技术领域
本发明涉及特别是骨折牵引治疗装置的工作植入体的控制、调节和/或投入使用的装置,它可以和一个接收单元一起被植入并通过一个发射单元从外部接受数据和/或能量。
背景技术
这种尤其是骨折牵引治疗装置的工作植入体的控制、调节和/或投入使用的装置在市场上以各种形式和结构被公开和使用。它主要用于任何骨头、骨头部分、骨段的牵引,也用于放入骨头的骨髓腔中。
在现有技术中已公开了,例如一个插头和植入体连接,该插头通向一个可皮下植入的接收单元,该接收单元可从外部不接触地通过一个发射单元例如机械地被启动。
这种装置的缺点是,可皮下植入的接收单元例如如果要长时间植入的话会给患者带来不便,甚至疼痛。
此外,一个这样的与电线连接的接收单元例如在手术植入时容易受损。一旦这种装置受损,则它很难更换。在大多数情况下,必须将整个植入体拿掉或者换掉,这导致不希望的成本和手术时间以及重新给患者动手术的风险。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供开头所述类型的装置,该装置消除上述缺点并且可借助该装置成本低廉并有效地更换接收单元,并可以明显改善能量输送和/或数据传输。此外,可缩短手术时间。
可通过下述办法完成此任务,即接收单元可直接又脱开地被安装到植入体上或与植入体连接。
在本发明中,接收单元最好可重新脱开地连接到植入体一端上。这最好以机械方式进行,例如接收单元的螺纹头或螺纹销被拧入在植入体端头上的一段合适的内螺纹中,因而,产生了对中和机械连接。也可以象其它机械类型的连接方式那样设计这种连接。
例如,可以设置插卡连接机构,以便可重新脱开地将接收单元最好安装到植入体的端侧上。
但重要的是,通过使接收单元与植入体且特别是植入体端头连接,同时在接收单元和植入体之间产生用于传输感应信号和/或电信号的连接。为此,在接收单元的凸缘上设置相应的接触机构,这些接触机构和植入体的相应适当的接触点、接触面或类似结构配合。能量传和数据传输也可通过感应方式在接收单元和植入体之间进行。在这种情况下,就没有机械连接。
这样一来,保证了通过仅安装在皮肤上的一个相应的外部发射单元,例如就可以双向地实现对工作植入体的能量和数据的感应式传输,双向传输涉及数据传输。
最好将植入体植入到骨头的骨髓腔中,在植入植入体后,在相对骨头如应延长的骨头锁紧植入体后,马上将接收单元拧入植入体中并由此产生机械的以及电气的一方面同植入体且另一方面同发射单元的接口。
在这里,发射单元可以在每一个任意位置上如横向垂直地将能量输送给接收单元。然而,也可以在端侧上把能量和/或数据从发射单元传送到接收单元。这样一来,许多尤其是可被用于骨头牵引法的应用场合都可以实现,从而能无须在皮下单独植入一个扰人的接收单元地进行能量和/或数据的交换。在这里,发射单元可以从任何侧面被从外面放置在皮肤上。为此也可以设想到,例如发射单元可以作为佩带皮碗、环形线圈或类似物被设计成环形,以便将发射单元如套在手臂或腿上,从而给接收单元提供能量和/或数据。这些设想都包含在本发明的范围内。

