Abstract

本发明的名称为自供电式电动车。属于电动汽车和车载发电机技术领域。主要是提供一种利用机动车自身重力和车轮的转动发电、蓄电、供电,使车辆行驶的电动车。主要特征包括固定在底盘上的传动系、行驶系、转动系和制动系,车身和电气设备,轮毂上设有两个对称的轮胎固定槽,其内分别装有相互独立的轮胎。在两轮胎之间的轮毂圆周环套上设有活动顶杆套和穿过轮毂的活动顶杆。该活动顶杆内端设有条形斜面,外端设有弧形固定板,固定板外设有缓冲带。在轮毂内设有一个发电机,该发电机的转子轴经定位轴承固定在半轴上,定子固定在轮毂上。在转子轴上设有一个其端部带有滚轮、且与活动顶杆条形斜面配合的活动摆。主要用于两轮、三轮、四轮等多种电动车。

自供电式电动车
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动车,特别是一种在车辆行驶过程中利用自身重力和车轮转动发电、蓄电,并给电动机运转提供电能的电动车。属于电动汽车和车载发电机技术领域。
背景技术
目前,机动车动力机运转大都以燃油、可燃气体、电瓶等作为能源,依赖于外界能源才能产生动力,对外作功,驱动车辆或车载设备的运转。其不足之处一是燃料动力机运转排出对人或自然有害的气体,造成环境污染,且能源储量日趋减少,不能满足人们长期的需求;二是采用燃料电池也要消耗大量的一次能源和氢能源,且在使用中还存在充电时间长、使用时间短的问题;三是现有车辆均未设有发电装置,因而通过车辆行驶自身发电、蓄电,并向动力机提供能源的状况未能得到利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述不足之处而提供一种利用机动车自身重力和车轮的转动发电、蓄电,并直接供电动机运转,使车辆行驶的自供电式电动车。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种自供电式电动车,包括固定在底盘上的传动系、行驶系、转动系和制动系,车身和电气设备。其特征是:车轮轮毂上设有两个对称的轮胎固定槽,其内分别装有相互独立的轮胎。在两轮胎之间的轮毂圆周环套上设有活动顶杆套和穿过轮毂的活动顶杆。该活动顶杆内端设有条形斜面,外端设有弧形固定板,固定板外设有缓冲带。在轮毂内设有一个发电机,该发电机的转子轴经定位轴承固定在半轴上,定子固定在轮毂上。在转子轴上设有一个其端部带有滚轮、且与活动顶杆条形斜面配合的活动摆。
本发明技术解决方案中所述的轮毂圆周外环上可以均匀设有24~36个活动顶杆。
本发明技术解决方案中所述的活动顶杆内端的条形斜面可以具有15~25°的倾斜角度。
本发明由于在车轮上设有发电机,在轮毂上设有均匀分布的活动顶杆套和活动顶杆,活动顶杆内端设有条形斜面,外端设有固定板,因而,当电动车向前行驶时,车轮向前转动,发电机定子也承受车轮向前转动,同时,在电动车自身重力的压力下,处于车轮与地面接触点上的活动顶杆受力上移,条形斜面推动滚轮使滚动摆向后摆动,这样,发电机转子一方面承受车轮惯性向前转动,另一方面受条形斜面的推力向后转动,最终保持在某平衡点左右摆,相对静止,发电机发电、蓄电,并向电动机供电,驱动车轮和车载设备运转,且转子不消耗电动机牵引输出的功。本发明由于采用双胎轮毂和两相互独立的双轮胎,活动顶杆位于两轮胎之间,活动顶杆外端设有固定板和缓冲带,这样,活动顶杆的上下运动不会对轮胎起到破坏作用,相反,两轮胎对活动顶杆的上下运动具有稳定作用。缓冲带可减少活动顶杆与地面的撞击声,一旦损坏也便于更换。本发明主要用于两轮、三轮、四轮等多种电动车。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示。底盘25由传动系、行驶系、转动系和制动系组成。传动系由离合器27、变速器26、差速器28、万向节29、传动装置30和驱动桥等组成,与现有电动汽车或汽车的传动系相同。行驶系由车架、车桥、车轮1和悬架组成,其中车架、车桥和悬架与现有汽车或电动汽车的对应相同。转向系由带方向盘的转向器和传动机构等组成,制动系由制动器和制动传动装置等组成,转向系和制动系均与现有电动汽车或汽车的转向系、制动系相同。车身和电气设备也与现有的电动汽车或汽车的车身和电气设备相同。10~15KW直流电动机22固定在前桥上。雷天牌镍电池  固定在直流电动机22前端的前桥上。
