Abstract

一种圆锥形风力机是由风轮、引风罩、皮带轮和支架等组成,圆锥形风力机的底部边缘上置有一定数量的风屏,劲风通过引风罩时由于该罩内斜面同风轮斜面的挤压作用,使得风屏承受比散风强劲数倍的风力而转动,以此提高其风力机的功率,从而改变了现技术风力机的原始状态,突破小型化的圈子,给风能源的开发利用开创了新局面。

圆锥形风力机
本发明是属风力机技术领域的高性能风力机
古代的风力机叶片长又宽,现代的风力机叶片则较短而尖细,但它们都有着一个共同弱点,那就是功率较小,尽管现代采用小型化多数量,但在该项能源的开发利用上仍存在着一定的局限性。从所周知,现代的风力机是靠叶片接受风作用力而转动,但转动的叶片相对空气同样会产生阻力来抵消一部份作用力。另一方面风对叶片的作用力将随叶片转速增加而降低,但其阻力确随转速的增快而增大,加之叶片的面积同作用力、阻力均成正比例。鉴于以上这样一些原因,若单从风力机的叶片上去调整,其结果也只能是“蛇大孔大,孔小蛇也小”无济于事。
本发明设计之目的在于通过其特殊的设计结构,针对现技术所存在的问题,采用集束风力来加强对叶片(风屏)的作用力,以提高其风力机的功率,在风能源的开发利用方面打开新的局面。
下面用实施例结合附图对本发明的设计结构和技术方案作以详细说明如下:
图1是圆锥形风力机结构图。
图2是圆锥形风力机的风轮及风屏正面视图。
如图1、2所示的圆锥形风力机是由圆锥形风轮、引风罩、支架和传动皮带轮等组成。所述圆锥形风力的风轮1为空心圆锥体,其轴3一端穿过圆锥体底部中心直抵尖部内面并与之固定连结,另一端通过轴承4、5与支架7转动连接,轴承4、5之间的轴3上置有一传动皮带轮6。风轮1底部边缘的斜面上置有一定数量的风屏2,喇叭形引风罩8罩于风轮1的外面,并与支架7固定连接,其小端内与风轮1底部边缘相对应并有一定的通风间隙,大端内面与风轮1锥体的尖部相对应,支架8通过螺栓固定在基座9上。
风轮1的尖部面对劲风,劲风在通过引风罩8时,由于引风罩8内斜面和风轮1斜面的挤压弹力使得风屏2承受比散风强数倍的风力,又因风屏2的运动速度始终不会超过风速,使风屏2也始终保持承受较大程度的风力而提高其功率。该技术改变了现技术只能小型化小功率较原始的状态,在对风能源的开发利用上将会引起革命性变化。

Claims (2)

1、一种圆锥形风力机,它是由风轮、引风罩、转动皮带轮和支架等所组成。其特征在于风轮(1)是个空心圆锥体,其底部中心和尖部内面与其轴(3)的一端相连连结,轴(3)的另一端由轴承(4、5)转动连接于支架(7)上,风轮(1)底部外圆面上置有一定数量的风屏(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的圆锥形风力机,其特征在于引风罩(8)呈喇叭形,它通过螺栓固定连接于支架(7)上,该引风罩(8)大端部内面与风轮(1)的锥体尖部相对应,小端部与风轮(1)底部边缘相对应并有一定的通风间隙。
