Abstract

本发明涉及石油地震勘探装备可控震源震动系统上的一种液力储能式可控震源隔震结构,包括振动器总成(1)、车架(2)、液压缸(3),车架(2)内置有振动器总成(1),振动器总成(1)的下部装有液压缸(3),采用“液压缸”代替原来的空气弹簧,取消原有的护罩,加大振动器总成1和车架2之间的相对空间,布置灵活方便,既能高效地隔震又设计简单。

液力储能式可控震源隔震结构
技术领域:
本发明涉及石油地震勘探装备可控震源震动系统,具体地说,是一种液力储能式可控震源隔震结构。
背景技术:
目前可控震源振动器与车架采用空气弹簧隔振,由于结构限制了隔振弹簧的布置,与车架结构的空间相互制约很大。振动器总成工作时要做上升或下降运动;车架工作时相对固定。由于结构原因,振动器总成和车架之间的相对空间十分紧张。随着震源吨位的加大,空气弹簧的个数或体积会增加,从而使结构更加紧张,特别是车架设计会受到很大限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种既能高效地隔震又设计简单、布置灵活,从而为未来震源的振动器设计及车架中段设计提供更大的发展空间的液力储能式可控震源隔震结构。
本发明是这样实现的:包括振动器总成1、车架2、液压缸3,车架2内置有振动器总成1,振动器总成1的下部装有液压缸3。
液压缸3至少为一个。
振动器总成1的下部四个角均装有液压缸3。
液压缸3的两端用球铰固定。
本发明的优点在于:设计采用“液压缸”代替原来的空气弹簧,取消原有的护罩,加大振动器总成1和车架2之间的相对空间,布置灵活方便。既能高效地隔震又设计简单。

具体实施方案
如图1、图2所示,振动器总成1工作时要做上升或下降运动;车架2工作时相对固定,由于采用液压缸3代替原来的空气弹簧,振动器总成1和车架2之间取消原有的护罩,加大振动器总成1和车架2之间的相对空间,使得布置灵活方便。液压缸3的个数和布置根据结构而定。

1、液力储能式可控震源隔震结构,包括振动器总成(1)、车架(2)、液压缸(3),其特征在于:车架(2)内置有振动器总成(1),振动器总成(1)的下部装有液压缸(3),包括振动器总成(1)、车架(2)、液压缸(3),车架(2)内置有振动器总成(1),振动器总成(1)的下部装有液压缸(3);液压缸(3)至少为一个,振动器总成(1)的下部四个角均装有液压缸(3);液压缸(3)的两端用球铰固定。
