Abstract
本发明是一个防止纺织品印染加工差错及控制缩率的方法。该方法是在纺织品被加工前在纺织品布端的布边上印上约30cm的刻度标记,印上被加工厂的符号并对纺织品编号,其中加工浅色的印上深色或黑色标记,加工深色的印上浅色或白色标记。该印记在印染加工中不褪色。这样便可避免纺织品在印染加工中发生阴差阳错现象,也便于控制纺织品在印染加工中的缩率,另外编号还可对加工者进行质量考核,是制衣厂和印染加工厂避免差错,控制缩率,提高质量的有效方法。
Description
众所周知，制衣厂加工服装可以是供应商来料加工，也可以是制衣厂自行挑选织物送到印染厂加工后制成服装。制衣厂到印染厂加工纺织品最担心的是印染厂加工的同类品种较多，易发生张冠李戴的错误，甚至将原来好的纺织因差错而调换成差的织物。从而影响面料利用率提高了成本；其次纺织品在印染加工过程中无法知道因印染加工不当而造成缩率太大的问题。或者开剪过多而造成损失的问题。此外还有印染加工的纺织品和印染加工者之间也不易对上号，给产品质量的考核带来困难。
本发明的目的在于提供一个防止纺织品印染加工差错及控制缩率的方法。
本发明的防止纺织品印染加工差错及控制缩率的方法是以下述方式实现的；在纺织品印染加工前增加一道工序，即在纺织品布端的布边上印上约30cm的刻度标记，印上被加工厂的符号，并对织物进行编号，染浅色的可在布边上印上不褪色的深色及黑色印记；染深色的可在布边上印上不褪色的浅色或白色印记。这样在印染加工时，加工单位只要一看记号就可以知道布的缩率大小及生产厂加工时二头布料损失多少了。以便及时调整工艺，其坯布的编号则可对每道工序的加工员工都可在工艺卡上注明得清清楚楚，有利于在纺织品加工过程中的工艺监督，也有利于对员工进行质量考核。
为了便于操作设计以下二个装置设施。
装置一，做一个直径10cm的偏心园盘(木质也可)宽度约1-1.5cm，此园盘周长约为31.4cm，可以在园盘上直接刻上凹凸5cm，10cm，15cm，20cm，25cm，30cm的标记，也可以在园盘外覆有刻上以上长度标记的橡胶带，其偏心垂直处为0cm。这样用偏心园盘从头滚到尾被加工纺织品被印上30cm的标记，在30cm后印上被加工厂的符号，并对坯布编号。
装置二，制作一个长30cm的直尺上刻有凹凸类似印章的刻度。刻上5cm，10cm，15cm，20cm，25cm，30cm的刻度，可在纺织品印染加工前打印在布边上，在30cm后印上被加工厂的符号，并对坯布编号。

- ①本发明是一个防止纺织品印染加工差错及控制缩率的方法，其特征是在纺织品被加工前增加一道工序，即在布端的布边上印上约30cm的刻度标记，印上被加工厂的符号并对纺织品编号。印上的标记在染色过程中不褪色。
