本发明涉及扬声器且尤其涉及弯曲波屏板形状的扬声器,例如谐振弯曲波屏板式扬声器,例如New Transeducers Limited的专利申请WO97/09842中公开的那种。如WO97/09842所例示的扬声器被称为分布模式扬声器。
                          背景技术
弯曲波屏板形状扬声器在其扬声器屏板中有振动激励换能器以便可隐藏激励器,屏板的表面没有障碍。但一植入激励器的设备使扬声器的构造比将一激励器装置安装在屏板表面的一种扬声器要复杂,且增加扬声器的成本。
专利申请WO99/67974中提供一种扬声器,其包括一对分开的振动膜片,两膜片间界定一空腔。由WO98/16409中也提供一车辆遮阳板作为一扬声器,其包括一对分开的振动屏板,两板间界定一空腔,其中可定位激励两板的压电换能器。DE298,11,727U1提供一扬声器,其包括一对分开的屏板,其间界定一空腔,其中可定位激励两板的换能器。
                           发明内容
本发明的目的是至少减缓上面提到的问题。
按照本发明,弯曲波屏板形状扬声器包括:一对分开的屏板,在两板间界定一浅流体空腔;一环绕该屏板对、由其边缘悬置两板的本体件;密封空腔装置;以及振动换能器,其位于流体空腔内并用以驱动相应屏板;连至换能器的电气连接件至少部分为反相,使两板的主要运动同相,以使扬声器具有一定程度的双极辐射特性;空腔使在两板间的间隔在2至25mm,如此使浅空腔可提供如此情况,即由于两板间的流体层在该对屏板间,维持流体耦合动力与动作。如此,振动激励器可表面安装在屏板上,但由流体间隙观视是隐藏的。振动换能器是电动惯性装置。
在两板间一构架或填隙片方式的本体件可夹紧屏板边缘。本体件可形成空腔密封装置。
可固定一个以上振动激励器至每板的内侧面。
屏板可为谐振音响辐射器,例如在WO97/09842内所公开的。
另外方面,本发明是一广告显示器,包括一如上述的扬声器。

                       具体实施方式
在附图内,显示一分布模式扬声器1,其包括两谐振弯曲波屏板2,由其边缘4背靠背夹紧在一框架3内,且作为一双极声音辐射器工作。两板与框架可界定一密封浅空腔5。
由一个或多个电动惯性换能器激励器6可驱动两(前与后)板的每个板,被安装在两板的面向内的表面7上,致使激励器6安装在空腔5内,且在每板内产生分布模式型弯曲波,例如WO97/09842所述的那种。前与后板的激励器相连,电气特性上不同相,以便形成一机械双极系统,意即前及后板的机械偏移是同相。
两板12整个周边夹紧至框架3上,以产生一小密封空气容积,此容积对在前与后板间的刚性耦合可描述为一流体系统,防止封闭空间内由一其他方面可能谐振所引起的任何不想要的前至后板互动作用。在前及后板间的流体耦合也可支持由于其高机械弹簧刚硬性的机械双极偏移。按相应图2的以下所供的一小屏板范例,空腔深度为6mm。可设想本发明的扬声器可应用于有关廉价标示牌与广告显示器等的应用中,例如购买点,或POP,商店或超级市场显示,形成具有一音响输出的特征的一广告显示板的扬声器,以加强显示器的吸引力。此种显示板经常是相当大,例如约一平方米,且按此种情况,在两板间的浅空腔深度可高达25mm。
图2显示按图1所建构的一屏板频率响应曲线。两相同屏板(590×495×3mm)安装在一6mm厚刚性隔板框架上,且形成一完全密封的薄的闭合的扬声器。由两个13mm的具有一2欧姆总标称阻抗的激励器来驱动每板。前及后激励器构型是串联,且电性上不同相,产生一4欧姆的系统的总标称阻抗。图2所示的声音压力强度是在轴上0.5m处2.83Vrms输入。
本发明可提供一有用的替用法给已知植入弯曲波屏板形状的扬声器。
本发明的优点是提供一种有所需薄度的经济的两侧弯曲波扬声器系统,此厚度大致等于一标准单板扬声器,但其中激励的方法是全部隐藏在扬声器组合件以内。因此标示牌在组合件两侧上可具有信息面而没有障碍。另外保护激励器装置免受环境上的及/或偶然的损坏。

Claims (6)

1.一种弯曲波屏板形状的扬声器,其包括:一对分开的屏板,在两板间界定一浅流体空腔;一环绕该屏板对并由其边缘悬置两屏板的本体件;密封空腔的装置;以及振动换能器,其位于流体空腔内并用以驱动相应屏板;连至换能器的电气连接件至少部分为反相,使屏板的主要运动同相位,以使扬声器具有一定程度的双极辐射特性,以及空腔使两屏板间的间隙是在2至25mm内,使浅流体空腔提供以下情况,即由于两屏板间流体层,维护流体耦合动力与动作。
2.如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,主体件形成空腔密封装置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,包括夹紧本体件与屏板边缘的装置。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的扬声器,其特征在于,该屏板是揩振声波辐射器。
5.如前述任一项权利要求所述的扬声器,其特征在于,该换能器是电动惯性装置。
6.一种广告显示或标示牌,其包括任一前述权利要求的扬声器。
