Abstract

本发明属于一种平板显示器及显示方法。该用方法制造的显示器，其像素是由步进电机和颜色载体组成。用步进电机驱动颜色载体，使颜色载体所承载的颜色，在显示平面上发生大小不同的变化，显示器就可以产生色彩丰富的图像。附图是组成该显示器的像素的结构图。如果像素之间用柔软材料连接，就能制造出可弯曲的显示器。

平扳显示器及显示方法
本发明属于一种平板显示器及显示方法，它是由步进电机与颜色载体构成的像素组合而成。
显示器在电视.电脑.广告等行业中具有很重要的作用，为满足各种需求人们在不断探索高性能的显示器。在公知的《一种设有步进电机的显示器》(中国专利审定公告号2110906)中，是用步进电机控制像素或图案翻转的方法，组成不同的图像。缺点是可供翻转的面太少不能组成色彩丰富的任意图像。
另有公知的《微型机械式平板显示器》(中国专利告号1292885)是由多个制作在同一平板上的微型页片组成。由于一个页片只能显示一种颜色或图案，所以它也不能显示色彩丰富的任意图像
本发明的目的是提供一种平板彩色显示器，它可以显示具有丰富色彩的任意图像。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，由步进电机与颜色载体组成该显示器的各像素点，步进电机驱动颜色载体，做出多种不同程度的开.合或扩展.收缩，让像素载体上的颜色在显示面产生大小不同的变化。多个这样的像素分别承载三原色，就组成了能显示各种图像，具有丰富色彩的平板显示器。
本发明是用步进电机，驱动颜色载体做出多种不同程度的开.合或扩展.收缩的方法，代替翻转或翻页的方法，变换像素色彩的。优点是每一个像素点都能设置多种变化，利用三原色可以显示出色彩丰富的各种不同的图像。像素之间用柔软材料连接，就可以制造出可弯曲的平板显示器。
以下结合附图对显示器中像素的结构及显示方法作详细的描述。
图1是组成显示器中的像素，伸展和收缩的侧视图。用步进电机(1)与轴平行的某一面(3)组成显示器的显示面，步进电机的转子(2)带动颜色载体(可以是纸片或是其它柔软薄片)(4)通过在显示面(3)上的开口(5)伸展或收缩，使颜色载体(4)上的颜色在显示平面上产生多种大小不同的变化，来实现显示各种丰富色彩的图像。
图2.3.4是组成显示器中的像素，产生开.合或扩展收缩的侧视图。
把颜色裁体(4)(带有纤维的皮革.纸片等)固定在显示面(3)上，直线步进电机动子(2)的运动方向与显示面垂直。颜色载体(4)上纤维的断面(顶端)涂成黑色，动子(2)带动延长杆(6)推动颜色载体(4)露出纤维断面以外的像素色。也可以在颜色载体(4)上开几条小口，使动子通过延长杆(5)，将其上翻，露出更多的像素色，就可以显示各种丰富色彩的图像。
图5.6是组成显示器中的像素，产生扩展和收缩的侧视图。
步进电机(1)推动活塞(6)使颜色载体(液体或凝胶)(4)从显示平面(3)上的孔(1)进出，使像素上颜色发生变化，实现显示各种丰富色彩的图像。
