内容再生装置、内容分发服务器和内容分发系统
技术领域
本发明涉及再生数字内容的内容再生装置、分发数字内容的内容分发服务器和内容分发系统。
背景技术
作为传统的内容分发系统，是音像制作公司等通过Internet来分配数字内容的音乐数据，将其下载到个人计算机和便携式电话机等，在个人计算机和便携式电话机等中再生音乐数据。
由于传统的内容分发系统是按如上方式构成的，所以，存在这样的课题：如果下载音乐数据等数字内容，虽然可以再生音乐数据等，但音乐数据等的数字内容由于数据量庞大，下载需要很长时间，通信成本颇高。
本发明就是为了解决上述这样的课题而进行的，目的是：获得一种无需下载大量的数据就可以再生数字内容的内容再生装置。
本发明的另一个目的是：获得一种不招致通信成本升高、而可以分发数字内容的内容分发服务器和内容分发系统。
发明内容
本发明相关的内容再生装置，设置当密钥请求装置请求加密解除密钥的发放时从内容分发服务器接收加密解除密钥的接收装置，用该加密解除密钥来解除在记录介质中所记录的加密数据的加密。
由此，具有无需下载大量的数据就能再生数字内容的效果。另外，由于可以免费分发记录有内容的记录介质，所以具有可谋求扩大内容购入阶层的效果。
本发明相关的内容再生装置，其在记录介质中所记录的加密数据是音乐数据。
由此，具有无需下载数据量庞大的音乐数据本身的效果。
本发明相关的内容再生装置，设置有对由加密解除装置解除了加密的音乐数据进行再生的再生装置。
由此，具有可以进行音乐鉴赏的效果。
本发明相关的内容分发服务器，当从接受了记录介质免费分发的用户的内容再生装置接受到加密解除密钥的发放请求时，将该加密解除密钥发送给内容再生装置。
由此，具有不招致通信成本升高而能分发数字内容的效果。

实施方式
下面，为了更详细地说明本发明，对用于实施本发明的最佳方式依照附图进行说明。
实施方式1.
图1是表示基于本发明实施方式1的内容分发系统的构成图。在图中，1是内容分发服务器，其委托记录有加密数据即音乐数据的CDROM(记录介质)的免费分发，而当从内容再生装置3接受到再生许可认证密钥(加密解除密钥)的发放请求时，将该再生许可认证密钥发送给内容再生装置3；2是进行记录有音乐数据的CDROM的免费分发的便利店和摊点等的分发委托商；3是内容再生装置，其请求再生许可认证密钥的发放，当从内容分发服务器1接收到再生许可认证密钥时，用该再生许可认证密钥解除CDROM中所记录的音乐数据的加密并再生。
图2是表示内容再生装置3的构成图，在图中，11是个人计算机，其读入在CDROM中所记录的音乐数据，将该音乐数据转送给音乐再生终端12；12是音乐再生终端，其请求再生许可认证密钥的发放，当从内容分发服务器1接收到再生许可认证密钥时，用该再生许可认证密钥解除音乐数据的加密并再生。
21是记录有音乐数据的CDROM；22是音乐数据转送部，其读入CDROM21所记录的音乐数据，将该音乐数据转送到音乐再生终端12；23是接收音乐数据的音乐数据接收部；24是存储音乐数据的音乐数据存储部；25是便携电话部(密钥请求装置、接收装置)，其请求再生许可认证密钥的发放，从内容分发服务器1接收再生许可认证密钥；26是密钥存储部，其存储由便携电话部25所接收的再生许可认证密钥；27是密码解密部(加密解除装置)，其利用再生许可认证密钥解除音乐数据的加密；28是音乐再生部(再生装置)，其再生由密码解密部27解除了加密的音乐数据；29是扬声器。
图3是表示内容分发服务器1的构成图，在图中，31是分发委托部(分发委托装置)，其委托CDROM21的免费分发；32是密钥发送部(发送装置)，其当从接受了CDROM21的免费分发的用户的内容再生装置3接受再生许可认证密钥的发放请求时，将该再生许可认证密钥发送给内容再生装置3；33是费用征收部(费用征收装置)，其从用户征收费用，同时，对CDROM21的分发委托商支付分发手续费。34是序列号管理部，其管理CDROM21的分发委托目标和音乐数据的序列号的关系。
