Abstract

一种可将塑料袋等的开口部予以确实密封的手持型电热封口机。位于外壳10侧面的供被封口构件插入的沟缝3朝深部方向的尺寸是L,利用设在沟缝内的长条型加热单元5以及与该加热单元5相向的按压部4一起夹住被封口构件进行封口作业。利用较深的沟缝3将封口部倾斜定位,对该封口部反复进行锯齿状密封,可以实现良好的不透气性封口效果。还可利用外壳上表面的标记2d来表示加热单元5的电热丝5b的位置和长度,封口时很容易定位。

Description

手持型电热封口机
本发明涉及可将塑料袋等的开口部予以确实密封的小型的手持型电热封口机。
以往的手持型封口机如图9所示。是在基台20的端部上表面装设有加热单元40,并且在另一端可转动地支承着按压部30,使用者在使用封口机的时候,是以使用订书机时的手法将按压部30抗拒弹簧的弹推力量往下按压,以将被封口构件挟持于基台20与按压部30之间。加热单元40受到按压部30的按压而下降,未图示的开关接通使得电热器被加热而进行封口工作,然后,使被封口构件移动,以继续进行下一步的封口工作。
这种传统的手持型电热式封口机,因为手持型所以必须设计成小型,所以就没有设置用来引导被封口构件的导引装置或导送装置,因此不具有可将封口位置予以确实地定位或者给送被封口构件的功能,难以顺畅且确实地进行封口作业,导致封口作业较为费工,有时会弄破被封口构件,有时必须以单手支撑着被封口构件来进行封口作业,所以左右两手必须在进行封口作业的中途,换手支撑被封口构件,会导致封口作业中断,使得封口作业分成两阶段来进行,造成封口不严密,缺乏实用性。另外,订书机型封口机具备敞开结构,敞开时容易造成使用者烫伤。再者,加热器是1公分以下的短型加热线,所以必须移动被封口构件。本发明的目的在于将这种电热式封口机制作成可确实、顺畅地进行封口作业的高实用性手持型电热封口机。
为了解决上述技术课题,本发明第一方案的手持型电热封口机具备:收容电源部等的外壳;设在该外壳的侧面、具有可供被封口构件的封口部位深深插入的深度尺寸的沟缝;配置在前述沟缝内互相面对的其中一面的开口端附近、利用前述电源部而通电加热的加热装置;配置在前述沟缝内互相面对的另一面上、面对前述加热装置设置、且具备非操作时向与按压方向相反的方向施力的弹簧装置的按压装置,将被封口构件插入到前述沟缝内,通过操作前述按压装置而将被封口构件强力推向前述加热装置予以封口。
为了解决上述的技术课题,本发明第二方案的手持型电热封口机是在第一方案的手持型电热封口机中,前述按压装置用于将从外壳上表面突出的操作部抗拒弹簧装置的弹力按压下去,通过操作使与前述操作部连设的外壳内的按压装置下降,将被封口构件推向加热装置。
为了解决上述的技术课题,本发明第三方案的手持型电热封口机是在前述方案的手持型电热封口机中,加热装置和按压装置都是长度接近外壳长度尺寸的长条形状。
为了解决上述的技术课题,本发明第四方案的手持型电热封口机是在前述方案的手持型电热封口机中,加热装置是由用耐热构件形成的基台、配置在前述基台上的电热丝、及被覆前述电热丝面的耐热性薄膜构件所组成的加热单元。
为了解决上述的技术课题,本发明第五方案的手持型电热封口机是在前述方案的手持型电热封口机中,外壳表面设有表示加热装置的电热丝位置和长度的标记。
由于本发明的封口机不像订书机那样可以打开(沟缝的宽度不容指头插入),所以可消除烫伤的危险。又由于不必拉动被封口构件,所以可将该手持型电热封口机放在桌面上,两手抓住被封口构件进行封口作业。

以下结合附图详细说明本发明的手持型电热封口机的实施形态。
本发明的手持型电热封口机是在外壳的一侧面设有沟缝,将被封口构件插入其中,并按压外壳上面的按钮,使沟缝内的按压构件下降,使得被封口构件被按压构件以及设在按压构件对面的加热单元所挟持,利用电源部对加热单元的电热丝通电以使之发热,由此将塑料等材质的被封口构件的开口部予以封口。
沟缝是预先形成在外壳的深度方向上。如此一来,可将被封口构件对于沟缝开口端缘的直线倾斜地插进去。然后,反复数次使倾斜方向交替变换,即可实现锯齿状交叉,实现可靠的密封。
具备电热丝的加热单元长度方向的尺寸预先设定成尽可能接近外壳的尺寸。如此一来,就不必再拉动被封口构件,不仅可避免被封口构件破损,还可提高封口作业的效率。
在外壳表面预先标出可供目测判断加热单元的电热丝位置和长度的标记。如此一来,当被封口构件以倾斜于沟缝开口端缘的直线的状态插入时,能够以目沿确认封口位置,能达到可靠连续的锯齿交叉型等的封口,例如可将塑料袋的开口部等封口而保持不漏气和不透水。
