Abstract

本发明涉及一种男性节育装置——输精管内节育装置,该装置以医用聚氨酯或硅橡胶为材料,装置呈一端开口的子弹头形,将其植入输精管内,有阻止、损伤精子的作用。本发明装置在现有技术,输精管内节育装置的材料及结构上均做合理改进,不但节育效果好,而且有效防止装置在输精管内移位,实为计划生育领域中男性实用的节育器具,该装置结构简单,成本低廉,适于推广应用。

Description

输精管内节育装置
一、技术领域
本发明专利属于计划生育领域，尤其涉及一种以聚氨酯或硅橡胶为材料制成的输精管节育装置。
二、背景技术
计划生育是我国基本国策，也是今后的世界趋势，男性计划生育器具的研制是计划生育研究的重要课题。
输精管绝育术目前仍是男性节育最主要的方法，它简便易行，安全可靠，已在许多国家广泛采用。在我国，输精管绝育术的应用仍占整个节育措施的11％，低于输卵管绝育(40％)。其原因，除传统观念和社会因素影响外，输精管绝育术后并发附睾淤积症和再通术后复孕率低等问题，也影响输精管绝育术的推广。为解决上述问题，30多年来国内外对输精管装置进行了大量研究。从60年代后期至今，据不完全统计，韩国、美国、印度等先后设计了20多种输精管内装置。装置基本上可分为堵塞和非堵塞两类，如Derrick1974年设计的Brodie可复性输精管腔内装置，Free1975年设计的Riod可复性输精管内堵塞装置，1979年，Brueschke等设计的精子控制器等均是高分子材料制成的，其原理都是利用装置的堵塞作用达到节育的目的。非堵塞的装置由美国Kreamer设计的铜制线网和J.Hulka用聚丙烯管内放Teflon丝绒的过滤装置。但上述研究都未能继续。
我国70年代开始，在非堵塞性输精管内装置研究方面做了不少工作，尤其是湖北医学院附属第一医院，詹炳炎等人曾设计了以聚丙烯为导管以医用尼龙毛为过滤填充体的输精管过滤装置(专利申请号为90217709.5)，取得一定效果，但存在如下缺点：
(1)聚丙烯导管柔软性不够，不适于放入输精管；
(2)该装置结构为平滑管状，无突起结构，加之表面光滑，在输精管道中会发生移位。
三、发明内容
本发明专利的目的是提供一种以聚氨酯或硅橡胶为材料，在现有输精管节育装置的结构上加以合理改进的、实用的输精管节育装置。
本发明专利装置选医用聚氨酯材料或硅橡胶制作，装置呈一头开口的子弹头形(参见图1)，整个装置由装置头1、装置体2、填充物3、固定球4组成。装置头1为实心结构，以较软聚氨酯或硅橡胶制成，装置体2为空心导管，以较硬聚氨酯制成，管表面上下两端部处各设置环形凹槽5，以固定缝扎线用，此外在装置体上端开对称孔6(二个)，以便精液从孔流出，装置体内部以外科尼龙线充填，且该尼龙线呈纵横交错排列，使线间具有蜿蜓曲折间隙，以便有效阻挡精子达到节育之目的，固定球4通过较粗的外科尼龙线连接使之紧固于输精管外表面，这样可以使该节育装置牢固固定在输精管内，不发生移位。
本发明有益效果：
1、聚氨酯或硅橡胶材料可根据需要制成不同软、硬度，非常适合作为输精管节育装置植入输精管内。
2、本发明具有固定球，可防止节育装置在输精管内滑动移位。
3、医用尼龙线过滤阻挡并损伤精子效果好，节育效果达95％以上。
4、结构简单，成本低廉。

五、具体实施方式
输精管内节育装置的装置头、装置体及固定球均选医用聚氨酯，装置头、装置体外径1mm，装置体壁厚0.15mm，装置头长2.0mm，装置体长1.3mm，对称孔直径0.5mm，距封闭端3mm，环形凹槽距端部5mm，凹槽宽1mm，固定球为扁圆形，直径1.5mm，厚1mm。

Claims (4)

1、输精管内节育装置由装置头、装置体、过滤填充物组成，其特征在于：①装置体下端连接一固定球；②装置体上下两端外表处各设置环形凹槽。
2、如权利要求1所述输精管内节育装置，其特征在于所述装置体、装置头采用医用聚氨酯或硅橡胶制成。
3、如权利要求1所述输精管内节育装置，其特征在于所述过滤填充物为医用9-0尼龙线，且呈纵横交错排列，以使线间具有蜿蜓曲折间隙。
4、如权利要求1所述输精管内节育装置，其特征在于装置头长1.5-2.5mm，装置体长1.3-1.5mm，壁厚0.1-0.2mm。
