Abstract

本发明公开了利用脉冲变压器产生高压脉冲的方法,并提供了串级式高压脉冲变压器,由多台脉冲变压器的绕组通过平衡绕组串联构成,平衡绕组分别与前一级变压器的次级高压绕组串联连接,与后一级变压器的励磁绕组并联连接,后一级变压器的高压绕组便通过平衡绕组感应出高压脉冲电压,各级脉冲变压器高压绕组的输出电压串联相加,即得到大功率的高压脉冲输出电压。由变压器代替高压大功率开关电子管产生大功率高压脉冲,可获得更高的输出高压脉冲,达60KV~100KV,脉宽1~10vus,结构简单,性能可靠,有较宽的电压调整范围和频率范围,使高压脉冲技术在更广泛的领域得到应用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种利用脉冲变压器产生高压脉冲的方法,同时进一步提供了串级式高压脉冲变压器,属于高压脉冲发生装置技术领域。
背景技术:
脉冲变压器是电子电路中常用的器件,主要用于阻抗匹配、升高或降低脉冲电压,改变脉冲畸形、隔离、耦合等电子电路中,脉冲特性以单极性为主,当输出电压达到一定值时,由于绝缘结构、绝缘、电磁材料的限制而无法继续升高脉冲电压,因此,单台脉冲变压器的输出脉冲功率较小,电压较低,不能产生大功率高压脉冲。
目前,用于产生大功率高压脉冲的方法主要是采用高压大功率的开关电子管实现的,对调制的高压直流电源进行开关控制,而得到较高的脉冲电压。由于受到电子管耐压、体积、散热等因素限制,输出脉冲电压只在10KV左右,并且其电路复杂、造价昂贵,实际应用中受到很大限制,也就是说产生高压脉冲不易实现,因此,制约了高压脉冲技术应用领域。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种利用脉冲变压器产生高压脉冲的方法。
本发明还提供了实现本方法的装置——串级式高压脉冲变压器,解决了现有产生大功率高压脉冲装置结构复杂、造价昂贵和不易实现的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是将多台脉冲变压器通过绕组的串联连接,构成一个脉冲变压器组合体,第一级变压器的初级绕组接电源,由次级高压绕组感应出电压,平衡绕组串联在次级高压绕组上,平衡绕组的输出端与下一级变压器的励磁绕组并联,下一级变压器的高压绕组感应出高压脉冲电压,多级高压绕组的输出电压通过一级、二级......n级串联相加而成,将调制的低压脉冲电源转变为高压脉冲电压,从而获得很高的脉冲电压输出。
本装置由多台脉冲变压器的绕组通过平衡绕组串联构成,其中,第一级变压器设有初级绕组和次级高压绕组,以后各级变压器设有励磁绕组和次级高压绕组,平衡绕组分别与前一级变压器的次级高压绕组串联连接,与后一级变压器的励磁绕组并联连接,后一级变压器的高压绕组便通过平衡绕组感应出高压脉冲电压,负载跨接在后级变压器次级高压绕组与前级变压器初级绕组的公共端之间。由前级变压器和后级变压器高压绕组感应出的电压串联相加,便得到两者的高压脉冲之和,产生出大功率高压脉冲。
本发明的积极效果在于:利用电磁感应原理,由变压器代替高压大功率开关电子管产生大功率高压脉冲,可获得更高的输出高压脉冲,一般可达到60KV~100KV,脉冲宽度为1~10vus,结构简单,性能可靠,能适用于建立脉冲电场和直接加负载运行,有较宽的电压调整范围和频率范围,拓宽了脉冲变压器的适用范围,使高压脉冲技术在更广泛的领域得到应用。

具体实施方式:
根据图1所示,由第一级和第二级两个变压器串联构成本发明装置,第一级变压器的初级绕组a、x接电源,由次级高压绕组A1、X1感应出电压V1,平衡绕组a1、X1串联在次级高压绕组A1、X1上,平衡绕组a1、x1的输出端与第二级变压器的励磁绕组a2、x2并联,第二级变压器的高压绕组A2、X2感应出高压脉冲电压V2,第一、二两级高压绕组的输出电压串联相加,即得到V1+V2的高压脉冲输出电压,由A2通过负载R至X1形成高压脉冲回路,完成高压脉冲的产生。

Claims (2)

1、一种利用脉冲变压器产生高压脉冲的方法,其特征在于:是将两台脉冲变压器通过绕组的串联连接,构成一个脉冲变压器组合体,第一级变压器的初级绕组接电源,由次级高压绕组感应出电压,平衡绕组串联在次级高压绕组上,平衡绕组的输出端与下一级变压器的励磁绕组并联,下一级变压器的高压绕组感应出高压脉冲电压,两级高压绕组的输出电压通过一级、二级串联相加而成,将调制的低压脉冲电源转变为高压脉冲电压,从而获得很高的脉冲电压输出。
2、一种串级式高压脉冲变压器,其特征在于:由两台脉冲变压器的绕组通过平衡绕组串联构成,其中,第一级变压器设有初级绕组和次级高压绕组,后级变压器设有励磁绕组和次级高压绕组,平衡绕组分别与前一级变压器的次级高压绕组串联连接,与后一级变压器的励磁绕组并联连接,后一级变压器的高压绕组便通过平衡绕组感应出高压脉冲电压,负载跨接在后级变压器次级高压绕组与前级变压器初级绕组的公共端之间。
