Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种可伸展且可盘卷片材。
在其整个内容援引在此以作参考的WO-A-88/08620或WO-A-97/35706中揭示了可在盘卷状态与伸展状态之间双向成形的可伸展且可盘卷片材。图1中示出了此类片材1的一例的立体图。其中的片材1部分呈盘卷状态1a,而部分呈伸展状态1b。

请参阅图2,图中示出了本发明片材2的第一例的端视图。该片材2可在盘卷状态与伸展状态之间双向成形。图2示出了片材2处于其伸展状态2a。该片材2可根据WO-A-88/08620或WO-A-97/35706的原理来构制,或者可呈任何其它适当的形式。
在图示例中,片材2的内表面设有若干弹性伸出物2b。该伸出物2b可为沿着伸展片材2的整个长度、大致整个长度或者仅仅部分长度延伸的长片状件。例如,绕片材2的内表面一周设有彼此以120°间隔设置的三个这种类型的长伸出物2b。或者,伸出物2b可呈现短鳍状物组的形式,这些短鳍状物等角地设置在组内,并且若干个组沿着伸展片材2的整个长度、大致整个长度或者仅仅部分长度有间隔地重复设置。这些组可设置成:从末端看,不同的鳍状物2b彼此重叠,或者这些组或部分组可彼此偏置,以使鳍状物或者部分鳍状物2b沿着已伸展件2的长度有角度地隔开。

伸出物2b可由与可伸展片材2的主体2a相同的材料制成,或者可由不同的材料制成。该伸出物2b可与可伸展片材2的主体2a一体成形,或者可籍由包括例如胶合或焊接在内的任何适当的手段附着到该主体上。较佳地,伸出物2b在它们与主体2a的接触点处对着一锐角,以便于片材2滚动成其盘卷状态。类似地,如图所示,伸出物2b较佳地以曲线离开主体2a的表面。

当在管状物或其它物体上展开成为壳套时、或者在上述具有多层表皮的装置的情况下,形成在可伸展片材2与其上设有或环绕着该可伸展片材的物体之间的一个或多个空腔、或者位于具有双层或多层表皮的片材4的表皮4a,4b之间的一个、部分或所有的空腔内可充满泡沫材料或其它材料,以便隔热、隔声和/或电绝缘、和/或抵抗冲击、和/或增加刚度。
需要的话,任何可伸展片材的边缘可籍由诸如焊接、拉链型连接等之类任何所需的手段暂时或永久性地进行连接或密封。当在具有多层表皮的装置4的表皮边缘上进行密封的情况下,形成一同心管,以便能进行分别的或双向的流动。
需要的话,可将能承受滚动的电缆、光导纤维、加热元件或任何其它装置装入到一个或多个可伸展片材内。
本发明将证明在设置用于保护管线或其它结构的绝缘或加热壳套方面特别实用,该壳套可在设置、或者对现有装备进行改装的同时展开在管线上,从而提供一保护性绝缘壳套,它还可安装用于监视管线状态的装置。

Claims (9)
1.一种可在盘卷状态与伸展状态之间双向成形的可伸展且可盘卷片材,在其至少一个表面上设有一个或多个弹性伸出物,以便当所述片材伸展成伸展状态时,所述伸出物或各个伸出物呈现出自片材表面伸出的第一状态,而当所述片材滚动成盘卷状态时,所述伸出物或各伸出物位于盘卷片材的各圈之间。

9.一种可在盘卷状态与伸展状态之间双向成形的可伸展片材,其一个或两个表面上设有在所述片材伸展时自所述表面延伸的一个或多个弹性片状件,所述弹性片状件的末端还附着在某个其它片材、电缆、光导纤维或其它装置上,所述弹性片状件在所述片材处于盘卷状态时位于盘卷材空隙内,而在伸展时则与片材表面相隔离,并籍由弹性自内或外表面延伸至上述表面。
