7阴极接地,在可控硅VD7触发极与地之间并联抗干扰电容C4。检测线圈N2检测两根电源线通过电流的矢量和,平时无故障电流时此矢量和为零,当有故障电流时,此矢量和不为零,当故障电流增大到5mA左右时,检测线圈二次会感应出约10mV左右的电压信号,此信号经IC放大,当此信号达到设定阀值时(此阀值由电阻R1确定),IC的5脚输出触发信号,使可控硅VD7导通,脱扣线圈J1带电,使脱扣器在规定时间内脱扣,GFCI断开。
测试键(TEST)、测试电阻R0构成一个测试电路;其中,测试电阻R0与电源端连接,R0另一端与测试键(TEST)连接,测试键另一端与负载(Load)的另一端连接。测试电路是给GFCI提供8mA的故障电流,定期检查GFCI工作状态。
电源端并联压敏电阻Mov,当电源中突然有高电压时,可瞬间吸收高电压而起到保护作用。
同时可设置GFCI接通指示电路;其电路中发光二极管VD6一端与负载(Load)一端连接,VD6另一端与限流电阻R6一端连接,R6另一端与负载(Load)另一端连接,当GFCI接通时,发光二极管发亮。
当反接线时,电源与负载线(Load)端相连,这样在断路开关K没有闭合之前,控制电路是不带电的,又因为此GFCI是采用电控式复位的,而控制电路不带电时,就不能使吸合线圈J1通电。也就是说在这种情况下,吸合线圈不能产生一个相应的电磁力来作用于衔铁,因此GFCI就不会通电,从而达到了反接线保护功能。
综上所述,本发明所提供的采用电磁式脱扣器和电控方式控制复位的GFCI具有反接线保护功能,在电源线与负载线反接时,控制电路不通电,因而GFCI不能复位,而在电源线和负载线正确连接时,通过按下复位键使吸合线圈通电,并和永磁体共同作用而迅速闭合动静触片,因此该故障断路器结构简单并且操作非常方便。

Claims (8)

1、一种接地故障断路器GFCI,包括:
壳体(10、20、30);
安装在所述壳体(10、20、30)内的一对静触片(100A、100B)和一对动触片(102A、102B),所述动触片(102A、102B)包括固定端和可与静触片(100A、100B)接触并以弹性方式与静触片分离的移动端;
安装在所述壳体(10、20、30)内的电磁件(73、74),包括使所述动触片和所述静触片接触的复位电磁件(73)和使所述动触片和所述静触片分离的脱扣电磁件(74);
以滑动方式至少部分安装在所述电磁件(73、74)内的衔铁(75),所述衔铁(75)可在磁力作用下往复移动;
与所述衔铁(75)相连的架体(77、79),所述架体(77、79)可以在所述衔铁(75)的带动下沿所述电磁件(73、74)的轴线在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,在所述第一位置,所述架体(77、79)使动触片(102A、102B)与所述静触片(100A、100B)分离,在所述第二位置,所述架体(77、79)使动触片(102A、102B)与所述静触片(100A、100B)接触;
用于将衔铁(75)固定在所述第二位置的锁定件(71);
控制电路,包括:一个脱扣控制电路,根据故障检测结果使上述脱扣电磁件(74)通电,以使上述一对静触片(100A、100B)与一对动触片(102A、102B)分离;一个复位控制电路,当复位开关接通时,使上述复位电磁件(73)通电,以使上述一对静触片(100A、100B)与一对动触片(102A、102B)接触。
