技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物的抗菌抑螨剂。
背景技术
人类生活处于微生物包围之中,一般情况下,纺织品吸附的微生物在103~108个/平方厘米之间。如果温度适宜,微生物会迅速繁殖,对人体产生种种危害。即使有些微生物是非致病细菌,也会产生一定的病理刺激。特别是人体分泌的汗液、皮脂受到细菌的分解作用,产生氨气等恶臭气体,不仅使被褥、服装带有体臭,还会使人感觉不舒服,这与现代生活追求舒适的要求背道而驰。
螨虫是一种微小动物,大小在0.1~0.5毫米之间,寄居于织物或人体内,在温暖潮适的环境下,增殖非常迅速,许多床上用品和其它纺织品长期放置或循环多次使用时,会在其上面寄生大量螨虫。据权威统计,一克床褥尘中可有13720只螨虫。螨虫小如尘屑,其生物体及排泄物分散在空气中,能使人引起哮喘和许多身体不适的症状,螨虫寄居于人体,吸吮血液,传染疾病,导致如酒糟鼻、皮肤过敏等疾病的发生,特别是作为螨虫之一种的疥虫,形成疥疮,刺痒难奈,严重的可导致皮肤溃烂,因此赋予纺织品防螨功能是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能阻止纺织品等物体上的细菌及螨虫繁殖的抗菌抑螨剂。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗菌抑螨剂,它包括重量百分比如下的各组份
甲壳素      0.1%~5%;
乙酸        0.1%~10%;
抑螨剂      1~10%;
其余为水。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
经理化测定结果,用本发明对纺织品进行处理后,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、巨大芽胞杆菌、荧光假单胞杆菌、枯草杆菌五种细菌作抗菌试验,其24小时抗菌率大于78%,抑螨率大于96%,处理后的纺织品耐洗涤,抗菌抑螨效果持久。
具体实施方式:
取甲壳素        0.1%~5%;
乙酸            0.1%~10%;
抑螨剂          1~10%;
柔软剂          0.2%~0.8%;
粘合剂          0.1~10%;
其余为水。
所述的抑螨剂为甲硝唑。
所述的粘合剂为丙稀酸酯。
所述的柔软剂为脂肪酸与环氧乙烷的缩合物。
将上述试剂在摄氏25度左右分批加入水中,搅拌至完全溶解,PH值控制在3-4左右过滤后待用。把印花布在上述溶液中浸轧1~20分钟,然后在摄氏80度至140度之间进行烘干处理,形成成品。

甲壳素        0.1%~5%;
乙酸          0.1%~10%;
抑螨剂        1~10%;
其余为水。
2、根据权利要求1所述的抗菌抑螨剂,其特征在于:它还包括柔软剂0.2%~0.8%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的抗菌抑螨剂,其特征在于:它还包括粘合剂0.1~10%。
4、根据权利要求1所述的抗菌抑螨剂,其特征在于:所述的抑螨剂为甲硝唑。
5、根据权利要求3所述的抗菌抑螨剂,其特征在于:所述的粘合剂为丙稀酸酯。
6、根据权利要求2所述的抗菌抑螨剂,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂为脂肪酸与环氧乙烷的缩合物。
