Abstract

脊椎间盘复位治疗机是脊椎间盘突出症的保守疗法,是传统有效复位手法的延伸,它不仅继承了手法复位的特殊功效,而且,弥补了几个手法不可能同时操作和几个人在一起同时操作不可能同步的不足,改写了脊椎间盘突出症非需要手术不可的历史。脊椎间盘复位治疗机采用牵引时,利用脊椎生理弯曲活动器不断地在有限的范围内上下活动,使已被牵引开了的脊椎得到科学的有效整体的被动运动,从而,使椎间的纤维环由不正常的位置通过科学的被动运动,调整到正常的解剖位置。

Description

脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机
1、脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机在问世之前，对脊椎间盘突出(包括已办专利的治疗器)多用牵引、或牵引加按摩锤上下锤打、平衡拉力机(按体重计算其拉力)、摇摆机等，用后，虽可缓解症状，但有一个不可回避的问题，就是不太可能复位！复发率极高。
2、脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机的优势在于：
(1)不仅否定了以前所有用治疗机治疗脊椎间盘突出的运用方法，而且，笔者按照家传有效的传统复位手法，对脊椎间盘复位治疗机进行科学地编排其操作，在实际运用中，诚然弥补了几个手法不可能同时操作，和几个人一起同时操作不可能同步的不足，科学地采用脊椎生理弯曲的被动运动法，在其它部位不受任何影响的情况下稳健复位！
(2)复位的过程中，不仅无任何痛苦，并且，患者在脊椎间盘复位治疗机上时间越长，感到越舒服。
(3)治疗期间，渐进复位，使已松驰的前、后、横纵韧带得到有效的活动，有时间得以修复，恢复弹力，几乎无复发率。
(4)脊椎间盘复位治疗机运动时可根据患者的病情需要加速或减速，采用无极变速，任意调整。
(5)牵引时可根据人的身体高矮而使牵引支架和尾架伸长或缩短。

图一、脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机由机身(1)、颈椎生理弯曲活动器装制系统区(4)、腰椎生理弯曲活动器装制系统区(3)、颈椎牵引支架装制系统(6)、腰椎牵引尾架装制系统(5)、电器系统(8)(9)、脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机面(2)等组成。
图二、主要包括支架(6)、牵引梯形杠(20)、滑轮(21)。牵引颈椎时，先用系在腰臀部的牵引带环联接好的绳固定在尾架(5)两头的定位孔(23)上，再将牵引带套好头颈，用牵引带环上的绳通过滑轮(21)套在垂钩(10)上，在垂钩上加重即可。梯形杠(20)是牵引腰椎时用来根据人体的高矮，确定固定在第几横杠上。
图三、主要包括尾架(5)、滑轮(24)、固定孔(23)尾架伸缩活动合(25)、定位栓(26)、垂钩(11)。腰椎牵引时，先用牵引带系好胸肋部后，根据人体的高矮，将牵引带环上的绳，固定在支架(6)的梯形杠(20)上。再将腰臀部牵引带系好，而后，根据人体的高矮，可将牵引尾架(5)往外拉伸，或向尾架伸缩活动合(25)内缩短，确定长度后，将尾架定位栓(26)栓住，再将系在腰臀部的牵引带环上的绳通过滑轮(24)连接垂钩(11)，在垂钩(11)上加重即可。
图四、将颈椎牵引工作准备好后，确定分电器(8)，打开按钮开关(9)，电动机(27)转动，带动偏心轮(28)，由偏心轮(28)带动升降柱(14)，这时，升降柱的定位销(29)自然在两边定位槽(16)的控制下，使颈椎生理弯曲块(13)托着正在牵引的颈椎做生理弯曲的弧形活动。
图五、将腰椎牵引工作准备好后，确定分电器(8)，打开电源开关(9)，电动机(30)转动，主动轮(31)固定在电动机轴上亦随之转动，通过皮带(33)带动被主皮带轮(32)，被主皮带轮(32)的中心轴(34)由两个轴承座(35)定位，在轴承左边的外面，装有一小主动皮带轮(36)，通过皮带(37)，带动被动轮(38)，这时，在与被动轮(38)同一轴心(39)的偏心轮(41)亦随之转动，带动传轩(42)，传杆的上端定在燕尾活动块(43)的中央，使燕尾活动块(43)在燕尾座(44)槽的控制下做升降活动，这时挑杆(45)上的腰椎生理弯曲活动板(7)托着腰部脊椎做前后的被动运动。

    1、权利要求：图1所述的脊椎间突出盘复位治疗机两端是卧式颈椎牵引支架装制系统(6)、腰椎牵引尾架装制系统(5)，脊椎间盘复位治疗机左面有一方形口(12)是颈椎升降柱(14)和生理弯形块(13)按固定槽(16)上下活动的空间，脊椎间盘复位治疗机面中间有一大方口(17)，腰椎生理弯板(7)可在此上下运动。
  2. 2、权利要求：脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机左侧牵引支架装制系统(6)包括牵引支架(6)，支架上梯形横杠(20)、滑轮(21)、垂钩(10)。
  3. 3、权利要求：脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机右侧牵引尾架装制系统(5)包括牵引尾架(5)、牵引尾架上的固定孔(23)、滑轮(24)、尾架伸缩活动合(25)、定位栓(26)、垂钩(11)。
  4. 4、权利要求：脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机的颈椎生理弯曲活动器装制系统(4)包括二相电机(27)、偏心轮(28)、升降柱(14)固定槽(16)固定销(29)、颈椎生理弯块(13)。
  5. 5、权利要求：脊椎间盘突出复位治疗机腰椎生理弯曲活动器装制系统(3)包括二相电机(30)、主动轮(31)、皮带(33)、被动主动轮(32)、被动主动轴(34)、轴承座(35)、被动小主轮(36)、皮带(37)、被动皮带轮(38)、被动轴(39)、轴承座(40)、偏心轮(41)、传杆(42)、燕尾活动块(43)、燕尾座(44)、桃杆(45)、腰椎生理弯板(7)。
  6. 6、根据权利要求：颈椎的前后被动运动，是在牵引时，通过运动颈椎生理活动器装制系统(4)，使颈椎生理弯块升降、起伏而产生。
