Abstract

本发明涉及一种防龋齿纳米牙膏,具体是通常的牙膏中加入适量的活性物质纳米级β-磷酸钙或碳酸钙。由于纳米粒子的高度表面活性,使牙膏具有预防龋齿、牙齿保健功能,与传统的含氟牙膏相比,纳米牙膏具有以下优势:1.对已经损坏的牙齿断面有一定的修复作用,兼具有坚固牙齿的功能;2.加入的活性物质是完全无毒的生物活性材料,因此,牙膏安全、无毒,尤其适合于儿童使用。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种防龋齿纳米牙膏。
技术背景
牙膏是人类文明的必需品,从最早的牙粉到现在的复方牙膏,牙膏的发展经历了近百年的路程。现在应用最为广泛的是含氟牙膏。含氟牙膏作为药物牙膏的一种,其防龋齿效果得到举世公认。但是,其缺点也日益暴露出来。含氟牙膏是利用高度活性的游离氟与牙齿表面釉质反应生成CaF2,从而坚固牙齿。但是,F是有毒的,含量过高对牙齿、骨骼及软组织都有不可修复的损害,其含量必须严格控制。即使在允许范围内,F对口腔依然有刺激,对正在发育的儿童更为不利。另外,对已经损坏的牙齿断面,含氟牙膏的作用很弱。所以,对已经形成的龋齿,单靠用含氟牙膏刷牙是无法阻止其继续发展的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种可解决上述问题的防龋齿的纳米牙膏。
本发明提出的防龋齿纳米牙膏,是在通常牙膏中加入活性物质纳米级β-磷酸钙或碳酸钙。其加入量为牙膏总重量的0.2-10%。由于极高的表面活性,纳米级β-磷酸钙或碳酸钙可以在刷牙过程中沉积在牙齿断面上,因为是纳米级颗粒沉积,相互作用很强,日常的口腔运动,包括刷牙、漱口和咀嚼都很难使其剥落。当口腔中酸性物质和菌类增加,首先会与沉积层反应,而不断损耗的沉积层可以通过不断的刷牙得到补充,从而使龋齿得到控制。
上述纳米活性成分都具有无毒安全的特点。其中,β-磷酸钙其成分与牙齿成分最接近,与牙齿断面附着力很大。而且β-磷酸钙作为一种生物降解和吸收活性材料,具有良好的生物相容性。降解的Ca,P可进入人体循环系统,对人体流失的Ca,P进行补充。这对于牙齿成长期间的儿童非常重要。纳米碳酸钙,价格便宜,更容易被接受,同时对牙齿的修复作用也很好。
本发明中纳米活性成分的用量要严格控制,含量太高很容易发生颗粒生长和团聚,造成″返粗现象″,太低不足以保护牙齿。其用量控制在牙膏总重量的0.2-10%之间为宜,2-6%效果更为理想。该活性物质可以添加在任何一种牙膏的配方中,包括普通型、药物型和复方型牙膏。

1、一种防龋齿纳米牙膏,其特征在于在通常牙膏中加入有活性物质纳米级β-磷酸钙或碳酸钙,其加入量为牙膏总重量的0.2-10%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的牙膏,其特征在于活性物质的加入量为牙膏总重量的2-6%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的牙膏,其特征在于所用的牙膏为普通型牙膏、药物型牙膏、复方型牙膏之一种。
