本发明公开了一种废旧沥青砼还原再生利用的方法,先将废旧沥青砼进行清洗,并测定旧料的混合级配、沥青含量及针入度,再将清洗后的旧料进行加压热分解,再根据测定的混合级配进行筛分,然后将筛分后的料进行加热,同时,根据测定的针入度加入再生剂,根据测定的沥青含量决定加入沥青油,最后进行搅拌,使旧沥青砼得到还原再生。这样,再生每吨所需的沥青油只相当于原来的5%,不仅节约了石油资源,而且避免了废旧沥青对环境的污染。

一种废旧沥青砼还原再生利用的方法
本发明涉及一种废旧沥青还原再生方法。
目前国内对外对修路取出的废旧沥青砼的再生还原利用还没有一个很好的方法,只是稍加处理后用作筑路底料,而这种底料又对路面的质量有所影响,多数情况下人们将这些废料当作垃圾扔掉,这不仅会造成石油资源的浪费,更重要的是它们会对环境造成极大的污染,沥青中的一些致癌物质会长其威胁着人类的健康,日积月累的沥青垃圾一定会影响到人类的生存与发展。
本发明的目的就是提供一种废旧沥青砼还原再生的方法,它可以使废旧沥青砼得到完全的再生利用,减少石油资源的浪费,减少对环境的污染。
为了达到以上目的,本发明是通过以下过程实现的:将废旧沥青砼进行清洗,测定旧料的混合级配、沥青含量及针入度,将清洗后的旧料进行加压热分解,温度为100-120℃,压强为2-6Kg/cm2,分解用时约15-20分钟,根据测定的混合级配进行筛分,将多余的细料筛出,达到粗粒式级配标准,然后将筛分后的料进行加热,温度到140-150℃,同时,根据测定的针入度加入旧料总重量的0.5-1.5‰的再生剂,根据测定的沥青含量决定加入旧料总量1.5-2.5‰的沥青油,最后进行搅拌,使旧沥青砼得到还原再生。
这种方法能使旧沥青砼在最短的时间内达到分离并进行新的组合,不破坏沥青油网状结构的质量,还原再生后的沥青砼完全恢复原来的性能,且能保证在38℃、60℃、99℃、135℃情况下的粘度。这样,再生每吨所需的沥青油只相当于原来的5%,不仅节约了石油资源,而且避免了废旧沥青对环境的污染。

1、一种废旧沥青砼还原再生利用的方法,其特征是:先将废旧沥青砼进行清洗,并测定旧料的混合级配、沥青含量及针入度,再将清洗后的旧料进行加压热分解,温度为100-120℃,压强为2-6Kg/cm2,分解用时约15-20分钟,再根据测定的混合级配进行筛分,将多余的细料筛出,达到粗粒式级配标准,然后将筛分后的料进行加热,温度到140-150℃,同时,根据测定的针入度加入旧料总重量的0.5-1.5‰的再生剂,根据测定的沥青含量决定加入旧料总量1.5-2.5‰的沥青油,最后进行搅拌,使旧沥青砼得到还原再生。