下面对动作进行说明。
音像制作公司等音乐经营商，用MP3(MPEG Layer3)等的音乐数据来表示发售前的新乐曲，并将该音乐数据记录到CDROM21中。
在此，CDROM21中所记录的音乐数据，通过加密成为再生禁止状态，在各音乐数据中，如图4所示，被附加了序列号。但是，为了能够判别究竟是将哪个CDROM21委托给了哪个分发委托商2，即使是同样的音乐数据，如果所记录的CDROM21不同，就被附加不同的序列号。例如，在CDROM No.1中所记录的音乐数据A中，被附加“A00000001”，而在CDROM No.2中所记录的音乐数据A中，则被附加“A00000002”。
内容分发服务器1的分发委托部31，将CDROM21的免费分发委托给便利店和摊点等分发委托商2。
接受了委托的便利店和摊点，为了使用户能够自由地将CDROM21带回去，例如在收款机前放置CDROM21。另外，在分发委托商2是杂志编辑社的场合下，作为杂志的附录附加CDROM21，以便使用户可以得到。
当用户通过分发委托商2得到CDROM21时，将CDROM21放到个人计算机11中。
个人计算机11的音乐数据转送部22，执行CDROM21中所记录的音乐数据的读入。在CDROM21中所记录的1个以上的音乐数据中，例如在用户希望再生音乐数据B的场合，音乐数据转送部22将音乐数据B转送给音乐再生终端12。
音乐再生终端12的音乐数据接收部23，接收由个人计算机11所转送的音乐数据B，将该音乐数据B存储到音乐数据存储部24。
音乐再生终端12的便携电话部25，当从用户接受到用于音乐数据B的加密解除的再生许可认证密钥的发放请求时，对内容分发服务器1请求再生许可认证密钥的发放。而且，在相关发放请求中，除了便携电话部25的电话号码外，包含有音乐数据B的序列号等的信息。
内容分发服务器1的费用征收部33，当密钥发送部32接收到再生许可认证密钥的发放请求时，通过实施信用卡的结算处理等，从用户征收费用。
密钥发送部32，当由费用征收部33进行的费用征收结束时，将用于音乐数据B的加密解除的再生许可认证密钥发送给内容再生装置3。但是，在新乐曲发售日之前接受到再生许可认证密钥的发放请求的场合，在新乐曲发售日发送该再生许可认证密钥。在其他场合，尽可能迅速地发送再生许可认证密钥。
在此，序列号管理部34，如图5所示，管理着CDROM21的分发委托目标和音乐数据的序列号之间的关系，以便从音乐数据B的序列号来特定分发了CDROM21的分发委托商2。例如，音乐数据B的序列号是“B00001211”的场合，特定分发委托商2是便利店A。
这样一来，当序列号管理部34特定分发委托商2时，费用征收部33就对相关分发委托商2进行分发手续费的支付。
音乐再生终端12的便携电话部25，接收从密钥发送部32所发送的再生许可认证密钥，并将该再生许可认证密钥存储到密钥存储部26。
密码解密部27，当再生许可认证密钥被存储到密钥存储部26时，利用该再生许可认证密钥来解除音乐数据B的加密。
音乐再生部28，再生由密码解密部27解除了加密的音乐数据，从扬声器29输出音乐。
如以上所表明的，若依据该实施方式1，从内容分发服务器1接收再生许可认证密钥，利用该再生许可认证密钥来解除在CDROM21中所记录的音乐数据的加密，因此，无需下载数据量庞大的音乐数据本身，就能进行音乐数据的再生。故此，可以抑制通信费用，同时即使在新乐曲发售日同时下载数据的场合，也收到可以谋求减轻网络通信量的效果。
再者，在该实施方式1中，表示了有关解除CDROM21中所记录的音乐数据的加密的内容，但并不限于此，例如，也可以是将动画数据记录到CDROM21中，解除该动画数据的加密。
实施方式2.
