技术领域
本发明涉及眼睛保护装置，特别是但不专用于机组人员(aircraft crewmember)的眼睛保护装置。
背景技术
在某些作业条件下，机组人员有时会受到周围环境大气刺激眼睛的困扰。这些情况可能是因为化学战试剂或者其它的事故，并且其中某些事故会影响飞行安全或者执行精确任务的能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是至少减少上述问题的出现。
根据本发明，在眼睛前面安置一个眼睛保护装置，其包括一个眼睛屏蔽空气帘。
本发明具有许多应用，尤其是但不专用于，提供一种包括有眼睛保护装置的头盔。该头盔也包括机组人员的头盔。

图1是一个机组人员戴上具有眼睛保护装置的头盔的部分侧视图，图2是图1的部分放大图，并且更加详细地进行图解，图3是眼睛保护装置的正视图，图4是该装置的沿图3中箭头IV方向的端视图。
具体实施方式
参照附图，一个机组人员1戴着头盔2，通过用带缚住，紧紧地戴在头上。该头盔2装配有一个外置的护目镜3或者类似物(比如，反光镜，防风镜)。这些都按标准类型设计。在头盔2内部安装有内置的护目镜4，其呈弯曲状，使得其对穿戴者的周围视觉的影响降低到最小。该内置护目镜4具有软橡皮边缘5，保证穿戴者的额头和护目镜4的垂直边缘之间的周边密封。在护目镜4的底部没有周边密封。该内置护目镜4通过安装到头盔2上来安装定位。一个柔软的标准型式的口鼻罩6以普通的方式被戴上，但是其和内置护目镜4的穿过鼻梁或者其他区域的截面之间并不密封。
装置10包括有形成眼睛屏蔽帘11的装置，该屏蔽帘由微加压的清洁空气向下喷射形成，空气越过但不会进入机组人员的眼睛中，进入内置护目镜4后面的空间20。形成帘11的空气通过排出通道12排入周围环境大气9中，在图2中如箭头13所示，该通道12位于护目镜4的下部。通道12的存在，保证空间20不会变为有压。
装置10包括扁平的套管14，其具有空气入口15和发散部分16。套管14的底部开口，形成一个空气排出槽17。(图4)
垂直地位于装置10的下部的套管14的尺寸可以改变(长度和高度；排出槽的宽度；以及空气供给的方向)，或者通过一个直角或者与供气管呈角度的不同方式相连。
套管14的发散部分16用作空气扩散器，在其中填满大量的三角形的塑料颗粒21，使得空气经过曲折的通道排向槽17。颗粒21也可以是泡沫塑料材料形成，起到保护作用。这样的材料也适合形成空气流的曲折通道。
在该实施例中，空气流以每分钟10.5升的流量进入装置10的入口15，但是根据需要也可以改变。空气排出槽17的宽度为2.5mm。空气通道12的宽度为4.5mm。根据需要，这些尺寸都是可以改变的。该眼睛保护装置10可以稍微弯曲，以和内置护目镜5相配合。
本发明用来减轻乘务员眼睛的负担。
如果用一排空气排出口替换连续槽17，会产生有害的涡流，而形成连续的空气帘11就会避免这种后果。
本发明的连续槽装置，依赖于空气向装置10的中心或者中心附近直接供应。这种设计使空气向下进行低压排放，同时防止任何的喷管现象或者其它导致污染物上升进入内置护目镜中并且接触穿戴者的眼睛的后果。
在所描述的实施例中，脸部密封5从机组人员的额头延伸到鬓角呈倒置的“v”形，底部开口与穿戴者的头部之间形成空气通道12。
本发明所描述的实施例中，根据要求和条件，用氯化钠(盐)气溶胶检测，用灵敏焰光度计在眼睛部位取样测得的防护系数(由内置护目镜外面和内置护目镜里面眼睛部位的杂质浓度的比值决定)为10,000至100,000。

Claims (12)

1.一种眼睛保护装置，其包括在眼睛前面形成一个眼睛屏蔽空气帘的部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的眼睛保护装置，其中该装置包括一个具有空气入口和发散出口的套管，所述出口为一个空气排出槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的眼睛保护装置，其中装置的发散区起到空气扩散器的作用。
4.如权利要求2或者3所述的眼睛保护装置，其中装置的发散区装有构成外排空气的曲折通道的材料。
5.如权利要求4所述的眼睛保护装置，其中曲折通道由大量的颗粒形成。
6.如权利要求5所述的眼睛保护装置，其中颗粒大体为三角形。
7.一种基本上如参照附图所述的眼睛保护装置。
8.具有如权利要求1-7中任何一项所述的眼睛保护装置的头盔。
9.如权利要求8所述的头盔，在佩带者眼睛前面安装有护目镜，其中眼睛保护装置安装在护目镜的后面。
10.如权利要求9所述的头盔，其中护目镜具有从戴头盔者的额头延伸到鬓角的周边密封，并形成一个底部开口作为空气帘的排出通道。
11.如权利要求8-10中任何一个所述的头盔，包括机组人员的头盔。
12.一种基本上如参照附图所述的头盔。
