Description

一种修复旧管道的复合无缝软管
本发明涉及翻转内衬法修复旧管道的新材料,尤其是一种修复旧管道的复合无缝软管。
目前,市场上基本上采用的是利用无纺布粘贴防渗膜,人工缝制成筒状软管,对缝隙处采用粘结剂进行膜与膜的粘结,其缺点是:两种无极性薄膜相互粘贴,牢固性较差,粘结剂不能适应长期的耐水性与耐温性,长期使用会使输送的液体渗漏到管中管的夹层处,造成对管道的腐蚀,达不到对管道内壁修复与长期防腐的目的。
本发明的目的是提供一种修复旧管道的复合无缝软管,此技术用于翻转内衬法修复旧管道的软管实现其整体性,保证对管道修复的质量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,其生产工艺方法是:软管的结构是由防渗膜和编织管层覆合而成。编织管层的材料根据修复管道所要输送的介质而选取的不同种类的化纤,经过专用圆织机可织成100~600mm不同直径的纤维软管,纤维软管和防渗膜的贴合是用专用挤涂机直接挤涂在编织管外壁即可。
此种技术根据采用的聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯不同种类的膜和利用涤纶、聚氨酯、聚丙烯纤维编织的软管,经过不同组合,可分别使用于引用水、污水、燃气、输油等多种管道。
技术参数为:等级2纤维规格8支,经纱数5.0~6.0根/cm,纬纱数3.0~4.0根/cm,防渗膜厚200≥μm;等级4纤维规格5支,经纱数4.0~5.5根/cm,纬纱数2.5~3.5根/cm,防渗膜厚400≥μm;等级6纤维规格3支,经纱数3.5~4.5根/cm,纬纱数2.0~3.0根/cm,防渗膜厚600≥μm。
质量指标:品级2,防渗膜外观为无破损、平整、光滑,抗拉伸1800N/25mm抗剪切(撕裂)1650N,抗渗透(水压)0.1Mp,层间粘合强度130N/25mm,断裂伸长率17%;品级4,防渗膜外观为无破损、平整、光滑,抗拉伸1900N/25mm抗剪切(撕裂)1760N,抗渗透(水压)0.12Mp,层间粘合强度135N/25mm,断裂伸长率20%;品级4,防渗膜外观为无破损、平整、光滑,抗拉伸2000N/25mm抗剪切(撕裂)1880N,抗渗透(水压)0.5Mp,层间粘合强度140N/25mm,断裂伸长率22%。
由于采用上述方案,在使用过程中表现了其整体性、防渗性,避免了有缝软管粘缝处薄膜易脱落现象。

1、一种修复旧管道的复合无缝软管,其特征是:由防渗膜和编织管层覆合而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种修复旧管道的复合无缝软管,其特征是:编织管层的材料根据修复管道所要输送的介质而选取的不同种类的化纤,经过专用圆织机可织成100~600mm不同直径的纤维软管,纤维软管和防渗膜的贴合是用专用挤涂机直接挤涂在编织管外壁即可。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种修复旧管道的复合无缝软管,其特征是:可使用于引用水、污水、燃气、输油等多种管道。
