Abstract

本发明的多种维生素面粉(简称多维面粉)，是将多种维生素及多种宏微常量元素与小麦(或其它粮食)相配伍，经过粮食机械加工成多种维生素面粉，对不需磨面的杂粮，如大米、小米、绿豆等，是将多种维生素及宏微常量元素，与通过筛选清洗干净的杂粮相配伍，是在喷撒搅拌中调和的可直接下锅精制洁净食粮。属家家所需，人人必食的，营养丰富，含量充足的高级多种维生素营养面粉。

多种维生素面粉
本发明的多种维生素面粉(简称多维面)是人类正常生活食用的普及面粉。要生存、要健康、要工作，就得吃饭，年年月月，日复一日，人人都是如此。然而人们年复一年所食用的各种粮食中所含的各种维生素及宏微量元素远不及人类活动生长之需要。特别是生长发育较快的婴幼儿童、青少年、以及需量较大的怀孕妇女、哺乳期的妇女和老弱病人更是不能满足。正是因为食物含量不足，加之吸收不良等原因，造成了社会上人群中大多数都有程度不同维生素等营养缺乏病，如因缺乏维生素群和缺乏宏微量元素引起的婴幼儿佝偻病、鸡胸、双头型、头发黄疏、克汀病、甲状腺肿、粘液性水肿，声音撕哑、舌体肥大、口腔溃疡、血脂升高，严重的有神经性损伤，出现痉挛性双瘫，经常出现腿抽筋、背酸疼、腰腿疼、免疫力低下，易患感冒、发育迟缓、迟纯、智力低下、不长身材、个头矮小、因病给家庭造成经济损失和压力，因个头矮小影响恋爱、婚姻，造成终身遗憾，同时也影响正常工作。美国有关专家近日报道，在美国患癌症的主要原因是缺乏维生素，由此可见补充多种维生素是何等之重要。
多年来，市面上已有很多类维生素和宏微量元素类药物，价格昂贵，老百姓无力承受，再说待缺后再治，非预防为主之上策。
本发明之目的，是贯彻以预防为主的方针，做到无病早防，保证身体健康，其预防途径是在老百姓天天吃的粮食面粉中加入身体需要的多种维生素及宏微量元素，通过饮食摄取所需多种维生素营养，从而达到补充、预防、保健和治疗各种维生素营养缺乏病的目的。同时，还可预防因维生素缺乏引起的癌症。
本发明的多种维生素面粉，是一种适用性广，实用性强，如婴幼儿童、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、青少年、中老年、尤其是产妇，老弱病人和手术病人，癌症病人等通过食用该面粉，可补充足够之营养。且价格低兼，亿万百姓较易接受，可产生一定社会效益和经济效益。
附图1为多种维生素面粉的配方表，为便于看懂，故设此表。
多种维生素面粉(简称多维面)配方
1、多维面：(全称：多种维生素面粉)
小麦(或其它杂粮)500g、维生素C(mg)60、维生素B1(mg)1.1、维生素B2(mg)1.3、尼克酸(mg)8、维生素B6(mg)1.6、烟酸(μg)12、维生素B12(mcg)2、钙950mg、锌10.5mg、铁14.5mg、(扣除其它食物中含量)属预防量。
2、多种维生素大米：(或小米、绿豆等杂粮)500g，维生素C(mg)60，维生素B1(mg)1.1、维生素B2(mg)1.3、维生素B6(mg)1.6、烟酸(mg)(180)b、维生素B12(mcg)2、尼克酸(mg)8、钙(mg)760、锌(mg)10.5、铁(mg)10.5、
(扣除其它食物中含量)属预防量。
3、多种维生素孕妇面粉：(小米、绿豆等杂粮)500g，
维生素C(mg)80，维生素B1(mg)1.5、维生素B2(mg)1.6、维生素B6(mg)2.1、烟酸(μg)18、维生素B12(mcg)2.2、尼克酸(mg)18、钙(mg)1400、锌(mg)15、铁(mg)15、
(扣除其它食物中含量)属预防量。
4、多种维生素哺乳面粉：(小米、绿豆等杂粮)500g，
维生素C(mg)100，维生素B1(mg)1.6、维生素B2(mg)1.8、维生素B6(mg)2.1、烟酸(μg)21、维生素B12(mg)2.6、尼克酸(mg)18、钙(mg)1600、锌(mg)16、铁(mg)20、
(扣除其它食物中含量)属预防量。实际补充量应为2/5至多1/2。

Claims (4)

1、多种维生素面粉(简称多维面粉)，是凡有生命的各种人群都能吃的家用面粉。基本特点是：把多种维生素、宏微常量元素与小麦(或其它粮食)配伍，通过粮食加工机械，加工成多种维生素面粉(祥见配方)。
2、在粮食和面粉中调配的多种维生素及多种宏微常量元素的剂量，是根据不同人群，不同年龄段的日需量而决定的斤粮不同补充量。(祥见配方)
3、对不需磨面杂粮，如大米、小米、绿豆等，是把多种维生素及多种宏微常量元素，与清洗洁净的粮食喷撒搅拌配伍而成的净粮，可直接下锅蒸煮食用。(祥见配方)
4、多种宏微常量元素和多种维生素配方可组合配制生产，也可分组配制生产系列产品。