图1是本发明手持型电热封口机的实施例的分解立体图。图中1是由耐热耐冲击的树脂做成的盒状下壳体,2是由同一材料做成的上壳体,将螺丝B从下壳体1底面栓入上壳体2内侧面的螺丝孔(未图标),将上、下壳体可互相拆装地组装在一起,以这两个壳体构成手持型电热封口机的整个外壳10,此外,互相组装后,如图2所示,成为可供使用者以单手H容易握持的大小和形状。
1a是从下壳体1的左右两侧面壁的前半部起直到前面的壁面为止下降一阶的阶梯部,从图2可以看出,在与上壳体2一起组装成外壳10时形成间隙,成为供被封口构件的封口端缘部插入该间隙以进行封口作业用的插入口、即沟缝3。此外,为了便于引导被封口构件的封口部,阶梯部1a端部的左右各角分别被削掉,形成导入部1b。此外,阶梯部1a的深度方向尺寸,换言之,沟缝3的深度尺寸L,基于后述的理由而被设定得相当深,例如大约是外壳10的深度尺寸的一半。
在下壳体1内的前部附近,装有作为加热装置用的加热单元5。图3显示该加热单元5的结构。5a是由耐热性硅胶形成的长条状基台,5b是由镍铬线构成的电热丝,在这个电热丝5b的两端以铆接方式等安装着端子组件5c,将这两端的端子组件5c分别嵌入基台5a两端的凹部5d,并且从上方被覆耐热性硅薄膜5e。基台5a、电热丝5b、硅薄膜5e的长度尽可能接近外壳10的左右方向全长。
下壳体1内前述加热单元5的后方附近的空间是收容电热丝的加热用电源、即干电池等的空间S,在其后方附近,形成预定线路8b的电路板8用螺丝等固定于该处,用来构成开关电源用的开关的固定接点侧。8c是安装在基板8上的LED,用来显示电源的通/断状态。
7是配线组件,其前端在基台部5a的凹部5d中与前述加热单元5的端子组件5c接触,另一端则与前述电路板8或干电池等的端子组件(未图示)的预定位置连接,以将电源供给加热单元5的电热丝5b。配线组件7分别配置在加热单元5的两端。
4是作为按压装置用的按压构件。按压构件4是由具有耐热性和弹性的树脂或者弹性金属板等形成,由基台部4b、支臂部4c、支承部4d和按钮4e组成,基台部4b安装有几乎可覆盖前述加热单元5的所有面的橡胶块4a,支臂部4c从基台部4b的左右两端向后方分别延设成一体,支承部4d分别从支臂部4c急剧折返并延伸,按钮4e设在基台部4b的上侧,支承部4d与支臂部4c(板簧部)之间的急剧折返部分具有弹簧功能。
6是用来令电源开关作动用的开关组件,用树脂形成,其上部是操作部6a,为了容易操作而形成有复数个刻花状沟部,在其下面侧,利用插入形成法预先设有数个可动接点6b,与设在前述电路板8上的电路8b互相面对,构成开关。用手动方式滑动操作该操作部6a以使电源通、断,在电源导通时,从收容在外壳10内的电源部供电到加热单元5的电热丝5b。
在上壳体2的表面分别形成供按钮4e嵌入用的开孔2c和供开关组件6的操作部6a突出的开孔2a,并设有开孔2b供目视电路板8的LED8c。
下壳体1内的电源部可采用干电池、充电电池等电池,或者直接使用商用电源,或变换成所期电压后的电源等。
图4至图8表示以上各要素组装完成后的状态。图4是外观主视图。在上壳体2的表面,按钮4e以及开关组件6的操作部6a都呈突出状态而可供操作,且电路板8的LED8c可目视。此外,2d是通过印刷等设在上壳体2表面的封口引导标记,进行封口作业时,可从外壳10的外面确认加热单元5的电热丝5b的长度和位置。
图5是透视状态的主视图。在外壳10的前部附近,装有作为加热装置的加热单元5。加热单元5后侧附近的空间是收容干电池BATT用的空间S。在本实施例中,干电池是四个串接的3号电池,但并不局限于这种例子。
加热单元5利用配线组件7与干电池BATT相连接,该干电池BATT将电源供给加热单元5的电热丝5b。此外,在两者之间夹着由电路板8的电路8b和开关组件6的接点6b所构成的开关,通过滑动该开关组件6的操作部6a即可接通或切断电源。
图6是图5的A-A线剖视图。从图6可看出加热单元5与配线组件7的位置关系以及橡胶块4a安装在按压构件4的按压部4b的状态。
图7是图5的B-B线剖视图。从图7可看出下壳体1内收容四个干电池BATT的状态、以及按压构件4的按压部4b被支臂部4c往上方施力而使按压构件4上部的按钮4e从壳体2突出以供按压的待机状态。此外,1e是电池盖,采用可从下壳体1拆卸的公知构造。