具体实施方式
根据图1,用于工作植入体控制、调节和/或投入使用的本发明装置R1具有一个接收单元2,该接收单元可通过一个发射单元3不接触地进行控制。在一个优选实施例中,接收单元2的横截面为圆形并成长条形状,它在端头上设有一个凸缘4,该凸缘在端侧上连接有接收单元2。此外,凸缘4的横截面最好也成圆形并具有相应的触轨、线圈件或类似物,以便将数据和/或能量从接收单元传输给植入体1。一个螺纹5和凸缘4连接,该螺纹为外螺纹。螺纹5最好有一个在此未详细示出的对中机构,以尤其精确地把凸缘4对中到植入体1的相应接触面6上并且特别是定位。能量传输和/或数据传输也可以通过感应方式无接触地并且也是双向地进行,而没有机械触点。
特别是植入体1的一端8设有一个内接触面6和一个相邻的内螺纹7,以便在端部上使接收单元与植入体1连接,这种设计在本发明中被证明是有特别有利的。
在本发明中,为了牵引骨头,植入体1例如从端部被置入各手足9的一骨髓腔中。在植入体1被放入并被固定到骨髓腔9后,马上在端侧将接收单元2拧入植入体1的端头8中,这样,在接收单元2和植入体之间同时产生了用于数据传输和能量传输的电气连接和接触。在植入或手术中,通过器械保护接触面6的接口和内螺纹7不受损。
优点就是,易坏的接收单元2在手术时且特别是在把植入体1放到要拉长的骨头的骨髓腔9中时不受损或破坏。
还有如下优点,即特别是通过在端侧上将接收单元2连接到植入体1上,接收单元2和植入体完全被放入应拉长的骨头中,而无须在植入体1和接受单元2之间形成如柔性电缆连接,这柔性电缆连接让人不舒服地位于皮肤下并且只能受限制地保存。
还有这样的优点,即如果要换上一个新的保证不同功率或不同数据交换的接收单元,则可以随时重新更换接收单元2。这个优点也同样包含在本发明范围内。
接收单元2的横截面最好为圆形并成长条形,当然,它也可以具有其它形状。
图2表示一种装置R2。在该装置中,发射单元3可以在侧面或如图1所示地在端侧上被放置在皮肤外和皮肤上,以便相应地给接收单元2提供数据和/或能量。该装置可以例如可以柔软地或刚性地以皮碗或环的形式由一个部分或分割成多个部分地构成。这样一来,特别是当接收单元2在侧面或如图1所示的在端侧上通过发射单元3进行控制时,该装置可开辟许多应用领域。
此外,还可如此设想到,将发射单元3径向地和必要时共轴地制成环形,以便将接收单元2区域完全包围起来。也可以将多个单独的发射单元3径向靠外地和/或在端侧上按放到皮肤上,以便传输能量和/或传输数据。

Claims (14)

1.尤其是骨折牵引治疗装置的工作植入体(1)的控制、调节和/或投入使用的装置,所述装置可和一接收单元(2)一起被植入并且可通过一个发射单元(3)从外部接受数据和/或能量,其特征在于,接收单元(2)可直接又被脱开地安放到植入体(1)上或连接到植入体(1)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在植入体(1)放置到骨骼的手足(9)的一骨髓腔中后,为了产生电气接触或电气连接以传输能量和/或交换数据,或许双向地连接上接收单元(2)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,接收单元(2)可以在端侧上被又可脱开地与植入体(1)连接。
4.至少如权利要求1-3之一所述的装置,其特征在于,接收单元(2)具有至少一个用于内部接通和给植入体(1)传输数据和/或能量的凸缘(4),一个或许有对中功能的螺纹(5)与所述凸缘连接,或者在必要时设置插接式连接机构、插卡式连接机构或类似连接机构。
5.至少如权利要求1-4之一所述的装置,其特征在于,植入体(1)在端侧上设有一个相应的内螺纹(7)和一个用于至少和接收单元(2)的一个凸缘(4)接触的相应接触面(6)。
6.至少如权利要求1-5之一所述的装置,其特征在于,接收单元(2)的横截面为圆形并且该接收单元成长条形。
7.至少如权利要求1-6之一所述的装置,其特征在于,接收单元(2)  可重新脱开地和植入体(1)的一端(8)连接,特别是可重新松开地连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,为了作为接口地在接收单元(2)和植入体(1)之间产生机械和电气连接,接收单元(2)可被拧入端头(8)中。
9.至少如权利要求1-8之一所述的装置,其特征在于,接收单元(2)可随时更换和取代地与植入体(1)连接。
10.至少如权利要求1-9之一所述的装置,其特征在于,通过发射单元(3),从外部并且特别是通过感应式样能量传输给接收单元(2)提供能量,所述接收单元给植入体(1)提供感应耦合输入电能,以使一个驱动装置且特别是微型马达投入工作中。
11.至少如权利要求1-10之一所述的装置,其特征在于,接收单元(2)也双向地给发射单元(3)传输数据,如传感器信号、位移信号、力信号的遥测数据。
12.至少如权利要求1-11之一所述的装置,其特征在于,发射装置(3)为皮碗状结构、环形结构,并且必要时,它同轴地搭接接收单元(2),以便交换能量和/或数据。
13.按照权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,发射单元(3)成柔性或刚性的结构并且可同轴地在侧面地或在端侧上被从外面安放到手足(9)上。
