Abstract
本发明涉及一种牙膏,包括研磨剂、保湿剂、起泡剂、增稠剂、香料和水等,采用粒径为15~50μm的微晶纤维素为研磨剂。用微晶纤维素作牙膏研磨剂,能清除牙齿杂质,长期使用能保持牙齿洁白卫生,免遭细菌侵袭,但又不损伤牙齿和口腔组织,尤其对儿童、老人以及缺钙、骨质疏松者更为合适。配制牙膏所用微晶纤维素符合国家标准,不会对人体产生副作用,配制的牙膏对环境友好,是一种理想的新型牙膏。
Description
本发明涉及一种牙膏。
牙膏中通常含有研磨剂、保湿剂、起泡剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、增味剂及其它添加剂和水等,根据不同的用途,可添加着色剂、缓蚀剂、防龋剂、防牙斑剂、抗牙石剂、消炎剂、祛臭剂等。其中的研磨剂常用碳酸钙作原料,清除牙齿附着物和牙菌斑。碳酸钙莫氏硬度3.0,牙齿中牙釉质4.5,牙骨质2~2.5,对比云母1,金刚石10。用在牙膏上的碳酸钙粒径约为30μm时口腔有砂砾感觉,粒径越大,对牙齿的磨损越大,但清洁能力越强。由于碳酸钙的硬度介于牙釉质与牙骨质之间,即使颗粒粒径在10μm左右,常年累月刷牙,牙齿表层牙釉质被磨掉,暴露出牙骨质后,磨损的程度就会更大,最终在牙齿上磨出一道道沟痕,易于被细菌侵袭,出现坏牙、断牙现象,影响咀嚼食物和身体健康。
本发明的目的是在提供一种既能防止牙齿磨损,又能清洁牙齿的新型牙膏。
本发明提供的牙膏,包括研磨剂、保湿剂、起泡剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、甜味剂、香料和水等,采用粒径为15~50μm的微晶纤维素为研磨剂。
其中微晶纤维素的粒径优选15~35μm。
微晶纤维素在牙膏中的含量,按重量百分含量计,优选15~40%。
微晶纤维素由植物纤维经酸水解制成,仍属天然纤维素结构,密度1.50,莫氏硬度小于1,粒径10μm~300μm之间,用于牙膏上约为15~50μm。微晶纤维素吸水率高,吸水后体积膨胀,因而具有弹性。在刷牙过程中,微晶纤维素对牙齿的挤压和摩擦作用,能去除牙齿附着物和牙菌斑,又由于它硬度小,接触牙齿时又有轻微弹性,不损伤牙齿。用放射性牙质磨损法(RDA法)测得放射性牙本质磨损值(RDA值)小于60,通常RDA值在60~100之间足以保持牙齿不受磨损。应该注意到,RDA值测定仅是模型实验,是在刷模型牙4500次后测出的数值。用12μm碳酸钙配制的牙膏RDA值也在60~100之间,这里模型擦牙仅是4500次,继续试验,增加到45000次,含碳酸钙牙膏RDA值>100,含微晶纤维素牙膏仍小于60,说明它对牙齿基本无磨损。研磨剂在牙膏中的添加量,按重量百分含量计,通常在15~50%之间,采用微晶纤维素为研磨剂,在牙膏中的用量优选15~40%,粒径优选15~35μm。
微晶纤维素来源丰富,可以从棉花、苎麻、木浆等植物纤维中提取,是一种可再生资源。微晶纤维素无毒,可食用,在医药上普遍用作药片赋型剂;也可用作保健食品添加剂,添加在几乎所有食品中去,长期食用能预防便秘和糖尿病、高血压等慢性病发生。用微晶纤维素作牙膏研磨剂,能清除牙齿杂质,长期使用能保持牙齿洁白卫生,免遭细菌侵袭,但又不损伤牙齿和口腔组织,尤其对儿童、老人以及缺钙、骨质疏松者更为合适。由于微晶纤维素性质稳定,又属中性物质,可配制任何类型牙膏;微晶纤维素密度小于碳酸钙,即使所配制的牙膏粘度变小也不会沉淀出来;还能起增稠作用;同是具有良好的能变性和分散性,更符合牙膏产品的性能。碳酸钙能和牙膏中的氟化钠起反应,分解出二氧化碳,易使牙膏爆裂。微晶纤维素可不起反应,它的配伍性能更好。配制牙膏所用微晶纤维素符合国家医药卫生标准,不会对人体产生副作用,配制的牙膏对环境友好,是一种理想的新型牙膏。
实施例
微晶纤维素制法:用2.5N HCl水解棉短绒,棉短绒与酸液浴比为1∶3,95~100℃,水解0.5小时,过滤出微晶纤维素,水洗、碱中和、水洗、烘干、粉碎。过滤得粒径25μm左右的微晶纤维素。按常规配方和方法配制牙膏,去除碳酸钙或其它磨料组份,加入上述微晶纤维素,调整增稠剂(羧甲基纤维素等)用量使粘度达到牙膏生产要求,生产出以微晶纤维素为研磨剂的牙膏产品。

1、一种牙膏,包括研磨剂、保湿剂、起泡剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、增味剂和水等,其特征在于采用粒径为15~50μm的微晶纤维素为研磨剂。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的牙膏,其特征在于所述微晶纤维素的粒径为15~35μm。
3、根据权利要求1或2中所述的牙膏,其特征在于所述微晶纤维素在牙膏中的含量为牙膏总重的15~40%。
