Abstract
本发明是关于用高压静电植绒方法制造导电发热碳纤维复合材料。该复合材料以纸、布、无纺布、人造革或其他有机、无机片材为基材,碳纤维为导电相,基材经表面施胶,置与高压直流静电场负极输送网上。碳纤维短切加热烘干,以空气为分散介质,经疏解机等干法离散,送入高压静电场,在电场力作用下,短切碳纤维均匀吸附在基材上。通过控制电流强度的大小及电极间距离,便可制造各种电流密度的碳纤维导电发热复合材料。
Description
本发明是关于导电发热材料制备技术,涉及到一种新型有导电发热功能的碳纤维复合材料制备方法。
该领域在原有技术中,是以湿法造纸工艺制造碳纤维纸。由于纸的属性限制,碳纤纸不能满足,耐高温、阻然耐拆、高强度等使用要求。而本发明是利用高压静电干法植绒将碳纤维均匀地吸植在涂有粘合剂的基材表面上。基材可根据需要广范选择,可以是纸、布、无纺布、玻璃纤维布、人造革、塑料膜、有机或无机绝缘片材。
制备工艺流程:碳纤维分散是以空气为介质,碳纤维短切2-10毫米,100℃烘干40-60分钟,送入料槽(1)经疏解机(2)初步分散;经鼓风机(3)送入回转器(4)进一步分散,经带正电场的沉降调解器(5)将充分分散的碳纤维定量送入传送带(7),带正电荷的碳纤维在静电场力作用下吸附在带负电荷的基材(9)表面。经热风干燥装置(11),压光切边辊轮(12)收卷成碳纤维复合材料(13),复合时多余碳纤维经回收器(8)回收再利用。本工艺在制造同样电流密度的导电发热碳纤维材料,比现有技术节约碳纤维30%左右。
静电制造碳纤维导电复合材料,适合工业、民用中取暖保温、加热和医疗保健及抗静电材料用。
Claims (8)
1、一种用于导电发热的碳纤维复合材料,其特征在于该复合材料以纸、布、无纺布、玻纤布、人造革、有机、无机绝缘片材为基材,碳纤维作为导电相,利用高压静电方法在涂有粘合剂基材表面上复合碳纤维,制造导电发热碳纤维复合材料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合材料,其特征在于作为导电相的碳纤维可选用无胶型,聚丙烯晴碳纤维、沥青基碳纤维、人造纤维基碳纤维,短切长度为2-10毫米。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述碳纤维短切经烘干后,以空气为分散价质,经疏解机、鼓风机、回转器离散。
4、根据权利要求1-3所述,静电场由高压静电发生器提供,直流电压1--20千伏、电流50-500毫安,负电极网距离沉降器下口边沿10-20毫米连续可调。
5、根据权利要求1-4所述碳纤维复合材料,其特征在于粘合剂可根据需要采用聚胺脂粘接剂、高分子树脂粘接剂、阻燃粘接剂、丁二烯丙晴为基本原料制成的粘接剂,或普通水溶粘接剂。
6、根据权利要求1-5所述,碳纤维复合材料、其特征在于复合材料基材在复合碳纤维时,应紧贴于静电场负极板上,并与带正电碳纤维短丝保持一定的平行距离。
7、根据权利要求1-6所述碳纤维复合材料,其特征在于通过调整静电电流强度及电极间距离,制造各种电流密度的导电发热碳纤维复合材料制品。
8、根据权利要1-7所述静电制造碳纤维复合材料,适合用与工业、民用、取暖、保温、加热和医疗保健及抗静电材料用。