图6表示基于本发明实施方式2的内容分发系统的内容再生装置3的构成图，与第1图相同的符号表示同样或相当的部分，所以省略说明。
41是密钥收集部(密钥请求装置、接收装置)，其请求再生许可认证密钥的发放，并从内容分发服务器1接收再生许可认证密钥；42是硬盘，其存储被解除了加密的音乐数据。
下面说明其动作。
在上述的实施方式1中，表示了有关个人计算机11将被加密状态的音乐数据转送给音乐再生终端12，音乐再生终端12解除音乐数据的加密的情况，但是，也可以是：通过个人计算机11譬如经由Internet从内容分发服务器1得到再生许可认证密钥来解除音乐数据的加密、并将加密解除后的音乐数据转送给音乐再生终端12。
实施方式3.
在上述实施方式1、2中，表示了有关由个人计算机11和音乐再生终端12构成内容再生装置3的情况，但并不限于这种情况，譬如，也可以是只用音乐再生终端12来构成内容再生装置3。
产业上的可利用性
如以上所表明的，本发明相关的内容再生装置，适合接受音乐数据等数字内容的分发、再生该数字内容的情况。
另外，本发明相关的内容分发服务器和内容分发系统，适合高效地分发音乐数据等数字内容的情况。

Claims (10)

1.一种内容再生装置，其配备：
密钥请求装置，其请求用于免费分发的记录介质中所记录的加密数据的加密解除的加密解除密钥的发放；
接收装置，其当上述密钥请求装置请求加密解除密钥的发放后，从内容分发服务器接收加密解除密钥；
加密解除装置，其用由上述接收装置接收到的加密解除密钥，来解除在上述记录介质中所记录的加密数据的加密。
2.权利要求1记载的内容再生装置，其特征在于：
在记录介质中所记录的加密数据是音乐数据。
3.权利要求2记载的内容再生装置，其特征在于：
设置有对由加密解除装置解除了加密的音乐数据进行再生的再生装置。
4.一种内容分发服务器，其配备
分发委托装置，其委托记录有加密数据的记录介质的免费分发；
发送装置，其当从接受了上述记录介质免费分发的用户的内容再生装置接受到加密解除密钥的发放请求时，将该加密解除密钥发送给上述内容再生装置。
5.权利要求4记载的内容分发服务器，其特征在于：
设置有从用户征收费用的费用征收装置。
6.权利要求5记载的内容分发服务器，其特征在于：
费用征收装置，对记录介质的分发委托商支付分发手续费。
7.权利要求6记载的内容分发服务器，其特征在于：
费用征收装置，当从内容再生装置接受到加密解除密钥的发放请求时，从上述内容再生装置接收在记录介质中所记录的加密数据的序列号，由该序列号特定上述记录介质的分发委托商。

记录介质中所记录的加密数据是音乐数据。
9.权利要求8记载的内容分发服务器，其特征在于：
发送装置，当在新乐曲发售日以前接受到加密解除密钥的发放请求时，在新乐曲发售日发送该加密解除密钥。
10.一种内容分发系统，其中
内容分发服务器委托记录有加密数据的记录介质的免费分发，当从接受了上述记录介质免费分发的用户的内容再生装置接受到加密解除密钥的发放请求时，将该加密解除密钥发送给上述内容再生装置，而当上述内容再生装置从上述内容分发服务器接收到加密解除密钥时，利用该加密解除密钥来解除在上述记录介质中所记录的加密数据的加密。
