Abstract

本发明公开了一种加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,它由粉煤灰、砂浆保水增塑剂和羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂组成,各组分重量百分比为:粉煤灰97-98、砂浆保水增塑剂0.4-0.8、羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂1.4-2.2。其中粉煤灰为高钙粉煤灰或低钙粉煤灰或两者的复合料,砂浆保水增塑剂为MT砂浆保水增塑剂。它能改善砂浆的和易性、保水性、抗裂性,提出高砂浆和砌块的粘结力,避免砌块墙体出现开裂和空鼓。

Description

加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料
本发明涉及一种建筑领域砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,具体地讲涉及一种加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料。
在建筑领域中传统的普通砂浆为提高砂浆的和易性和粘结性在砂浆中掺入石灰膏,污染施工现场环境,降低砂浆强度,增大收缩,保水性差,抗裂性差,不适应加气混凝土砌块的砌筑和抹面。
在传统的普通砂浆中掺入微沫剂虽然能提高砂浆的流动性,但砂浆的分层度大,保水性差,且显著降低砂浆的强度,也不适应加气混凝土砌块的砌筑和抹面。
在传统的普通砂浆中掺入塑化剂虽然能提高砂浆的流动性和保水性,但缓凝时间太长,尤其是在气温较低时特别明显,而且砂浆粘结性差,不便于砌筑和抹面,因此也不适应加气混凝土砌块的砌筑和抹面。
上述各种掺合料配置的砂浆用于加气混凝土砌块的砌筑和抹面时使加气混凝土砌块墙体易出现开裂和空鼓。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,它能改善砂浆的和易性、保水性、抗裂性,提出高砂浆和砌块的粘结力,避免砌块墙体出现开裂和空鼓。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,是以高钙粉煤灰或低钙粉煤灰或两者的复合料为基料,复合砂浆保水增塑剂和羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂,取代传统普通砂浆中的全部石灰膏和部分水泥。其各组分重量百分比为:粉煤灰                       97-98       砂浆保水增塑剂 0.4-0.8羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂 1.4-2.2。
如上所述的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,最佳组分重量百分比为:粉煤灰                          97.6  砂浆保水增塑剂 0.6羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂    1.8其中粉煤灰为高钙粉煤灰或低钙粉煤灰或两者的复合料,砂浆保水增塑剂为MT砂浆保水增塑剂。
以M5.0砂浆为例,以下称掺入本发明掺合料的砂浆为专用砂浆。

本发明的有益效果:加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料掺入砂浆中,克服了传统普通砂浆的不足,提出高砂浆的综合性能。
(1)高钙粉煤灰为基料,改善砂浆微级配和和易性,调整砂浆凝结时间,便于施工,并能促进水化反应,提高砂浆强度;
(2)MT砂浆保水增塑剂使砂—水混合物中的空气浮浊化,并生成大量气泡,改善新拌砂浆的流动性,提出高了砂浆的保水能力,改善了硬化砂浆的性能;
(3)羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂填充砂浆孔缝,增加砂浆组成料之间的粘结性,因而提高砂浆的抗拉强度、变形性和抗裂性,掺入砂浆中可显著提出高与基体之间的粘附强度,特别是与多孔的加气混凝土砌块之间的粘结度更明显;同时在砂浆中形成的聚合物薄膜具有防止水分蒸发的效果,即保水性好,即使加气混凝土砌块吸水量大,加入羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂也能保证水化继续进行,强度增长仍然显著。
对比试验:以M5.0砂浆为例,

本发明实施例如下:加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,是以高钙粉煤灰或低钙粉煤灰或两者的复合料为基料,复合MT砂浆保水增塑剂和羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂,取代传统普通砂浆中的全部石灰膏和部分水泥。其各组分重量百分比为:粉煤灰                       97-98    砂浆保水增塑剂 0.4-0.8羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂 1.4-2.2。
如上所述的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,最佳组分重量百分比为:
粉煤灰                          97.6    砂浆保水增塑剂 0.6
羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂    1.8其中粉煤灰为高钙粉煤灰或低钙粉煤灰或两者的复合料,砂浆保水增塑剂为MT砂浆保水增塑剂。

通常粉煤灰在砂浆中的掺量为水泥重量的20%,等取代20%水泥,砂浆中砂和水的用量应根据砂浆强度等级确定,砂浆稠度为5-7cm。
加气混凝土砌块砌筑和抹面砂浆使用机制搅拌,投料顺序为:
开机+部分砂+1/3水+掺合料和水泥+全部砂和水
搅拌时间适当延长,砂浆稠度为5-7cm,专用掺合料有减水作用,减水率为15%左右。

1、一种加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,它由粉煤灰、砂浆保水增塑剂和羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂组成,各组分重量百分比为:粉煤灰                    97-98      砂浆保水增塑剂0.4-0.8羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂1.4-2.2。
2、如权利求1所述的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,其特征在于:各组分重量百分比为:
粉煤灰                          97.6  砂浆保水增塑剂0.6
羧甲基纤维素聚合物粘结抗裂剂      1.8。
3、如权利求1、2所述的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,其特征在于:粉煤灰为高钙粉煤灰。
4、如权利求1、2所述的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,其特征在于:粉煤灰为低钙粉煤灰。
5、如权利求1、2所述的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,其特征在于:粉煤灰为高钙粉煤灰和低钙粉煤灰两者的复合料。
6、如权利求1、2所述的加气混凝土砌块专用砌筑和抹面砂浆掺合料,其特征在于:砂浆保水增塑剂为MT砂浆保水增塑剂。