四个车轮1均设有发电装置。车轮轮毂2圆周中间为5厘米宽的环套3,两旁设有对称的轮胎固定槽,中心一侧与现有电动汽车或汽车的半轴15相配合。两个独立的轮胎4分别装配在各自的固定槽内,充气后,两轮胎4形成2厘米的间距。轮毂2的环套3上均匀设有24个活动顶杆6。活动顶杆6穿过环套3上的活动顶杆套5,内端设有倾角为15°的条形斜面7,外端设有半圆弧形固定板8,固定板8外设有缓冲带11。固定板8与充气轮胎4接触,随车轮1转动时上移或回位。车轮轮毂2中心设有与现有电动汽车或汽车凸轮半轴15配套的限位孔12和螺钉连接孔13。发电机22采用3.3KW220V磁瓦式发电机16。发电机转子轴9通过定位轴承14固定在半轴15中心处。发电机16定子用螺钉固定在车轮轮毂2上,其上设有一周4000高斯磁瓦18,随车轮同步运转。发电机转子19上设有发电线圈。活动摆17一端固定在发电机16转子轴9上,另一端端头设有滚轮10。该滚轮10与活动顶杆6的条形斜面7相配合。转子轴9外侧为空心轴20,转子线圈引出线21由空心轴20中引出,与限位板24控制电路联接。空心轴20外端设有与其垂直的限位杆23,其长度超过轮胎4外圈。固定在车轮前方的车身挡泥板上,限位板24上设有限位槽,与限位杆23配合,限制活动摆17左右移动的范围。
车辆行驶时,发电机定子随车轮1转动,转子19也存在随车轮转动方向的惯性转动。这时,第1根活动顶杆6与地面接触,在车辆重量的压力下上移,使条形斜面7推动滚轮10,使活动摆17向车轮1转动方向相反的方向移动。当第2根活动顶杆6与地面接触受压上移时,第1根活动顶杆6在轮胎1的作用下回位。这样,24根活动顶杆6在承受车轮1的转动中,不断推动活动摆17向车轮1转动方向相反的方向移动,同时,活动摆17也随惯性随车轮1转动方向转动,最终使活动摆17在限位板24限位槽的范围内摆动,保持转子19相对静止,发电机16发电,且转子的摆动静止状态由车辆自重推力完成,不消耗电动机22为此而作的功,使发电效率提高。
电动车辆控制电路如图4所示。电动车辆控制电路为电动车常规控制电路。可控硅SCR1与琼斯斩波器结合构成控制电路。可给电动机提供很大的平均电流,又能限制峰值电流的大小,使本发明自供电式电动车在爬坡需要很大的转矩和扭矩时,将斩波频率从正常的125HZ提高到500HZ,可以防止电池组短时间大量放电,提高电池组的使用寿命。同时,可调节电流大小,控制电动机转速,自动调节车辆行驶速度。

Claims (3)

1、一种自供电式电动车,包括固定在底盘上的传动系、行驶系、转动系和制动系,车身和电气设备,其特征是:车轮轮毂(2)上设有两个对称的轮胎固定槽,其内分别装有相互独立的轮胎(4);在两轮胎(4)之间的轮毂(2)圆周套上设有活动顶杆套(5)和穿过轮毂(2)的活动顶杆(6);该活动顶杆(6)内端设有条形斜面(7),外端设有弧形固定板(8),固定板(8)外设有缓冲带(11);在轮毂(2)内设有一个发电机(16),该发电机(16)的转子轴(9)经定位轴承(14)固定在半轴(15)上,定子固定在轮毂(16)上;在转子轴(9)上设有一个其端部带有滚轮(10)、且与活动顶杆(6)条形斜而(7)配合的活动摆(17)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种自供电式电动车,其特征是:所述的轮毂(2)圆周外环上均匀设有24~36个活动顶杆套(5)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种自供电式电动车,其特征是:所述的活动顶杆(6)内端的条形斜面(7)具有15~25°的倾斜角度。
