Abstract
本系统基于把一个电子计量器(2)和一个电磁阀(3)合并在每个用户各自的设备上。这些器件设置在给水管道(6)中,并与一个控制卡(4)相联系,这样该控制卡(4)在一个固定的基础上读出电子计量器(2)的读数,并把这一信息传送到一个中央数据系统。该控制卡也接收由数据系统发来的指令控制电磁阀(3),以遥控其开关。该系统可以远程读出、提供过去某一时刻或周期性时段用水的详细信息,以供计价使用。它也能够远程切断供水,以便防止漏水、欺诈用水和不付水费等情况。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种远程管理系统,可使我们知晓一个给定时间段内的用水总量和任何时刻的瞬时用水量。
由此,本发明的目的是,一方面能够由中央数据系统远程“读出计量器”,另一方面,可以检测到非本意的用水,比如由于漏水造成的用水,如果有必要也可以远程切断供水。
因此,本系统意在使市政用水管理部门实现更广泛、有效的管理。
背景技术:
目前饮用水的使用量是由工人去到各家庭和企业并记录各个计量器上的读数来计算的。对各类用户所采用的过程之间的差异是各不相关的。因此市政供水部门不得不雇佣读数工人承担这项工作。
为了将这一工作量减至最小,每两个或三个月读数一次,由此减少拜访用户的频率。另一个可选择的解决办法应用于新的公寓社区中,市政供水部门给整栋楼只安装一个计量器,然后向居民委员会统一收取水费。这后一个办法远不能解决问题,因为这意味着居民委员会必须为读取计量器雇佣和支付一个公司的服务费用。另外,当一个居民拒绝付费时,委员会没有象市政部门一样的合法权利切断供水。因此其余的居民不得不为那些拒付的人摊付水费。
还有一个问题是,在物理上没有可能为相应于同一条线路或区段的所有用户同时读数。实际应用中用户也不可能定期精确监测其计量器。这些都意味着不能产生统计数据,而这种统计数据对用水管理是非常重要的。
最后,如果某个用户自己的设备漏水时,供水部门无法检测到这一问题的发生。他们所有的唯一控制方法是在读完所有数据后分析用水量。这样也不可能及时报告问题,防止水浪费,而有时这是一个非常重要的问题。
发明内容:
本发明提出的远程管理系统是能全面圆满地解决前述问题的方案,从其每一个方面都能够保证用水的实时控制,其中包括以下优点:
-不必派雇员到用户家里或企业去就能测量用水量以进行计价;
-可远程切断供水,从而防止漏水、欺诈用水和不付水费等情况;
-了解过去某时刻用水量的详细信息;
-了解为每个家庭或企业设置的时段中其用水量以计价;
-同时对所有计量器计价,允许为任一个区段内的所有用户以相等的时间间隔计价;
-可能设置计价时间间隔,因此可以确定在不同时间段的用水量;
-可能租用固定的用水量并提前支付水费;
-减少计价-寄帐单-支付循环的时间;
-根据真实的用水需求调节压力;
-可能准备每小时用水量分析图;
-了解用户的用水习惯;
-检测用户设备的漏水情况以及故障。
至此,更准确地说,本系统是基于若干组为每个用户设置的单独的控制设备构造而成的。该设备包括一个电子计量器,一个电磁阀和一个控制卡,通过此卡可以管理电磁阀和读出计量器。这个控制设备通过集中器构成相联系的组。例如,可能每一个公寓社区有一个集中器。该集中器包括一个小型工控机,其上有一个通信适配器,使该集中器能够连接每一个单独的控制设备。该工控机还有另一个通信适配器,连接到中央数据系统。各个集中器通过目前可行的通信系统,例如电话线或无线电话系统、局域网系统、无线电、光缆等连接到中央数据系统。这样,前述的数据系统通过其各个单独的控制设备总能得到每个用户相应的信息。也可能远程控制电磁阀的开关从而控制供水的通断。

具体实施方式:
通过附图我们可以看到,本发明所提出的用水管理系统基于为每个用户安装的一套单独的控制设备(1),该设备由一个电子计量器(2)和一个电磁阀(3)组成,这些器件(2)和(3)通过一个电子控制卡(4)的辅助,就可以控制电磁阀(3)打开和关闭,也可以在一个固定的基础上读出电子计量器(2)。
从实际的角度出发,单独的控制设备(1)应封装在一个盒子(5)中,通过连接槽(6-6’)出入水,并且可与把控制卡(4)连接到集中器(8)的通信电缆(7)连通,从而几组单独的控制设备(1-1’…),例如那些相应于一个大厦的控制设备,会被连接到同一个集中器(8),如图1所示。
每个集中器(8)由一个工控机(9)构成,该工控机受到为各套单独的控制设备(1)所设置的一个通信适配器(10)的辅助,很明显这是为了接收通信电缆(7);并通过第二个通信适配器(11)建立集中器(8)和一个中央数据系统(12)之间的通信,其中每个集中器(8)内的器件也放置在一个保护盒(13)里。
不同的集中器(8-8’)可以通过各种适合的通信方式(14),例如以太网、频移键控无线(FSK radio)传输、雷达跟踪中心(RTC)、数字通(GSM)或通用移动电信业务(UMTS)、光缆等连接到中央数据系统(12),但是可以根据情况采纳最适合的系统。
Claims (1)
1.一种家庭与企业用水远程管理系统,用于为市政供水部门远程提供每一个用户用水的实时信息,它也能远程切断前述的供水,该系统由若干套为每个用户设置的单独控制设备(1)构成,该单独控制设备由一个电子计量器(2)、一个电磁阀(3)和一个控制卡(4)组成;所述的各套单独控制设备(1-1’)形成若干组,在这些组中,各套单独设备(1)与由一个工控机(9)构成的一个集中器(8)相联系,对该集中器辅助以一个连接到各套单独控制设备(1-1’)的通信适配器(10)和一个第二通信适配器(11),通过该第二通信适配器利用任何通信系统(14)——可能是传统的电话、无线电或其他系统——将该集中器连接至中央数据系统(12);因此所述中央数据系统(12)接收每一个电子计量器(2)的信息,并且也可能从该中央数据系统作用于每一个电磁阀(3)以远程控制其开关。
