The present invention includes direct-flow steam boiler 1, water level meter 2, be provided with water level meter 2 in the outside of direct-flow steam boiler 1, the below of water level meter 2 is connected with the blow-off pipe 4 that discharges water of direct-flow steam boiler 1 by water pipe 3, and the top of water level meter 2 is connected with the safety valve connecting pipe 5 of direct-flow steam boiler 1 by water pipe 3.