接下来,说明使用这种构造的手持型电热封口机进行封口作业的步骤。
用手H握持手持型电热封口机,以大拇指推动开关组件6的操作部6a,使其朝向图4中的导通方向移动,电源就变成导通状态,干电池BATT的两极经由配线组件7与加热单元5相连接,使得电热丝5b受到加热,成为可使用状态,封口作业准备就绪。接下来,将被封口构件插入沟缝3,将其定位在要封口的部位。此时的定位可利用设在外壳10的上壳体2表面的封口引导标记2d,这个标记显示电热丝5b的位置和长度,所以可很容易利用其作为基准线。
接下来,将按钮4e往下按。橡胶块4a与按压部4的基台4b一起下降而将被封口构件推压到加热单元5并进行封口。电热丝5b的面上被覆着硅薄膜5e,所以被封口构件不会烧焦附着于电热丝5b。当封口作业结束后,只要放开按钮4e,则橡胶块4a因按压构件4的弹簧复原力而上升,恢复到原来位置,所以操作开关组件6以关闭电源。此外,从LED8c的亮灯与否即可确实地判断电源的通/断状态。
图8是被封口构件的封口状态一例。90是塑料袋等被封口构件,在要通过封口将其开口部90a密封时,将被封口构件90插入沟缝3,并将其定位于要封口的部位,此时将其倾斜地定位,采用前述的操作方式进行封口作业并形成封口部91,然后,接着以相反的倾斜方向进行封口作业,形成封口部92。并且在封口部91与封口部92的封口位置形成交叉部分C。通过反复进行这种封口操作,即可将袋子的开口部90a密封成不漏气或不漏水。因为沟缝3是形成深度较深的尺寸,所以可供被封口构件90以倾斜状态插入,而且可利用设在上壳体2表面的封口引导标记2d作为基准线来定位,可确实地进行连续的封口作业。
此外,沟缝3的开口宽度预先设定成令使用者的手指不能插入,所以可防止发生烫伤等。此外,介于电源与加热单元之间的开关的电路虽然图中未示,但最好是采用所谓的「双极单切型开关」,在电源的两极与加热单元的两极之间分别形成开关电路,使在切断时两极都被切断。如此一来,使用后加热单元的热会被阻断,避免余热传递到干电池等电源部而造成电源部寿命缩短。
此外,电热丝所采用的材料的断面并不局限于圆形,亦可采用多角形、半圆形、椭圆形。此外,在前述实施例中,加热单元5的电热丝两端的端子组件之间为直线,但并不局限于直线状,亦可设计成波浪状、锯齿状、方形波状、圆弧状、山形状等。
依据本发明,只要单手握持着手持型电热封口机就可以操作其按压部来进行封口作业,所以可获得容易操作的手持型电热封口机。
此外,供被封口构件插入的沟缝较深,所以能够以倾斜状态来进行封口作业,故可使封口线呈连续的锯齿状,可将塑料袋等密封成不漏气、不漏水。
此外,在外壳表面标示着辨识电热丝位置的标记,所以可在封口操作之前,先辨识沟缝内的封口线位置,能够获得确实的封口效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种手持型电热封口机,其特征在于,具备:
收容电源部等的外壳;
设在该外壳的侧面、具有可供被封口构件的封口部位深深插入的深度尺寸的沟缝;
配置在所述沟缝内互相面对的其中一面的开口端附近、利用所述电源部而通电加热的加热装置;
配置在所述沟缝内互相面对的另一面上、面对所述加热装置设置、且具备非操作时向与按压方向相反的方向施力的弹簧装置的按压装置,
将被封口构件插入到所述沟缝内,通过操作所述按压装置而将被封口构件推压到所述加热装置予以封口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手持型电热封口机,其特征在于,按压装置用于将从外壳上表面突出的操作部抗拒弹簧装置的弹力按压下去,通过操作使与所述操作部连设的外壳内的按压装置下降,将被封口构件推向加热装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手持型电热封口机,其特征在于,加热装置和按压装置都是长度接近外壳长度尺寸的长条形状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的手持型电热封口机,其特征在于,加热装置是由用耐热构件形成的基台、配置在所述基台上的电热丝、及被覆所述电热丝面的耐热性薄膜构件所组成的加热单元。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的手持型电热封口机,其特征在于,外壳表面设有表示加热装置的电热丝位置和长度的标记。
