本发明属于油气井开采技术领域,是一种油气井射孔器夹层枪。它具有一个筒状枪体,枪体内设有中心管,中心管内设有导爆索,夹层枪的两端设有带密封结构的枪间接头,其中枪体上设有贯通枪体内外的通孔,所说的密封结构设在中心管与枪间接头之间。即,本发明的夹层枪枪体只起连接作用,而密封由中心管与枪间接头之间来实现。由于枪体上设有通孔,它起着流体通道的作用,所以其内外无压差,不承受工作压力,因此,不会因受压而变形,从而避免了卡枪事故的发生。

油气井射孔器夹层枪
技术领域
本发明属于油气井开采技术领域,具体地说是一种油气井射孔器夹层枪。
背景技术
在油气井射孔中,两个油层之间常用一个或多个夹层枪来连接两个油层的射孔枪,以便同时完成两个油层的射孔。目前,射孔器的夹层枪所用的枪体既要起连接作用,还要起密封的作用,而枪体内中心管中的导爆索起着传递爆轰能量的作用。中国专利CN1344858公开了一种射孔夹层枪防污染保护方法及装置,其中的夹层枪具有一个筒状枪体,枪体内设有中心管,中心管内设有导爆索,该夹层枪的枪体与射孔枪或另一夹层枪的连接处通过枪间接头进行密封,即,该夹层枪的枪体与中心管之间是一密闭的腔体。射孔时,射孔器在井筒内实施爆炸或燃烧时会形成很高的压力,这个压力均由枪体来承受。由于现有夹层枪枪体内是一密闭的腔体,枪体内外存在压差;另外,现有的夹层枪枪体的承压能力也有限。当工作压力较高或枪体内外压差较大时,往往会把夹层枪枪体压扁或造成枪体的较大变形,将夹层枪卡在井筒内,造成卡枪事故。单根夹层枪长度与油层间夹层的厚度有关,随着单根夹层枪长度的增加,其枪体的承压能力降低,发生夹层枪枪体被压扁儿造成卡枪事故的可能性也会随之增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是对现有的射孔器夹层枪加以改进,提供一种可避免因夹层枪被压扁而发生卡枪事故的油气井射孔器夹层枪。
解决上述问题的技术方案是:所提供的油气井射孔器夹层枪具有一个筒状枪体,枪体内设有中心管,中心管内设有导爆索,夹层枪的两端设有带密封结构的枪间接头,本发明的改进之处是所说的夹层枪枪体上设有贯通枪体内外的通孔,所说的密封结构设在中心管与枪间接头之间。即,本发明的夹层枪枪体只起连接作用,而密封由中心管与枪间接头之间来实现;由于枪体上设有通孔,它起着流体通道的作用,所以其内外无压差,不承受工作压力,因此,不会因受压而变形;而工作压力则由直径小、承压能力高的中心管承受,所以在应用时中心管的变形极小。另外,由于中心管与枪体之间有较大的空间,即使在应用时中心管发生变形,也不会超出该空间,射孔后夹层枪的的外径基本不变,即径向变形极其微小,从而避免了卡枪事故的发生。
当工作压力较高时,上述的中心管可采用厚壁金属管,即,中心管的外径与内径之比大于等于1.2。
上述贯通枪体内外的通孔可以是圆形通孔以及其它形状的通孔。
上述的密封结构可以采用孔沟槽密封、轴沟槽密封或锥螺纹密封等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的枪体不承受工作压力,射孔时产生的高压由承压能力较高的中心管来承受,即便中心管有少量的变形,也对夹层枪本体影响不大,因而夹层枪本体的外径尺寸保持相对稳定,避免了压扁现象的发生,保证了施工的安全性,既能可靠地用于复合射孔,还能用于工作压力较高的常规射孔作业。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示:本发明所涉及的射孔器包括夹层枪1和射孔枪2,两者间通过枪间接头3相连接。根据两个油层之间的夹层厚度,有时需要多个夹层枪串接起来,各夹层枪间也是通过枪间接头相连接的。夹层枪1主要包括筒状枪体4、中心管5和装在中心管5内的导爆索7。中心管5的两端插入枪间接头3中,并与枪间接头3之间设置密封结构,该密封结构可以采用轴沟槽密封结构8,即在中心管5的外圆面开设密封沟槽;也可以采用孔沟槽密封结构9,即在枪间接头3的内孔开设密封沟槽。枪体4与枪间接头3之间为螺纹连接,枪体4上开了四个通孔6,将枪体4的内腔与外面贯通。所以枪体4只起连接作用,而密封则由中心管5与枪间接头3之间来实现。为了便于中心管5装入枪间接头3内,在枪体4内还设有扶正盘10,它起着安装时的对中作用。本实例中中心管5采用厚壁钢管,其外径为34mm,内径为16mm,抗外压能力大于140MPa。
如图3所示:本发明的中心管还可以采用承压的非金属软管,即中心管由两端的金属管51和中间的非金属软管52组成,其它的结构与上一实施例相同,其中的密封结构采用轴沟槽密封。

Claims (5)

1、一种油气井射孔器夹层枪,具有一个筒状枪体(4),枪体(4)内设有中心管(5),中心管(5)内设有导爆索(7),夹层枪的两端设有带密封结构的枪间接头(3),其特征是所说的夹层枪枪体(4)上设有贯通枪体内外的通孔(6),所说的密封结构设在中心管(5)与枪间接头(3)之间。
2、如权利要求1所说的夹层枪,其特征是所说的中心管(5)采用金属管,其外径与内径之比大于等于1.2。
3、如权利要求1或2所说的夹层枪,其特征是所说的密封结构采用孔沟槽密封或轴沟槽密封结构。
4、如权利要求1所说的夹层枪,其特征是所说的中心管由两端的金属管(51)和中间的非金属软管(52)组成。
5、如权利要求4所说的夹层枪,其特征是所说的密封结构采用孔沟槽密封或轴沟槽密封结构。
