托盘
本发明涉及由纸板，瓦楞纸板或类似的轻的可折叠片材制成的托盘。
这样的托盘常用于储运新鲜的食品，如水果和蔬菜，并要求其可以稳定的方式一个叠置在另一个之上。为了获得稳定的堆叠，即，每一托盘可克服其下面的托盘的横向移动稳定的定位，已知托盘形成有从其侧壁顶部直立的整体叠置凸起，其用于与叠置在其上的类似托盘基部上的边缘处的凹槽配合。这样的叠置凸起可以是侧壁板的简单的，单一厚度的向上延伸部，但这种凸起可能会弯曲和/或在使用时很快地磨损，因此不能令人满意。通过形成叠置凸起，其作为折叠的双层厚度的各自板的折叠的，双层厚度的整体向上的延伸部，如GB-A-2279331中所述，提供基本改进。但是，使用这一设计，为了在壁板之间提供必须的片材以形成叠置凸起，必须提供较宽的片材带以便沿侧壁的顶部延伸，并整体地与侧壁板互相连接。这一材料带长度的小部分被用于形成叠置凸起，因此产生片材的很大浪费。
根据本发明，提供一种由纸板，瓦楞纸板或类似的轻的可折叠片材制成的托盘，其有基部，侧壁和叠置凸起，叠置凸起在上述侧壁的顶部上向上延伸，上述侧壁有由相互铰接连接的内侧壁板和外侧壁板形成的双层厚度，外侧壁板连接到基部上并面对面地被折叠，叠置凸起包括上述侧壁板中仅外侧壁板的整体向上的延伸部，其向内折叠以形成双层厚度并被保持在上述侧壁的内侧上。
由于叠置凸起仅与外侧壁板成整体，因此不必在壁板之间提供充分的片材以形成它。替代地，通过使凸起材料与内侧壁板分离形成凸起的大部分材料可从内侧壁板上获取。
叠置凸起可以任何便利的方式保持在其相连的侧壁的内侧上，例如通过粘接或钉住。在本发明优选实例中，通过使叠置凸起的部分约束在上述内侧壁板和外侧壁板之间，叠置凸起被保持在侧壁上。最好，凸起可形成有两个对置的横向突出的翼部，其如上述那样被约束。

首先参考图1和3，由双面单槽板制成的坯料有其沿图箭头A的方向延伸的凹槽。该坯料包括基板1，端壁板2和侧壁板3和4。通过相对基板成直角向上折叠板3并关于双折叠线8使板4相对板3向内折叠180°以形成双层厚度侧壁，这样，所设置的侧壁板形成双层厚度侧壁；双层厚度侧壁的外层由板3构成而其内层由板4构成。
每一壁板3上有端折翼5，其被粘贴到直立的托盘中端壁板2的外侧。在壁板4上有包含折叠线7的另一端折翼6，从而提供直立托盘拐角增强，并且也粘接到端壁板2上，如图3所见。
折翼5和6的侧边缘这样构形，在直立的托盘中双层厚度侧壁略微向内倾斜。
用于形成叠置凸起10的板的区域9由适当形状的刀具与每一壁板4分离。现特别参考图2，壁板3相对基板被直立后，接着，与壁板4分离的部分9关于单折线11向下折叠180°，该折叠线位于直立托盘中叠置凸起10的顶部，如图3所见。然后，壁板4向下折叠，从而它们在其本身和壁板3之间约束叠置凸起部分的侧翼部分12，这样，将叠置凸起部分保持在该壁板，如图3所示。凹槽13形成在基板1的侧边，以便两个托盘叠置时接纳叠置凸起。
现参考图4，其表示图3所示这种托盘14和根据本发明的另一托盘15，但托盘15的尺寸为托盘14的尺寸的一半。托盘15形成有在其端壁上的叠置凸起10和互补的凹槽13，凹槽13用于其基板端部处接纳叠置凸起。结果，一个或两个较小的托盘15可横向叠加在较大一个托盘上，而另一较大或较小的托盘当然也可叠加在它们之上。
图5-7表示改进的实施例，其中，在壁板3和4之间提供一对间隔更宽的折叠线16，以便沿双壁的顶部形成隔板17，从而对托盘或在其上叠置的托盘提供额外的底部支承。在壁板4上提供附加的折叠线18，以便该板的下部19可粘接到壁板3，如图7所示。叠置凸起部19的翼部12被约束在壁板3和4之间，如前述实施例那样。
虽然本说明书全部涉及托盘，但是，这并不意味着本发明仅适用于顶部敞开的容器，该容器的侧壁相对于其水平尺寸是较低的。然而，本发明同样适用于具有任何高度侧壁的顶部敞开的容器，甚至可用于其侧壁高于其长度的容器。

Claims (5)

1、一种由纸板，瓦楞纸板或类似的轻的可折叠片材制成的托盘，其有基部，侧壁和叠置凸起，叠置凸起在上述侧壁的顶部上向上延伸，上述侧壁有由相互铰接连接的内侧壁板和外侧壁板形成的双层厚度，外侧壁板连接到基部上并面对面地被折叠，叠置凸起包括上述侧壁板中仅外侧壁板的整体向上的延伸部，其向内折叠以形成双层厚度并被保持在上述侧壁的内侧上。
2、按权利要求1的托盘，其中，通过与上述侧壁板的内侧壁板分离提供形成上述叠置凸起的大体全部片材。
3、按权利要求2的托盘，其中，通过使上述叠置凸起的部分约束在上述内侧壁板和外侧壁板之间，上述叠置凸起被保持在上述侧壁上。
4、按权利要求3的托盘，其中，上述叠置凸起形成有两个对置的横向突出翼部，其如上述那样被约束。
5、按权利要求1的托盘，其大体如参考附图上面所描述的那样。
