Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于PVC制品的改质剂。由3－5份乙烯－醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、1.5－2.5份氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、100份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、3份环己酮和5份二甲苯的重量配比制成。将本发明按2.5－3.5％的比例加入到原料中，可改善PVC产品的密度、强度、耐寒性和耐曲折性。主要用于生产PVC人造革、PU/PVC人造革、PVC鞋底的配方中。

PVC改质剂
技术领域：本发明涉及一种主要用于PVC人造革的改质剂。
技术背景：PVC人造革具有物美价廉等特点，广泛应用于文具、家具、玩具、手袋和制鞋等行业。但是，现有的PVC人造革存在质重、强度低以及耐寒性差等缺点。
发明内容：本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC改质剂，以提高PVC人造革等产品的技术性能。
本PVC改质剂，由下述重量配比的原料制成：
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)      3-5份；
氯化聚乙烯(CPE)                 1.5-2.5份；
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)           100份；
环己酮                          3份；
二甲苯                          5份。
本发明，按2.0-3.5％的比例加入到原料中，可改善PVC产品的密度、强度、耐寒性、耐曲折性等。主要用于生产PVC人造革、PU/PVC人造革、PVC鞋底的配方中。
具体实施方式：
本实施例PVC改质剂，其原料配比为：EVA 5份；CPE 2.5份；DOP 100份；环己酮3份；二甲苯5份。
其工艺流程为：
1、将配方量的EVA、环己酮、二甲苯和DOP 50份进行预溶解，得到半成品A；
2、将配方量的CPE和DOP 50份进行预溶解，得到半成品B；
3、将半成品A和半成品B混溶、研磨、过滤，即为产品。
将本实施例按2.5％的比例加入到PVC的原料中，用于制造PVC人造革。PVC人造革使用改质剂后与普通PVC人造革的物性比如表1所示：

1、一种PVC改质剂，其特征在于由下述重量配比的原料制成：
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)      3-5份；
氯化聚乙烯(CPE)                 1.5-2.5份；
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)           100份；
环己酮                          3份；
二甲苯                          5份。
