But there is following problem in this prior art, comes off and warpage occurs when cold meeting as the part that hides, and makes lid no longer smooth, smooth.This is the difference owing to the molded condition of the body 11 of lid, and the body 11 of lid is molded with the thickness of 1mm usually, is 0.1mm and adopt the thickness of the molded lid of bridging method.
Therefore, in order to prevent this warpage, as shown in Figure 7, when main body 11 and bound fraction 10a are formed as one, inside part at bound fraction 10a applies processing with soft material, thereby coated part 13 is owing to its viscosity has better air-tightness.
But, be difficult to only inside part be applied processing.And because coated part is connected with body 11, therefore coated part can be peeled off after all.
