Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种将畜牧场的污水进行高效率除臭和净化以用于家畜饮用水的处理方法。其主要是将收集到的污水和按比例配制的乳酸菌水以一定流量汇集并进行搅拌混合为→乳酸菌混合液→进行曝气、沉淀、除臭和净化处理→进行两次脱色处理→成为家蓄饮用水和清洁用水。按上述方法对牲畜污水进行处理后,由于乳酸菌的生化作用,不仅是处理后的水达到了无臭、无色的指标,而且消除了其中的大肠杆菌和减少了亚硝酸的含量,使处理后的水完全可以用来作为家畜的饮用水和其他清洁用水。本发明的方法,处理流程短、投资少、且因采用生化原理而不会产生二次污染。并且,相对而言节约了水资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理方法,尤其是一种有关畜牧场的牲畜污水处理方法。
背景技术
以前畜牧场污水的处理主要是用有机磷酸盐等药品作为除菌剂(参见日本专利文献特开平10-263588号),该方法虽有一定处理效果,但也同时杀死了分解污物的细菌,有碍于污水的净化作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种将畜牧场的污水进行高效率除臭和净化以用于家畜饮用水的处理方法。为达此目的,本发明的方法是这样实现的:一种畜牧场的污水处理方法,其主要是将收集到的污水和按比例配制的乳酸菌水以一定流量汇集并进行搅拌混合为→乳酸菌混合液→进行曝气、沉淀、除臭和净化处理→进行两次脱色处理→成为家蓄饮用水和清洁用水;其中,乳酸菌是用豆类、谷雷、薯类的残渣加入(0.1~5)%的Lactobacillus(乳酸菌)及Pichia K1uyveri(巴斯德酵母)发酵制成,乳酸菌水的PH值为(3.7~4.0);乳酸菌混合液的PH值为(6.2~6.4),乳酸菌混合液进行曝气、沉淀、除臭和净化处理周期为20~40天;牲畜污水在单位时间的流量为乳酸菌混合液汇集容量的(1/200~1/10),牲畜污水在单位时间的流量优选为乳酸菌混合液汇集容量的1/50。
按上述方法对牲畜污水进行处理后,由于乳酸菌的生化作用,不仅是处理后的水达到了无臭、无色的指标,而且消除了其中的大肠杆菌和减少了亚硝酸的含量,使处理后的水完全可以用来作为家畜的饮用水和其他清洁用水。本发明的方法,处理流程短、投资少、且因采用生化原理而不会产生二次污染。并且,相对而言节约了水资源。

具体实施方式
结合流程示意图就养猪场的污水处理为实施例作进一步说明。1为采集的猪的排泄污水,2为配制的乳酸菌水,其中,乳酸菌是在1t的温水(40℃)加入30kg的Lacto菌体→并进行2小时的稀释培养→然后加入柠檬酸和黑蜂蜜将PH值调整为3.9而制成,每克乳酸菌水中大约含有107个乳酸菌;3为汇集的乳酸菌混合液(搅拌混匀),该混合液的PH值为6.4;4为曝气、沉淀、除臭和净化段;5、6为脱色处理段,该段处理周期在气温较高的季节可短一些,而在气温较低的季节周期可长一些。本例中,乳酸菌混合液的汇集容量定为20t,则污水在单位时间内的供应量选为0.4t/h,而污水1汇集的容量应在15t~30t之间、乳酸菌水的容量在0.5t~2t之间方能满足流程的运行。

Claims (1)

1、一种畜牧场的污水处理方法,其主要是将收集到的污水和配制的乳酸菌水分别以一定流量汇集并进行搅拌混合成为乳酸菌混合液进行曝气、沉淀、除臭和净化处理进行两次脱色处理成为家畜饮用水和清洁用水,其特征:乳酸菌是用豆类、谷类、薯类的残渣加入0.1~5%质量配比百分比的乳酸菌(Lactobacillus)及巴斯德酵母(PichiaKluyveri)发酵制成;乳酸菌水的PH值为3.7~4.0;乳酸菌混合液的PH值为6.2~6.4;乳酸菌混合液进行曝气、沉淀、除臭和净化处理周期为20~40天;污水在单位时间的流量为乳酸菌混合液汇集容量的1/200~1/10。
