Abstract
本发明涉及资源科学、环境保护和建筑领域,是一种以消纳建筑垃圾为主要宗旨的生态建筑墙体。系采用经处理后的建筑垃圾骨料和净砂、粉煤灰、水泥、熟石灰粉、熟石膏粉、纤维状材料、外加剂、成型水配制而成的建筑墙体材料,可用于承重或非承重的工业与民用建筑内墙、外墙、保温隔热墙、挡土墙、围墙等墙体工程。
Description
本发明涉及资源科学、环境保护和建筑领域,是一种以建筑垃圾为主要原料的建筑墙体。
随着我国经济持续快速发展,城市化水平不断提高,城市的外延在扩大,数量在增加,这对我国本已相对缺少的耕地资源构成了极大的威胁。对于老城区拆迁改造和新城区建设产生的大量建筑垃圾,现行的处理方法是垃圾场填埋或着就近倾泻到郊区的田间地头、河沟、路边。这样处理既污染着环境又破坏和浪费了资源,也不利于建筑工程的可持续发展。
本发明旨在将建筑垃圾进行无害化处理,使之成为循环再生资源,生产一种免蒸免烧的环保、节能、高强墙体材料。
其技术方案实现如下:
一、成品的原料组成
1、垃圾粗骨料原料
将建筑垃圾进行分拣,挑选出砖、瓦、瓷、石、砼等具有较大强度的无机固体块状废料,然后经清洗、破碎、筛选充分混合,加工成级配良好的垃圾粗骨料原料。其主粒径根据成品具体用途确定。配制好的垃圾粗骨料原料,使用前应洒水保湿。
2、垃圾混合细骨料原料
将破碎后粒径≤5mm的建筑垃圾细骨料和粉煤灰按一定比例充分混合配制成垃圾混合细骨料原料,根据用途也可加入一定量的净砂。
3、无机胶凝原料
根据成品的不同用途,采用水泥、石膏、石灰等无机胶凝材料的合适比例组成,也可以用其中的一种或两种。
4、辅助原料
微硅粉
5、外加剂
外加剂可根据成品不同用途采用砼早强剂、加气剂、减水剂或其它类型,也可以根据用途不使用砼外加剂。
6、成型水
成型水为以下两种,并优先选用第一种。
(1)污水厂处理后的中水,其中对无机胶凝原料凝结硬化有害的化学成份应严格控制。并采用有效措施防止盐析、有异味并经过消毒处理。
(2)清洁水。其质量标准达到有关砼用水的要求。
二、成品的生产程序
将保湿养护的垃圾粗骨料原料,浸泡在重量水灰比1∶1的普通硅酸盐水泥微硅粉浆液中,也可浸泡在重量水灰比为1∶1的普通硅酸水泥粉煤灰浆液中待初凝后养护一定的天数,制成强化垃圾粗骨料原料。
混合强化垃圾粗骨原料、垃圾混合细骨料原料、无机胶凝原料、外加剂、成型水、为了增加韧性,提高可钉性能并防止裂缝出现,可加入一定量的抗拉性能好的纤维状材料,并搅拌均匀,压注入模振捣密实成型,养护至成品。该墙体材料的使用也可以通过施工现场现浇并养护的方法实现。
三、成品的基本组份
该成品在基本组份为:
垃圾粗骨料原料、垃圾细骨料原料、成品水泥、外加剂、成型水。
其它成份可根据用途要求确定增减。
若配制较低标号的成品,所采用的垃圾粗骨料原料不需要完成强化处理程序。
四、成品的规格尺寸
该成品的主要规格为立方体砌块或长方体板材。
该成品根据用途做成空心型或实心型。
五、该成品特点
经试验及调查证明:该成品墙体具有以下特点:
(1)解决了城市发展与建筑垃圾污染环境及耕地减少之间的矛盾。
(2)强度高并可调节。
(3)施工方式便捷多样。
(4)价格低廉。
(5)隔热、保温、隔音性能可通过添加外加剂的方式调节至优。
(6)可钉性强。
六、规模效益
该发明可以采取大型建筑垃圾场集中处理以及加工搅拌成型工业化生产流水线的方式实现,若生产厂靠近污水处理厂,则可根据产品用途利用污水厂处理后的中水,这样做环保节能效益会得到更大地发挥。
Claims (7)
1、一种建筑垃圾墙体材料,其特征在于以建筑垃圾做为骨料配制而成的免蒸免烧垃圾砼墙体材料。
2、关于产品生产中各工序的完成,可以采用人工的方式,也可以采用机械的方式。
3、建筑垃圾骨料中可同时含有一定量的具有一定强度的且无毒无害的无机固体工业废料,如炉渣、煤矸石等。
4、该产品生产过程中的养护方法可以是自然养护、蒸气养护或标准养护。
5、该产品所用的垃圾粗骨料的强化方式可以是多种多样的,也可以是不进行强化处理程序而直接使用的建筑垃圾粗骨料。
6、该墙体产品中可配置钢筋或不配置钢筋,具体根据用途确定。
7、该产品可根据科学实验和具体用途确定各种合适的级配比例和成份组成比例。
